Specific examples of the present invention will be described in further detail below. It should be understood that the description herein of embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

Fig. 1 to 3 are schematic structural views of a device for rapidly manufacturing a multi-split fishlike mask according to the present invention. The equipment for rapidly manufacturing the one-dragging-more fish-shaped mask is used for turning over one mask so as to realize the processing of two sides of the mask. It should be noted that, the present invention is used for manufacturing a fish-shaped mask, which is the prior art and is not described herein again. The fish-shaped mask comprises a body and two mask bodies, wherein the body is used for covering the mouth, and the two mask bodies are respectively used for covering the nose and the chin.

The feeding mechanism 10 comprises a plurality of rotatable cloth winding wheels 11 and a plurality of magnetic powder controllers 12 respectively arranged on the cloth winding wheels 11. The cloth winding wheel 11 is used for accommodating cloth, such as non-woven fabric, for manufacturing the fish-shaped mask. The number of the cloth winding wheels 11 is determined according to the number of layers of the fish-shaped mask, and in this embodiment, the number of the cloth winding wheels 11 is three. The magnetic powder controller 12 is a prior art, and is not described herein any more, and it controls signals by inputting analog quantity of PLC or other controllers, proportionally outputs load voltage and current, outputs linear load current and input control voltage, and controls the output speed of the cloth winding wheel 11 to achieve the purpose of providing tension. The magnetic powder controller 12 provides tension for the cloth winding wheel 11 according to requirements.

The nose strip feeding mechanism 20 is used for feeding the nose strips among the multiple layers of cloth. The nose strip feeding mechanism 20 is a nose strip feeding device known in the art, such as that disclosed in patent No. 201821968672.1, entitled fully automatic one-drag-two fish mask all-in-one machine, and therefore, will not be described in detail herein.

The welding mechanism 30 is disposed in the discharging direction of the nose strip feeding mechanism 20, and includes a first roller 31, a first hot air device 32 disposed below the first roller 31, and a welding mold 33 disposed between the first hot air device 32 and the first roller 31. The first roller 31 can be rotated by the driving of the motor. The first hot air device 32 is used for providing hot air, and has functional devices such as a heating wire and a fan. The first hot air device 32 blows hot air to the welding die 33 to heat the same. The welding mold 33 has protruding teeth, and the arrangement shape of the teeth is set according to the shape of the cover body. Therefore, when the first roller 31 is pressed against the teeth of the welding mold 33, the multiple layers of cloth can be welded together at corresponding positions. Meanwhile, because the teeth are protruded on the welding mold 33, other positions without teeth can be erected to avoid scalding, and the welding indentation of the mask body and the nose strip can be formed when the cloth passes through the space between the first roller 31 and the welding mold 33.

The outer contour dividing mechanism 40 is disposed in the discharge direction of the welding mechanism 30 and includes a second roller 41, a second hot air device 42 disposed below the second roller 41, and a dividing and cutting die 43 disposed between the second hot air device 42 and the second roller 41. The second roller 41 is also driven to rotate by a motor, similarly to the first roller 31. The second hot air device 42 has the same structure and function as the first hot air device 32, and is not described herein again. The cutting die 43 has a knife edge in a shape according to the unfolding of the fish-shaped mask, and after the cutting die is heated, the second roller 41 is rolled on the knife edge of the cutting die 43, so that the excess material on the outer side of the fish-shaped mask can be cut off. Of course, it is conceivable that the fish-shaped masks are connected to each other because they are not folded at this time, so as to facilitate subsequent processing.

The flattening mechanism 50 is disposed between the outer contour slitting mechanism 40 and the folding mechanism 60. The flattening mechanism 50 may include two pressing rollers for compacting and flattening the cloth welded by the welding mechanism 30, so as to avoid the cold joint.

The folding mechanism 60 includes a bracket 61, a bottom plate 62 disposed on the bracket 61, two pressing plates 63 disposed at intervals, two folding edges 64 disposed on two sides of the pressing plates 63, and two forming plates 65 disposed on the bottom plate 62. The support 61 is used for erecting various functional structures. The base plate 62 has a leading edge which facilitates the insertion of the blank of the fish mask into the folding mechanism 60. The two pressing plates 63 are arranged at intervals and arranged at intervals with the bottom plate 62 so as to facilitate the blanks of the fish-shaped mask to pass through between the pressing plates 63 and the bottom plate 62. Meanwhile, due to the abutting of the abutting plate 63, the cover body of the fish-shaped mask can be prevented from being folded according to the size of the cover body. The pressing plate 63 has a notch 631 on a side facing the folded edge 64. The notch 631 allows the pressing plate 63 to have a gradual change structure, so that the blank of the fish mask is more easily deformed. The forming plate 65 is disposed on the bottom plate 62 and spaced apart from the bottom plate 62, and the plate-shaped structure of the pressing plate 63 is interposed between the forming plate 65 and the bottom plate 62. The two forming plates 65 have the same structure and are symmetrically arranged. Each of the forming plates 65 has a beveled edge 651. The two bevel edges 651 are arranged in an intersecting manner and are spaced from the pressing plate 63. The two pressing plates 63 are inserted between the forming plate 65 and the bottom plate 62. When the blank of the fish-shaped mask pre-folded by the folding edge 64 enters the space formed by the two forming plates 65, the folding of the blank of the fish-shaped mask is completed.

The contour welding mechanism 70 is used for welding the contour of the folded fish-shaped mask. As for the contour of the fish-shaped mask, it should be the prior art, and will not be described in detail herein. The profile welding mechanism 70 itself should be of the prior art and includes two press rolls, one of which is provided with a coining structure and has a heating module. Therefore, when the blank of the folded fish-shaped mask passes through the two compression rollers, the outer edge of the fish-shaped mask can be welded, and at the moment, the cover body of the fish-shaped mask is completely finished.

The cover splitting mechanism 80 is used to split the connected covers of the fish-shaped mask into the covers of the independent fish-shaped mask. The cover splitting mechanism 80 is also a prior art, and includes two compression rollers, one of which is provided with a cutter. Therefore, when the two compression rollers are connected, the cover body of the connected fish-shaped mask can be cut into a single cover body.

The turnover mechanism 90 is used for turning over the cover body of the fish-shaped mask by 180 degrees. Because through folding, the body of fish-shaped gauze mask is towards the upside, and the ear area sets up the opposite side of cover body, consequently, fish-shaped gauze mask needs 180 degrees upsets. Compared with the prior art, the equipment for rapidly manufacturing the multi-split fish-shaped mask is provided with the nose strip feeding mechanism 20, the welding mechanism 30, the outer contour cutting mechanism 40, the folding mechanism 60, the contour welding mechanism 70 and the mask body cutting mechanism 80, wherein the welding mechanism 30 is provided with a welding mould 33 for the mask body, and the first hot air device 32 is arranged below the welding mould 33, so that an indentation can be formed at a corresponding position when the first roller 31 passes through. After the welding process is completed, the outer profile dividing mechanism 40 is provided, which also uses the dividing mold 43 and the second hot air device 42, so that the whole apparatus is simple in structure.
