1. A detection device for detecting whether a height (H) at which a tightening rod (100) on a vehicle-attaching tray (300) protrudes downward out of the vehicle-attaching tray (300) is lower than a prescribed height, characterized by comprising:
a mounting bracket (10);
an alarm switch (20), the alarm switch (20) being disposed on the mounting bracket (10); and
the detection plate (30) is rotatably arranged on the mounting bracket (10), the height of the upper surface of the detection plate (30) corresponds to the specified height, so that when the height (H) of the tightening rod (100) is lower than the specified height, the tightening rod (100) is in contact with the detection plate (30) at the initial position and pushes the detection plate (30) to rotate to the triggering position for triggering the alarm switch (20), and the alarm switch (20) sends out an alarm signal.

Background
In a vehicle-many assembly line, vehicle-many trays are placed on a conveyor line to be moved between different stations by the conveyor line. Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problem, embodiments of the present application provide a detection device and a vehicle on-board system having the same, so as to at least partially solve the above problem.
According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present application, there is provided a detecting device for detecting whether a height at which a tightening lever on a vehicle-on-fit tray protrudes downward out of the vehicle-on-fit tray is lower than a prescribed height, the detecting device including: mounting a bracket; the alarm switch is arranged on the mounting bracket; and the detection plate is rotatably arranged on the mounting bracket, the height of the upper surface of the detection plate corresponds to the specified height, so that when the height of the tightening rod is lower than the specified height, the tightening rod is in contact with the detection plate at the initial position and pushes the detection plate to rotate to the triggering position for triggering the alarm switch, and the alarm switch sends out an alarm signal.
