1. An electronic device with a dual-sided electrical connection structure adapter having a locking structure, comprising:
a switching circuit;
at least one first double-sided electrical connection structure having a circuit board with a plurality of conductive contacts; an electronic unit, including a control circuit, electrically connected to the circuit board and electrically connected to the plurality of conductive contacts; a butt-joint structure, which is provided with an insulator, the insulator is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a front section plate surface and a rear section plate surface with different structures, the rear section plate surface of any one of the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface protrudes out of the front section plate surface by a height and presents a step difference, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface respectively comprise a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces are respectively provided with at least one row of contact points, the at least two rows of contact points are respectively provided with at least two contact points with different circuits, the at least two rows of contact points are formed on at least two rows of terminals, the at least two rows of terminals are positioned on the insulator of the butt-joint structure, at least one pair of the same circuits and the contact points aligned up and down are electrically connected to form a same circuit, the connecting part of, the butt joint part is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces of the butt joint part are electrically connected with the two connecting interfaces of the connecting part, the at least two rows of terminals are respectively abutted against or welded on a plurality of conductive contacts of the circuit board so as to be electrically connected with the electronic unit, and the two connecting interfaces of the connecting part are electrically connected with the adapting circuit; and a locking structure, which is a locking concave part or a spring piece made of metal, the locking structure is arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting part, when the connecting part of the butt joint structure is butt jointed with the butt joint part of the butt joint electric connector, the locking structure can be locked with one locking structure of the butt joint electric connector, so as to prevent the butt joint electric connector from being separated from the opposite butt joint direction, one of the connecting part and the butt joint part is a connecting plate, the locking structure arranged on the connecting plate is a locking concave part made of metal and is fixedly arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting plate, and the locking concave part is provided with a concave bottom surface and a locking surface made of metal; and
at least one second electrical connection structure having a connection structure, the connection structure having an insulator, the insulator having a connection portion, the connection portion having a board surface, the board surface having a connection interface, the connection interface having at least one row of contacts, the at least one row of contacts being formed on at least one row of terminals, the at least one row of terminals being positioned on the insulator of the connection structure, the connection interface being electrically connected to the adapting circuit and electrically connected to two connection interfaces of the at least one first dual electrical connection structure.
2. An electronic device with a dual-sided electrical connection structure adapter having a locking structure, comprising:
a switching circuit;
at least one first double-sided electrical connection structure having a circuit board with a plurality of conductive contacts; an electronic unit, including a control circuit, electrically connected to the circuit board and electrically connected to the plurality of conductive contacts; and a butt-joint structure, the butt-joint structure is provided with an insulator, the insulator is provided with a connecting portion, the connecting portion is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface each include a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces are respectively provided with at least one row of 5 contacts not lower than the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface, the at least two rows of contacts are respectively provided with at least two contacts of different circuits, the at least two rows of contacts are formed on at least two rows of terminals, the at least two rows of terminals are positioned on the insulator of the butt-joint structure, the two connecting interfaces, at least one pair of same circuits and aligned up and down, are mutually electrically connected to form a same circuit, the shape of the connecting portion of the butt-joint structure can be used for positioning a butt-joint portion of a butt-joint connector in a forward and reverse bidirectional butt-joint manner, the butt-joint portion is provided with the upper plate surface and the lower plate, the at least two rows of terminals are respectively connected with or soldered to the plurality of conductive contacts of the circuit board for electrically connecting with the electronic unit, and the two connection interfaces of the connection portion are electrically connected with the adapting circuit; a locking structure, which is a locking concave part or a spring piece made of metal, the locking structure is arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting part, when the connecting part of the butt joint structure is butt jointed with the butt joint part of the butt joint electric connector, the locking structure can be locked with one locking structure of the butt joint part, so as to prevent the butt joint electric connector from being separated from the opposite butt joint direction, one of the connecting part and the butt joint part is a connecting plate, the locking structure arranged on the connecting plate is a locking concave part made of metal and is fixed at the left and right sides of the connecting plate, the locking concave part is provided with a concave bottom surface and a locking surface made of metal; and a metal spacer positioned between the insulators, the metal spacer separating the at least two rows of terminals or the two connection interfaces and thereby enhancing the strength of the insulators; and
at least one second electrical connection structure having a connection structure, the connection structure having an insulator, the insulator having a connection portion, the connection portion having a board surface, the board surface having a connection interface, the connection interface having at least one row of contacts, the at least one row of contacts being formed on at least one row of terminals, the at least one row of terminals being positioned on the insulator of the connection structure, the connection interface being electrically connected to the adapting circuit and electrically connected to two connection interfaces of the at least one first dual electrical connection structure.
3. An electronic device with a dual-sided electrical connection structure adapter having a locking structure, comprising:
a switching circuit;
at least one first double-sided electrical connection structure provided with; a circuit board, which is provided with a plurality of conductive contacts; an electronic unit, including a control circuit, electrically connected to the circuit board and electrically connected to the plurality of conductive contacts; a butt-joint structure, which is provided with an insulator, the insulator is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is a connecting plate, the connecting plate is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a front section plate surface and a rear section plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces are respectively provided with at least one row of a plurality of contacts which are not lower than the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface, the at least two rows of contacts are respectively provided with at least two contacts of different circuits, the at least two rows of contacts are flat-contact contacts and only are flat-contact with the two front section plate surfaces, the at least two rows of contacts are formed on at least two rows of terminals, the at least two rows of terminals are positioned on the insulator of the butt-joint structure, the at least two rows of terminals are respectively abutted against or welded on a plurality of conductive contacts of the circuit board so as, the connecting board of the butt joint structure has a shape capable of butt-jointing and positioning a connecting slot of a butt joint connector in both forward and backward directions, the connecting slot has an insulated top surface and a bottom surface, the top surface and the bottom surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces of the connecting slot are electrically connected with the two connecting interfaces of the connecting board, and the two connecting interfaces of the connecting board are electrically connected with the adapting circuit; a sealing compound body, which is arranged on the connecting plate of the butt joint structure, and is embedded into the connecting plate and combined with the at least two rows of terminals in a sealing compound way to form the connecting plate; a reinforcement structure, which is provided with a butt metal shell, the butt metal shell is sleeved and covered on the upper and lower surfaces and the left and right sides of the periphery of the rear section of the connecting plate to form an annular covering and abutting connection, and the height of the butt metal shell is higher than the height of the at least two rows of contacts; and a locking structure, which is a locking concave part made of metal material, the locking structure is fixed on the left and right sides of the connection board, the locking concave part is provided with a concave bottom surface and a locking surface made of metal material, when the butt joint structure and the butt joint electric connector are mutually butted, the locking surface of the locking structure can be mutually locked with the locking structure of the butt joint electric connector, and the butt joint electric connector is prevented from being separated from the butt joint direction; and
at least one second electrical connection structure having a connection structure, the connection structure having an insulator, the insulator having a connection portion, the connection portion having a board surface, the board surface having a connection interface, the connection interface having at least one row of contacts, the at least one row of contacts being formed on at least one row of terminals, the at least one row of terminals being positioned on the insulator of the connection structure, the connection interface being electrically connected to the adapting circuit and electrically connected to two connection interfaces of the at least one first dual electrical connection structure.
4. An electronic device with a dual-sided electrical connection structure adapter having a locking structure, comprising:
a switching circuit;
at least one first double-sided electrical connection structure having a circuit board with a plurality of conductive contacts; an electronic unit, including a control circuit, electrically connected to the circuit board and electrically connected to the plurality of conductive contacts; a butt-joint structure, the butt-joint structure is provided with an insulator, the insulator is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces are respectively provided with at least one row of contacts, the at least two rows of contacts are respectively provided with at least two contacts of different circuits, the at least two rows of contacts are formed on at least two rows of terminals, the at least two rows of terminals are positioned on the insulator of the butt-joint structure, at least one pair of contacts of the same circuit are electrically connected to form the same circuit, the connecting part of the butt-joint structure can be butt-jointed and positioned on a butt-joint part of a butt-joint electric connector in a shape of positive and negative double surfaces, the butt-joint part is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces of the, so as to electrically connect with the electronic unit, the circuit board is electrically connected with the adapting circuit, and the two connection interfaces of the connection part are electrically connected with the adapting circuit; a detection structure, which is provided with at least one detection terminal, wherein the at least one detection terminal is at least one terminal of the two connection interfaces of the connection part, the at least one detection terminal is electrically connected to the circuit board, and the detection function is completed by the electrical conduction of the at least one detection terminal, so that the control circuit can select to adopt the circuit transmission and control program corresponding to the forward and reverse directions, or the control circuit can perform proper circuit safety protection, or the control circuit can perform switch switching; and a locking structure, which is a locking concave part or a spring piece made of metal, the locking structure is arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting part, when the connecting part of the butt joint structure is butt jointed with the butt joint part of the butt joint electric connector, the locking structure can be locked with one locking structure of the butt joint part, so as to prevent the butt joint electric connector from being separated from the opposite butt joint direction, one of the connecting part and the butt joint part is a connecting plate, the locking structure arranged on the connecting plate is a locking concave part made of metal and is fixedly arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting plate, and the locking concave part is provided with a concave bottom surface and a locking surface made of metal; and
at least one second electrical connection structure having a connection structure, the connection structure having an insulator, the insulator having a connection portion, the connection portion having a board surface, the board surface having a connection interface, the connection interface having at least one row of contacts, the at least one row of contacts being formed on at least one row of terminals, the at least one row of terminals being positioned on the insulator of the connection structure, the connection interface being electrically connected to the adapting circuit and electrically connected to two connection interfaces of the at least one first dual electrical connection structure.
5. An electronic device with a dual-sided electrical connection structure adapter having a locking structure, comprising:
a switching circuit;
at least one first double-sided electrical connection structure having a circuit board with a plurality of conductive contacts; an electronic unit, including a control circuit, electrically connected to the circuit board and electrically connected to the plurality of conductive contacts; a butt-joint structure, the butt-joint structure having an insulator, the insulator having a connection portion, the connection portion being a connection board, the connection board having an upper board surface and a lower board surface, the upper board surface and the lower board surface each including a connection interface, the two connection interfaces each having two rows of contacts, each of the two rows of contacts of the two connection interfaces being a row of first contacts and a row of second contacts, the row of second contacts being arranged between the row of first contacts, the row of first contacts being flatly attached to the upper board surface and the lower board surface and extending to the front of the row of second contacts, the upper board surface and the lower board surface each having at least one row of concave surfaces, the row of first contacts being flatly attached to the row of concave surfaces of the upper board surface and the lower board surface, the two rows of first contacts and the two rows of second contacts being not lower than the upper board surface and the lower board surface, the four rows of contacts being formed on four rows of terminals, the four rows of terminals being positioned on the insulator of the butt-joint structure, the connecting board of the butt joint structure has a shape capable of being butt-jointed and positioned in a connecting slot of a butt joint electric connector in a forward and reverse directions, the connecting slot is provided with an insulated top surface and a bottom surface, the top surface and the bottom surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces of the connecting slot are electrically connected with the two connecting interfaces of the connecting board, the four rows of terminals are respectively abutted against or welded on a plurality of conductive contacts of the circuit board so as to be electrically connected with the electronic unit, and the two connecting interfaces of the connecting board are electrically connected with the adapting circuit; and a metal partition plate positioned in the middle of the connection plate, the metal partition plate separating the two connection interfaces and thereby enhancing the strength of the connection plate; and a locking structure, which is a locking concave part made of metal material, the locking structure is fixed on the left and right sides of the connection board, the locking concave part is provided with a concave bottom surface and a locking surface made of metal material, when the butt joint structure and the butt joint electric connector are mutually butted, the locking surface of the locking structure can be mutually locked with the locking structure of the butt joint electric connector, and the butt joint electric connector is prevented from being separated from the butt joint direction; and
at least one second electrical connection structure having a connection structure, the connection structure having an insulator, the insulator having a connection portion, the connection portion having a board surface, the board surface having a connection interface, the connection interface having at least one row of contacts, the at least one row of contacts being formed on at least one row of terminals, the at least one row of terminals being positioned on the insulator of the connection structure, the connection interface being electrically connected to the adapting circuit and electrically connected to two connection interfaces of the at least one first dual electrical connection structure.
6. An electronic device with a dual-sided electrical connection structure adapter having a locking structure, comprising:
a switching circuit;
at least one first double-sided electrical connection structure having a circuit board with a plurality of conductive contacts; an electronic unit, including a control circuit, electrically connected to the circuit board and electrically connected to the plurality of conductive contacts; a butt-joint structure, which is provided with an insulator, the insulator is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces are respectively provided with at least one row of contacts, the at least two rows of contacts are respectively provided with at least two contacts of different circuits, the at least two rows of contacts are formed on at least two rows of terminals, the insulating system of the butt-joint structure is provided with an upper insulating base body and a lower insulating base body, the at least two rows of terminals are respectively embedded in a plastic injection molding and positioned on the upper insulating base body and the lower insulating base body, the two connecting interfaces of the connecting part are electrically connected with at least one pair of contacts of the same circuit to form a same circuit, the at least two rows of terminals are respectively abutted against or welded on a plurality of conductive contacts of the circuit board so as to be electrically connected with the electronic unit, the butt-joint part is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces of the butt-joint part are electrically connected with the two connecting interfaces of the connecting part, and the two connecting interfaces of the connecting part are electrically connected with the adapting circuit; and a locking structure, which is a locking concave part or a spring piece made of metal, the locking structure is arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting part, when the connecting part of the butt joint structure is butt jointed with the butt joint part of the butt joint electric connector, the locking structure can be locked with one locking structure of the butt joint part, so as to prevent the butt joint electric connector from being separated from the opposite butt joint direction, one of the connecting part and the butt joint part is a connecting plate, the locking structure arranged on the connecting plate is a locking concave part made of metal and is fixedly arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting plate, and the locking concave part is provided with a concave bottom surface and a locking surface made of metal; and
at least one second electrical connection structure having a connection structure, the connection structure having an insulator, the insulator having a connection portion, the connection portion having a board surface, the board surface having a connection interface, the connection interface having at least one row of contacts, the at least one row of contacts being formed on at least one row of terminals, the at least one row of terminals being positioned on the insulator of the connection structure, the connection interface being electrically connected to the adapting circuit and electrically connected to two connection interfaces of the at least one first dual electrical connection structure.
7. An electronic device with a dual-sided electrical connection structure adapter having a locking structure, comprising:
a switching circuit;
at least one first double-sided electrical connection structure having a circuit board with a plurality of conductive contacts; an electronic unit, including a control circuit, electrically connected to the circuit board and electrically connected to the plurality of conductive contacts; a butt joint structure, which is provided with an insulator, the insulator is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper and lower board surfaces are respectively provided with a connection interface, the two connection interfaces are respectively provided with at least one row of contacts, the at least two rows of contacts are each provided with at least two contacts of different circuits, the at least two rows of contacts are formed on at least two rows of terminals, the at least two rows of terminals are provided with at least one row of pins, the at least two rows of terminals are positioned on the insulator of the mating structure, at least one pair of contacts of the same circuit in the two connection interfaces of the connection portion are electrically connected to form the same circuit, the shape of the connection portion of the mating structure can be mated and positioned on a mating portion of a mating electrical connector, the butt joint part has an upper plate and a lower plate, the upper plate and the lower plate are respectively provided with a connection interface, the two connection interfaces of the butt joint part are electrically connected with the two connection interfaces of the connection part; a sleeving groove, which is arranged at the rear section of the insulator, the front section of the circuit board is sleeved and clamped in the sleeving groove, the sleeving groove is covered and abutted against the left side surface, the right side surface, the upper surface and the lower surface of the front section of the circuit board, the at least one row of pins are respectively abutted against or welded on a plurality of conductive contacts of the circuit board so as to be electrically connected with the electronic unit, and the circuit board is electrically connected with the two connecting interfaces of the connecting part and the adapting circuit; and a locking structure, which is a locking concave part or a spring piece made of metal, the locking structure is arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting part, when the connecting part of the butt joint structure is butt jointed with the butt joint part of the butt joint electric connector, the locking structure can be locked with one locking structure of the butt joint part, so as to prevent the butt joint electric connector from being separated from the opposite butt joint direction, one of the connecting part and the butt joint part is a connecting plate, the locking structure arranged on the connecting plate is a locking concave part made of metal and is fixedly arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting plate, and the locking concave part is provided with a concave bottom surface and a locking surface made of metal; and
at least one second electrical connection structure having a connection structure, the connection structure having an insulator, the insulator having a connection portion, the connection portion having a board surface, the board surface having a connection interface, the connection interface having at least one row of contacts, the at least one row of contacts being formed on at least one row of terminals, the at least one row of terminals being positioned on the insulator of the connection structure, the connection interface being electrically connected to the adapting circuit and electrically connected to two connection interfaces of the at least one first dual electrical connection structure.
8. An electronic device with a dual-sided electrical connection structure adapter having a locking structure, comprising:
a switching circuit;
at least one first double-sided electrical connection structure having a circuit board with a plurality of conductive contacts; an electronic unit, including a control circuit, electrically connected to the circuit board and electrically connected to the plurality of conductive contacts; and a butt-joint structure, the butt-joint structure is provided with an insulator, the insulator is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is a connecting plate, the connecting plate is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a front section plate surface and a rear section plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces are respectively provided with at least one row of contacts, the at least two rows of contacts are respectively provided with at least two contacts of different circuits, the at least two rows of contacts are flat-pasted contacts only on the two front section plate surfaces of the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface of the connecting plate, the at least two rows of contacts are formed on at least two rows of terminals, the at least two rows of terminals are positioned on the insulator of the butt-joint structure, the contacts of at least one pair of the same circuits in the two connecting interfaces of the connecting plate are electrically connected to form, the connecting slot has an insulated top surface and a bottom surface, the top surface and the bottom surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces of the connecting slot are electrically connected with the two connecting interfaces of the connecting board, the at least two rows of terminals are respectively abutted against or welded on the two sets of conductive contacts of the circuit board so as to be electrically connected with the electronic unit, the circuit board is electrically connected with the two connecting interfaces of the connecting board and the adapting circuit; a metal partition plate positioned in the middle of the connection plate, the metal partition plate separating the two connection interfaces and enhancing the strength of the connection plate; and a locking structure, which is a locking concave part made of metal material, the locking structure is fixed on the left and right sides of the connection board, the locking concave part is provided with a concave bottom surface and a locking surface made of metal material, when the butt joint structure and the butt joint electric connector are mutually butted, the locking surface of the locking structure can be mutually locked with the locking structure of the butt joint electric connector, and the butt joint electric connector is prevented from being separated from the butt joint direction; and
at least one second electrical connection structure having a connection structure, the connection structure having an insulator, the insulator having a connection portion, the connection portion having a board surface, the board surface having a connection interface, the connection interface having at least one row of contacts, the at least one row of contacts being formed on at least one row of terminals, the at least one row of terminals being positioned on the insulator of the connection structure, the connection interface being electrically connected to the adapting circuit and electrically connected to two connection interfaces of the at least one first dual electrical connection structure.

at least one first double-sided electrical connection structure having a circuit board with a plurality of conductive contacts; an electronic unit, including a control circuit, electrically connected to the circuit board and electrically connected to the plurality of conductive contacts; a butt-joint structure, which is provided with an insulator, the insulator is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces are respectively provided with at least one row of contacts, the at least two rows of contacts are respectively provided with at least two contacts of different circuits, the at least two rows of contacts are formed on at least two rows of terminals, the at least two rows of terminals are positioned on the insulator of the butt-joint structure, at least one pair of contacts with the same circuit and aligned up and down are electrically connected to form the same circuit, the shape of the connecting part of the butt-joint structure can be butt-jointed and positioned in a positive and negative direction to a butt-joint part of a butt-joint electric connector, the butt-joint part is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are, the at least two rows of terminals are respectively connected with or soldered to the plurality of conductive contacts of the circuit board for electrically connecting with the electronic unit, and the two connection interfaces of the connection portion are electrically connected with the adapting circuit; a metal spacer positioned between the insulators, the metal spacer separating the two rows of terminals or the two connection interfaces and thereby enhancing the strength of the insulators; and a locking structure, which is a locking concave part or a spring piece made of metal, the locking structure is arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting part, when the connecting part of the butt joint structure is butt jointed with the butt joint part of the butt joint electric connector, the locking structure can be locked with one locking structure of the butt joint part, so as to prevent the butt joint electric connector from being separated from the opposite butt joint direction, one of the connecting part and the butt joint part is a connecting plate, the locking structure arranged on the connecting plate is a locking concave part made of metal and is fixedly arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting plate, and the locking concave part is provided with a concave bottom surface and a locking surface made of metal; and

10. An electronic device with a dual-sided electrical connection structure adapter having a locking structure, comprising:
a switching circuit;
at least one first double-sided electrical connection structure having a circuit board with a plurality of conductive contacts; an electronic unit, including a control circuit, electrically connected to the circuit board and electrically connected to the plurality of conductive contacts; a butt-joint structure, the butt-joint structure is provided with an insulator, the insulator is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is a connecting plate, the connecting plate is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a front section plate surface and a rear section plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces are respectively provided with at least one row of contacts, the at least two rows of contacts are respectively provided with at least two contacts of different circuits, the at least two rows of contacts are flat-pasted contacts only on the two front section plate surfaces of the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface of the connecting plate, the at least two rows of contacts are formed on at least two rows of terminals, the insulating system of the butt-joint structure is provided with an upper insulating base body and a lower insulating base body, the at least two rows of terminals are respectively embedded in plastic injection molding and positioned on the upper insulating, the connecting board of the butt joint structure has a shape capable of butt-jointing and positioning a connecting slot of a butt joint connector in a forward and backward direction, the connecting slot has an insulated top surface and a bottom surface, the top surface and the bottom surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces of the connecting slot are electrically connected with the two connecting interfaces of the connecting board, the at least two rows of terminals are respectively abutted or welded on a plurality of conductive contacts of the circuit board so as to be electrically connected with the electronic unit, the two connecting interfaces of the connecting board are electrically connected with the adapting circuit; a reinforcing structure, which is at least provided with two metal plates to cover and abut against the left and right sides of the connecting plate, so as to enhance the strength of the connecting plate; and a locking structure, which is a locking concave part made of metal, the locking structure is integrally arranged on the two metal plate bodies, the locking concave part is provided with a concave bottom surface and a locking surface made of metal, when the butting structure and the butting electric connector are butted, the locking surface of the locking structure can be mutually locked with one locking structure of the butting electric connector, so as to prevent the butting electric connector from being separated from the butting direction; and

a switching circuit;
at least one first double-sided electrical connection structure having a circuit board with a plurality of conductive contacts; an electronic unit, including a control circuit, electrically connected to the circuit board and electrically connected to the plurality of conductive contacts; a butt-joint structure, the butt-joint structure is provided with an insulator, the insulator is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is a connecting plate, the connecting plate is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface which are insulated, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a front section plate surface and a rear section plate surface, the rear section plate surface of any one of the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface protrudes a height than the front section plate surface and presents a first difference, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface respectively comprise a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces are respectively provided with at least one row of contact points, the at least one row of contact points are provided with at least two contact points of different circuits, the at least two rows of contact points are flat contact points only on the two front section plate surfaces of the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface of the connecting plate, the at least two rows of contact points are formed on at least two rows of terminals, the at least two rows of terminals are, the connecting board of the butt joint structure has a shape capable of being butt-jointed and positioned on a connecting slot of a butt joint electric connector in a positive and negative double-sided way, the connecting slot is provided with an insulated top surface and a bottom surface, the top surface and the bottom surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces of the connecting slot are electrically connected with the two connecting interfaces of the connecting board, the at least two rows of terminals are respectively abutted or welded on a plurality of conductive contacts of the circuit board so as to be electrically connected with the electronic unit, and the two connecting interfaces of the connecting board are electrically connected with the adapting circuit; a locking structure, which is a locking concave part made of metal material, the locking structure is fixed on the left and right sides of the connecting plate, the locking concave part is provided with a concave bottom surface and a locking surface made of metal material, when the butt joint structure and the butt joint electric connector are mutually butted, the locking surface of the locking concave part can be mutually locked with the butt joint electric connector, and the butt joint electric connector is prevented from being separated from the butt joint direction; and

12. An electronic device with a dual-sided electrical connection structure adapter having a locking structure, comprising:
a switching circuit;
at least one first double-sided electrical connection structure having a circuit board with a plurality of conductive contacts; an electronic unit, including a control circuit, electrically connected to the circuit board and electrically connected to the plurality of conductive contacts; a butt-joint structure, the butt-joint structure is provided with an insulator, the insulator is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a front section plate surface and a rear section plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces are respectively provided with at least one row of contacts, the at least two rows of contacts are respectively provided with at least two contacts of different circuits, the at least two rows of contacts are formed on at least two rows of terminals, the at least two rows of terminals are positioned on the insulator of the butt-joint structure, the two connecting interfaces of at least one pair of the same circuits are electrically connected with the connecting part to form a same circuit, the shape of the connecting part of the butt-joint structure can be used for positioning a butt-joint part of a butt-joint connector in a forward and reverse direction, the butt-joint part is provided with the upper plate surface and, the at least two rows of terminals are respectively connected with or soldered to the plurality of conductive contacts of the circuit board for electrically connecting with the electronic unit, and the two connection interfaces of the connection portion are electrically connected with the adapting circuit; and a locking structure, which is a locking concave part or a spring piece made of metal, the locking structure is arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting part, when the connecting part of the butt joint structure is butt jointed with the butt joint part of the butt joint electric connector, the locking structure can be locked with one locking structure of the butt joint part, so as to prevent the butt joint electric connector from being separated from the opposite butt joint direction, one of the connecting part and the butt joint part is a connecting plate, the locking structure arranged on the connecting plate is a locking concave part made of metal and is fixedly arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting plate, and the locking concave part is provided with a concave bottom surface and a locking surface made of metal; and

Technical Field
The present invention relates to an electrical connector, and more particularly to an electronic device with a dual-sided electrical connection structure having a locking structure.
Background
The most popular signal transmission specification of the present computer equipment is the Universal Serial Bus (USB), and the connector socket and the transmission line manufactured by the specification can make the peripheral equipment externally connected to the computer, such as mouse, keyboard, and portable disk, be measured by the computer and used immediately.
At present, the USB female socket and the USB connector are all in one-way electric connection, in order to ensure that the USB connector can be electrically connected when being inserted into the USB female socket, the USB female socket and the USB connector are in butt joint, the USB female socket and the USB connector are in foolproof design, namely, the USB connector cannot be inserted when being reversely inserted, a user can replace the USB connector to insert in the other direction, the USB connector can be inserted only when the direction is correct, and therefore, the USB female socket and.

In order to facilitate the use, the applicant has to use both front and back sides for electrical connection, so as to meet the requirement, so the applicant has developed an electronic device with a front and back double-sided connector having double-sided electrical connection function, in order to match the double-sided electrical connection function, the connector must be designed with two rows of contacts, however, in use, the spring sheet 24 of the electrical connection female socket is connected to the contact of the other board surface to cause short circuit, so it is necessary to overcome the problem.
The applicant of the present invention is interested in studying the double-sided insertion design of the above products, and finally proposes an improved structure of the product that overcomes the above potential problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The main object of the present invention is to provide an electronic device with a double-sided electrical connection structure adapter having a locking structure, which is convenient to use by the double-sided electrical connection adapter and has a good locking structure to stably lock the mating electrical connector.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides an electronic device with a dual-sided electrical connection structure adapter having a locking structure, comprising:
a switching circuit;
at least one first double-sided electrical connection structure having a circuit board with a plurality of conductive contacts; an electronic unit, including a control circuit, electrically connected to the circuit board and electrically connected to the plurality of conductive contacts; a butt-joint structure, which is provided with an insulator, the insulator is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a front section plate surface and a rear section plate surface with different structures, the rear section plate surface of any one of the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface protrudes out of the front section plate surface by a height and presents a step difference, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface respectively comprise a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces are respectively provided with at least one row of contact points, the at least two rows of contact points are respectively provided with at least two contact points with different circuits, the at least two rows of contact points are formed on at least two rows of terminals, the at least two rows of terminals are positioned on the insulator of the butt-joint structure, at least one pair of the same circuits and the contact points aligned up and down are electrically connected to form a same circuit, the connecting part of, the butt joint part is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces of the butt joint part are electrically connected with the two connecting interfaces of the connecting part, the at least two rows of terminals are respectively abutted against or welded on a plurality of conductive contacts of the circuit board so as to be electrically connected with the electronic unit, and the two connecting interfaces of the connecting part are electrically connected with the adapting circuit; and a locking structure, which is a locking concave part or a spring piece made of metal, the locking structure is arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting part, when the connecting part of the butt joint structure is butt jointed with the butt joint part of the butt joint electric connector, the locking structure can be locked with one locking structure of the butt joint electric connector, so as to prevent the butt joint electric connector from being separated from the opposite butt joint direction, one of the connecting part and the butt joint part is a connecting plate, the locking structure arranged on the connecting plate is a locking concave part made of metal and is fixedly arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting plate, and the locking concave part is provided with a concave bottom surface and a locking surface made of metal; and
at least one second electrical connection structure having a connection structure, the connection structure having an insulator, the insulator having a connection portion, the connection portion having a board surface, the board surface having a connection interface, the connection interface having at least one row of contacts, the at least one row of contacts being formed on at least one row of terminals, the at least one row of terminals being positioned on the insulator of the connection structure, the connection interface being electrically connected to the adapting circuit and electrically connected to two connection interfaces of the at least one first dual electrical connection structure.
The present invention further provides an electronic device with a dual-sided electrical connection structure, which comprises:
a switching circuit;
at least one first double-sided electrical connection structure having a circuit board with a plurality of conductive contacts; an electronic unit, including a control circuit, electrically connected to the circuit board and electrically connected to the plurality of conductive contacts; and a butt-joint structure, the butt-joint structure is provided with an insulator, the insulator is provided with a connecting portion, the connecting portion is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface each include a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces are respectively provided with at least one row of 5 contacts not lower than the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface, the at least two rows of contacts are respectively provided with at least two contacts of different circuits, the at least two rows of contacts are formed on at least two rows of terminals, the at least two rows of terminals are positioned on the insulator of the butt-joint structure, the two connecting interfaces, at least one pair of same circuits and aligned up and down, are mutually electrically connected to form a same circuit, the shape of the connecting portion of the butt-joint structure can be used for positioning a butt-joint portion of a butt-joint connector in a forward and reverse bidirectional butt-joint manner, the butt-joint portion is provided with the upper plate surface and the lower plate, the at least two rows of terminals are respectively connected with or soldered to the plurality of conductive contacts of the circuit board for electrically connecting with the electronic unit, and the two connection interfaces of the connection portion are electrically connected with the adapting circuit; a locking structure, which is a locking concave part or a spring piece made of metal, the locking structure is arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting part, when the connecting part of the butt joint structure is butt jointed with the butt joint part of the butt joint electric connector, the locking structure can be locked with one locking structure of the butt joint part, so as to prevent the butt joint electric connector from being separated from the opposite butt joint direction, one of the connecting part and the butt joint part is a connecting plate, the locking structure arranged on the connecting plate is a locking concave part made of metal and is fixed at the left and right sides of the connecting plate, the locking concave part is provided with a concave bottom surface and a locking surface made of metal; and a metal spacer positioned between the insulators, the metal spacer separating the at least two rows of terminals or the two connection interfaces and thereby enhancing the strength of the insulators; and
at least one second electrical connection structure having a connection structure, the connection structure having an insulator, the insulator having a connection portion, the connection portion having a board surface, the board surface having a connection interface, the connection interface having at least one row of contacts, the at least one row of contacts being formed on at least one row of terminals, the at least one row of terminals being positioned on the insulator of the connection structure, the connection interface being electrically connected to the adapting circuit and electrically connected to two connection interfaces of the at least one first dual electrical connection structure.
The present invention further provides an electronic device with a dual-sided electrical connection structure, which comprises:
a switching circuit;

a switching circuit;
at least one first double-sided electrical connection structure having a circuit board with a plurality of conductive contacts; an electronic unit, including a control circuit, electrically connected to the circuit board and electrically connected to the plurality of conductive contacts; a butt-joint structure, which is provided with an insulator, the insulator is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces are respectively provided with at least one row of contacts, the at least two rows of contacts are respectively provided with at least two contacts of different circuits, the at least two rows of contacts are formed on at least two rows of terminals, the insulating system of the butt-joint structure is provided with an upper insulating base body and a lower insulating base body, the at least two rows of terminals are respectively embedded in a plastic injection molding and positioned on the upper insulating base body and the lower insulating base body, the two connecting interfaces of the connecting part are electrically connected with at least one pair of contacts of the same circuit to form a same circuit, the at least two rows of terminals are respectively abutted against or welded on a plurality of conductive contacts of the circuit board so as to be electrically connected with the electronic unit, the butt-joint part is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces of the butt-joint part are electrically connected with the two connecting interfaces of the connecting part, and the two connecting interfaces of the connecting part are electrically connected with the adapting circuit; and a locking structure, which is a locking concave part or a spring piece made of metal, the locking structure is arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting part, when the connecting part of the butt joint structure is butt jointed with the butt joint part of the butt joint electric connector, the locking structure can be locked with one locking structure of the butt joint part, so as to prevent the butt joint electric connector from being separated from the opposite butt joint direction, one of the connecting part and the butt joint part is a connecting plate, the locking structure arranged on the connecting plate is a locking concave part made of metal and is fixedly arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting plate, and the locking concave part is provided with a concave bottom surface and a locking surface made of metal; and

a switching circuit;
at least one first double-sided electrical connection structure having a circuit board with a plurality of conductive contacts; an electronic unit, including a control circuit, electrically connected to the circuit board and electrically connected to the plurality of conductive contacts; a butt joint structure, which is provided with an insulator, the insulator is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper and lower board surfaces are respectively provided with a connection interface, the two connection interfaces are respectively provided with at least one row of contacts, the at least two rows of contacts are each provided with at least two contacts of different circuits, the at least two rows of contacts are formed on at least two rows of terminals, the at least two rows of terminals are provided with at least one row of pins, the at least two rows of terminals are positioned on the insulator of the mating structure, at least one pair of contacts of the same circuit in the two connection interfaces of the connection portion are electrically connected to form the same circuit, the shape of the connection portion of the mating structure can be mated and positioned on a mating portion of a mating electrical connector, the butt joint part has an upper plate and a lower plate, the upper plate and the lower plate are respectively provided with a connection interface, the two connection interfaces of the butt joint part are electrically connected with the two connection interfaces of the connection part; a sleeving groove, which is arranged at the rear section of the insulator, the front section of the circuit board is sleeved and clamped in the sleeving groove, the sleeving groove is covered and abutted against the left side surface, the right side surface, the upper surface and the lower surface of the front section of the circuit board, the at least one row of pins are respectively abutted against or welded on a plurality of conductive contacts of the circuit board so as to be electrically connected with the electronic unit, and the circuit board is electrically connected with the two connecting interfaces of the connecting part and the adapting circuit; and a locking structure, which is a locking concave part or a spring piece made of metal, the locking structure is arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting part, when the connecting part of the butt joint structure is butt jointed with the butt joint part of the butt joint electric connector, the locking structure can be locked with one locking structure of the butt joint part, so as to prevent the butt joint electric connector from being separated from the opposite butt joint direction, one of the connecting part and the butt joint part is a connecting plate, the locking structure arranged on the connecting plate is a locking concave part made of metal and is fixedly arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting plate, and the locking concave part is provided with a concave bottom surface and a locking surface made of metal; and

at least one first double-sided electrical connection structure having a circuit board with a plurality of conductive contacts; an electronic unit, including a control circuit, electrically connected to the circuit board and electrically connected to the plurality of conductive contacts; a butt-joint structure, which is provided with an insulator, the insulator is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces are respectively provided with at least one row of contacts, the at least two rows of contacts are respectively provided with at least two contacts of different circuits, the at least two rows of contacts are formed on at least two rows of terminals, the at least two rows of terminals are positioned on the insulator of the butt-joint structure, at least one pair of contacts with the same circuit and aligned up and down are electrically connected to form the same circuit, the shape of the connecting part of the butt-joint structure can be butt-jointed and positioned in a positive and negative direction to a butt-joint part of a butt-joint electric connector, the butt-joint part is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are, the at least two rows of terminals are respectively connected with or soldered to the plurality of conductive contacts of the circuit board for electrically connecting with the electronic unit, and the two connection interfaces of the connection portion are electrically connected with the adapting circuit; a metal spacer positioned between the insulators, the metal spacer separating the two rows of terminals or the two connection interfaces and thereby enhancing the strength of the insulators; and a locking structure, which is a locking concave part or a spring piece made of metal, the locking structure is arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting part, when the connecting part of the butt joint structure is butt jointed with the butt joint part of the butt joint electric connector, the locking structure can be locked with one locking structure of the butt joint part, so as to prevent the butt joint electric connector from being separated from the opposite butt joint direction, one of the connecting part and the butt joint part is a connecting plate, the locking structure arranged on the connecting plate is a locking concave part made of metal and is fixedly arranged at the left and right sides of the connecting plate, and the locking concave part is provided with a concave bottom surface and a locking surface made of metal; and

at least one first double-sided electrical connection structure having a circuit board with a plurality of conductive contacts; an electronic unit, including a control circuit, electrically connected to the circuit board and electrically connected to the plurality of conductive contacts; a butt-joint structure, the butt-joint structure is provided with an insulator, the insulator is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is a connecting plate, the connecting plate is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a front section plate surface and a rear section plate surface, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces are respectively provided with at least one row of contacts, the at least two rows of contacts are respectively provided with at least two contacts of different circuits, the at least two rows of contacts are flat-pasted contacts only on the two front section plate surfaces of the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface of the connecting plate, the at least two rows of contacts are formed on at least two rows of terminals, the insulating system of the butt-joint structure is provided with an upper insulating base body and a lower insulating base body, the at least two rows of terminals are respectively embedded in plastic injection molding and positioned on the upper insulating, the connecting board of the butt joint structure has a shape capable of butt-jointing and positioning a connecting slot of a butt joint connector in a forward and backward direction, the connecting slot has an insulated top surface and a bottom surface, the top surface and the bottom surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces of the connecting slot are electrically connected with the two connecting interfaces of the connecting board, the at least two rows of terminals are respectively abutted or welded on a plurality of conductive contacts of the circuit board so as to be electrically connected with the electronic unit, the two connecting interfaces of the connecting board are electrically connected with the adapting circuit; a reinforcing structure, which is at least provided with two metal plates to cover and abut against the left and right sides of the connecting plate, so as to enhance the strength of the connecting plate; and a locking structure, which is a locking concave part made of metal, the locking structure is integrally arranged on the two metal plate bodies, the locking concave part is provided with a concave bottom surface and a locking surface made of metal, when the butting structure and the butting electric connector are butted, the locking surface of the locking structure can be mutually locked with one locking structure of the butting electric connector, so as to prevent the butting electric connector from being separated from the butting direction; and

at least one first double-sided electrical connection structure having a circuit board with a plurality of conductive contacts; an electronic unit, including a control circuit, electrically connected to the circuit board and electrically connected to the plurality of conductive contacts; a butt-joint structure, the butt-joint structure is provided with an insulator, the insulator is provided with a connecting part, the connecting part is a connecting plate, the connecting plate is provided with an upper plate surface and a lower plate surface which are insulated, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface are respectively provided with a front section plate surface and a rear section plate surface, the rear section plate surface of any one of the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface protrudes a height than the front section plate surface and presents a first difference, the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface respectively comprise a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces are respectively provided with at least one row of contact points, the at least one row of contact points are provided with at least two contact points of different circuits, the at least two rows of contact points are flat contact points only on the two front section plate surfaces of the upper plate surface and the lower plate surface of the connecting plate, the at least two rows of contact points are formed on at least two rows of terminals, the at least two rows of terminals are, the connecting board of the butt joint structure has a shape capable of being butt-jointed and positioned on a connecting slot of a butt joint electric connector in a positive and negative double-sided way, the connecting slot is provided with an insulated top surface and a bottom surface, the top surface and the bottom surface are respectively provided with a connecting interface, the two connecting interfaces of the connecting slot are electrically connected with the two connecting interfaces of the connecting board, the at least two rows of terminals are respectively abutted or welded on a plurality of conductive contacts of the circuit board so as to be electrically connected with the electronic unit, and the two connecting interfaces of the connecting board are electrically connected with the adapting circuit; a locking structure, which is a locking concave part made of metal material, the locking structure is fixed on the left and right sides of the connecting plate, the locking concave part is provided with a concave bottom surface and a locking surface made of metal material, when the butt joint structure and the butt joint electric connector are mutually butted, the locking surface of the locking concave part can be mutually locked with the butt joint electric connector, and the butt joint electric connector is prevented from being separated from the butt joint direction; and

The convenience of use is achieved by the connection of double-sided electrical connection, and a good locking structure is provided to stably lock the mating electrical connector.
