Referring to fig. 1-5, an environment-friendly wall surface grinding device for building construction and a building construction method comprise a grinding trolley and a supporting plate assembly, wherein the grinding trolley comprises a trolley plate 1, four corners of the bottom of the trolley plate 1 are respectively provided with a locking universal wheel 43, the top of the trolley plate 1 is provided with a stand 2, a support leg 3 is arranged between the bottom side of the stand 2 and the trolley plate 1, the top side of the stand 2 is fixedly provided with a track vertical pipe 4, the track vertical pipe 4 is in a rectangular pipeline-shaped structure and is internally and vertically and slidably provided with a rectangular lifting column 5, the bottom of the rectangular lifting column 5 is provided with a threaded groove and is in threaded connection with a threaded column 6, the bottom end of the threaded column 6 is fixedly provided with a rotating circular plate 7, the bottom side of the rotating circular plate 7 is provided with a plurality of universal balls 8 and a connecting rod 9, the universal balls 8 are arranged around the connecting rod 9 in a divergent manner, the bottom end of the connecting rod 9 penetrates through a plate body of the stand 2 and is fixedly sleeved with a turntable 10, the top end of the rectangular lifting column 5 is fixedly connected with a rotating base 12, the rotating base 12 is provided with a horizontal round hole, a rotating middle shaft 13 penetrates through the horizontal round hole, two ends of the rotating middle shaft 13 are respectively and fixedly connected with a side ring 14 and a side plate 15, one side of the rotating base 12 is fixedly connected with a safety toothed ring 58, the safety toothed ring 58 is coaxially arranged on the outer side of the side ring 14, one side of the side plate 15 is fixedly connected with a cross arm 16, one end of the cross arm 16 is fixedly connected with a vertically arranged swing rail 17, the outer side of the swing rail 17 is slidably sleeved with a sliding sleeve 19, one side of the sliding sleeve 19 is fixedly connected with a threaded pipe I20, the inner wall of the threaded pipe I20 is of a polyhedral structure and is slidably connected with a sliding core 21, a spring I22 is arranged between one side of the sliding core 21 and the sliding sleeve 19, the other side of the sliding core 21 is fixedly connected with an extension rod I23, one end of the extension rod I23 extends to the outer part of the threaded pipe I20 and is fixedly connected with a mounting plate 24, a motor 25 is fixedly arranged on one side of the mounting plate 24 through a bolt, a grinding disc 26 is arranged on an output shaft of the motor 25, a thread groove is formed in the outer side of the first thread pipe 20, a thread sleeve 27 is sleeved on the thread groove, a scale groove which is horizontally arranged is also formed in the outer wall of the first thread pipe 20, a plurality of L-shaped linkage rods 28 are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the thread sleeve 27, a constant-thickness baffle 29 is fixedly connected to one end of each linkage rod 28, one side of each constant-thickness baffle 29 is in contact with one side of the mounting plate 24, which is far away from the first thread pipe 20, one side of the swing rail 17 is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves which are arranged at equal intervals, an inserting rod 31 is arranged between the swing rail 17 and the sliding sleeve 19, a polygonal side groove is formed in one end, which deviates from the 15, of the rotating center shaft 13, and a sliding plate 35 is slidably arranged, an outer two connecting rod 36 and a spring three 37 are arranged on one side of the sliding plate 35, one end of the outer connecting rod two 36 passes through the side ring 14 and is fixedly connected with a tooth cover 38, one side of the tooth cover 38 is provided with a ring groove, the inner wall of the ring groove is provided with a tooth groove and is meshed and sleeved outside the safety tooth ring 58, the other side of the tooth cover 38 is fixedly connected with a second handle 40, and a plurality of divergently arranged rotary handles 39 are fixedly installed on one arc-shaped side of the tooth cover 38.

then, the initial grinding height and position of the grinding disc are adjusted, in the process, the rotary disc 7 and the threaded column 6 which are fixedly connected with the rotary disc 10 through the connecting rod 9 are rotated along with the rotary disc 10 by manually rotating the rotary disc 10, the rectangular lifting column 5 which is in threaded connection with the threaded column 6 is lifted in the track vertical pipe 4, then the angle between the rotary central shaft 13 at the top end of the track vertical pipe 4 and the rotary base 12 is adjusted, the second handle 40 is pulled to the direction far away from the rotary base 12 by overcoming the elastic force of the third spring 37, so that after the gear cover 38 and the safety gear ring 58 are disengaged, the gear cover 38 is rotated through the rotary handle 39, the second external connecting rod 36 and the sliding plate 35 on the inner side of the gear cover 38 are also rotated along with the rotary central shaft 13, the side plate 15, the cross arm 16 and the swing rail 17 are also rotated along with the rotary shaft, and then the gear cover 38 is re-engaged and sleeved on the outer side of the safety gear ring 58, then, the sliding sleeve 19 slides on the outer side of the swing rail 17, and one end of the inserted rod 31 is clamped into the corresponding clamping groove, so that the position of the grinding disc 26 in a large range is adjusted;

then, the grinding thickness is adjusted, the threaded sleeve 27 is manually rotated, the threaded sleeve 27 is displaced in the horizontal direction in the process of rotating relative to the threaded pipe I20, the constant-thickness baffle 29 is driven to move through the linkage rod 28, the first spring 22 pushes the sliding core 21 to slide in the threaded pipe I20, the grinding disc 26 and the wall surface form certain extrusion, and in the process of grinding, the sliding core 21, the first external connecting rod 23 and the mounting plate 24 gradually move to one side close to the wall until one side of the mounting plate 24 is contacted with the constant-thickness baffle 29 and then stop, so that the grinding thickness is determined by the position of the constant-thickness baffle 29;

the extension tube 45 of the vacuum cleaner 44 is then snapped into the corresponding clip 46;

after the adjustment is completed, the wall is ground, and the whole grinding trolley is manually pushed between the abutting plate assembly and the wall surface to be ground to move.

Example two

As shown in fig. 1-5, this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, preferably, a side tube 30 is fixedly communicated with one side of the sliding sleeve 19, a rod body of the plunger 31 passes through the sliding sleeve 19, a ring stop 32 is fixedly connected to an outer side of the rod body of the plunger 31, the ring stop 32 is slidably connected in the side tube 30, a second spring 33 is arranged on one side of the ring stop 32 away from the sliding sleeve 19, and one end of the plunger 31 extends to an outer portion of the side tube 30 and is fixedly connected with a first handle 34.

In this embodiment, the sliding sleeve 19 is moved outside the swing rail 17, so that the polishing position of the grinding disc 26 is rapidly changed, and the polishing area of the wall surface is greatly increased.

EXAMPLE III

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, and preferably, the abutting plate assembly includes a displacement preventing plate 47, an extension bar 50 and an abutting plate 53, a first cross bar 48 is horizontally and fixedly installed on one side of the displacement preventing plate 47, a sleeve 49 and a second sleeve 52 are respectively and fixedly connected to one ends of the first cross bar 48 and the extension bar 50, a supporting leg 51 is disposed on a bottom side of the extension bar 50, a ball seat 54 is fixedly connected to one side of the abutting plate 53, a spherical rotating groove is formed on one side of the ball seat 54 and a rotating ball 55 is rotatably installed, one side of the rotating ball 55 extends to the outside of the ball seat 54 and is fixedly connected to a second threaded pipe 56, and a threaded cavity is formed on one end of the second threaded pipe 56 and is threadedly connected to a threaded rod 57.

In this embodiment, when treating to grind the relative wall of flat wall and treating to grind the flat wall and be unparallel, the rolling ball 55 can be at spherical rotor bowl internal rotation to make to support wallboard 53 can paste mutually with the relative wall of waiting to grind the flat wall, through split type design, make the device can portable and approach.

Example four

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, and preferably, a side vertical plate 41 is fixedly connected to a vertical side of the vehicle panel 1, a reinforcing rib is disposed between the side vertical plate 41 and the vehicle panel 1, and a plurality of contact rollers 42 are mounted on the vertical side of the vehicle panel 1.

In this embodiment, the strengthening rib has strengthened structural rigidity, and the friction loss has greatly been reduced in setting up of contact roller 42, and people are more laborsaving when using.

EXAMPLE five

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in this embodiment, basically the same as that of embodiment 1, preferably, a dust collector 44 is mounted on the top side of the vehicle board 1, an external connection pipe 45 is mounted on the dust collector 44, a clamp 46 is disposed on one side of the linkage 28, and a pipe body of one end of the external connection pipe 45 is clamped in the clamp 46.

In this embodiment, the external connection pipe 45 of the vacuum cleaner 44 is fixed by the clamp 46, and dust generated during grinding is collected.

EXAMPLE six

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, and preferably, a plurality of push rods 11 arranged in a ring shape at equal intervals are fixedly connected to the top edge position of the rotary disk 10.

In this embodiment, the rotation of the turntable 10 is facilitated for people.

EXAMPLE seven

As shown in fig. 1-5, this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, and preferably, a third spring 37 is located between the side ring 14 and the sliding plate 35 and sleeved outside the rod body of the second extension rod 36.

In this embodiment, it is more stable when flexible.

Example eight

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, and preferably, a limit plate 18 is fixedly connected to one end of the swing rail 17.

In this embodiment, the sliding sleeve 19 is prevented from falling from the outside of the swing rail 17.
