Background

Annular reinforcing bars are widely used in barrel-shaped containers and are generally made of annular reinforcing steel structures. When the annular reinforcing rib is cast, an annular casting mold cavity is generally formed by mutually matching an annular upper mold and an annular lower mold, and the annular reinforcing steel bar structure and a casting material are placed in the annular casting mold cavity for casting. The die in the traditional form has the advantages of more material consumption, higher cost, very low processing efficiency, larger die opening difficulty, easy damage to the annular reinforcing ribs during die opening and lower yield.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a preparation mold for an annular reinforcing rib, which is low in mold cost, high in machining efficiency, low in mold opening difficulty and high in yield.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

a preparation mould for an annular reinforcing rib comprises an outer mould component and an inner mould component which can be internally connected and is arranged in the outer mould component;

the outer die assembly comprises a rectangular plate body capable of being encircled into a cylinder and a locking mechanism arranged on the rectangular plate body and used for locking the rectangular plate body in a cylinder state;

the internal mold assembly comprises a cylinder body and an annular bottom plate externally connected to the bottom of the cylinder body; the outer diameter of the annular bottom plate is the same as the inner diameter of the rectangular plate body in a cylindrical state;

when the inner die assembly is internally connected in the outer die assembly, an annular casting die cavity for preparing the annular reinforcing rib is formed between the outer side periphery of the cylinder and the inner side periphery of the rectangular plate body in a cylindrical state.

Preferably, the locking mechanism comprises a first connecting block protruding outwards and arranged on the rectangular plate body, a locking column fixedly arranged on the first connecting block, a second connecting block protruding outwards and arranged on the rectangular plate body, and a locking hole arranged on the second connecting block and used for the locking column to penetrate through.

More preferably, the locking post is provided with an external thread, the locking mechanism further comprises a nut which is sleeved on the locking post in a threaded manner, and the nut is used for abutting the second connecting block against the first connecting block when the rectangular plate body is in a cylindrical state.

The preparation mold for the annular reinforcing rib comprises an outer mold component and an inner mold component which is arranged in the outer mold component in an inscribable mode.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the outer mold assembly comprises a rectangular plate 1 which can be wound into a cylinder, and a locking mechanism which is arranged on the rectangular plate 1 and is used for locking the rectangular plate in a cylindrical state. The rectangular plate body 1 is made of a material with certain toughness and elasticity, and is enclosed and locked in a casting process to be in a cylindrical state through the arrangement, and the locking mechanism is unlocked and unfolded when the mold is opened. The die opening difficulty is greatly reduced, the annular reinforcing ribs molded by casting cannot be damaged basically during die opening, and the yield is high.

The locking mechanism comprises a first connecting block 4 protruding outwards and arranged on the rectangular plate body 1, a locking column 5 fixedly arranged on the first connecting block 4, a second connecting block 6 protruding outwards and arranged on the rectangular plate body 1, and a locking hole 7 arranged on the second connecting block 6 and used for penetrating through the locking column 5.

In this embodiment, the locking post 5 is provided with an external thread, the locking mechanism further includes a nut 8 which is sleeved on the locking post 5, and the nut 8 is used for abutting the second connecting block 6 against the first connecting block 4 when the rectangular plate body 1 is in a cylindrical state. Referring to fig. 1, when the rectangular plate 1 is in a cylindrical state, the upper and lower locking posts 5 penetrate into the two locking holes 7 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the nut 8 is screwed into the nut 8 leftwards, so that the nut 8 pushes the second connecting block 6 until abutting against the first connecting block 4, and the rectangular plate 1 in the cylindrical state is completely closed along the circumferential direction thereof.

In the present embodiment, the first connecting block 4 and the second connecting block 6 are respectively disposed on two opposite ends of the same side of the rectangular plate 1 along the length direction.

Referring to fig. 4-5, the internal mold assembly comprises a cylinder 2 and an annular bottom plate 3 externally connected to the bottom of the cylinder 2; the outer diameter of the annular bottom plate 3 is the same as the inner diameter of the rectangular plate body 1 in a cylindrical state. Because the rectangular plate body 1 in the cylindrical state is not necessarily exactly enclosed to form a standard circle in cross section under the action of the locking mechanism, the inner die assembly is concentrically plugged into the rectangular plate body 1 in the cylindrical state and is propped open under the action of the annular bottom plate 3, so that the cross section of the rectangular plate body 1 can form a standard circle, and the annular reinforcing rib with a standard shape can be manufactured subsequently.

When the inner mold assembly is inscribed in the outer mold assembly, an annular casting mold cavity for preparing the annular reinforcing rib is formed between the outer peripheral portion of the cylinder body 2 and the inner peripheral portion of the rectangular plate body 1 in a cylindrical state. In this embodiment, the top of the barrel 2 is provided with an annular upper surface 9 parallel to the horizontal plane, by which arrangement, when the casting material is injected into the annular casting mold cavity, since the bottom surface, the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface thereof all abut against the mold for molding, wherein the bottom surface abuts against the upper surface of the annular bottom plate 3, the inner peripheral surface abuts against the outer peripheral surface of the barrel 2, and the outer peripheral surface abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the rectangular plate body 1 in a cylindrical state; and the top of the reinforcing rib is required to be subjected to strickling treatment by matching a horizontal annular upper surface 9 with a scraper so as to prepare the required annular reinforcing rib.

In the present embodiment, the inner peripheral portion of the cylindrical body 2 is tapered from the top to the bottom. Through this setting, on the basis that the annular upper surface 9 of guaranteeing barrel 2 possesses certain pressure-bearing capacity, the consumptive material and the cost of mould have further been saved.

In this embodiment, since the annular bottom plate 3 is externally connected to the bottom of the cylinder 2, and the outer circumference of the cylinder 2 is a standard cylindrical surface, the inner diameter of the upper surface of the annular bottom plate 3 is the same as the outer diameter of the cylinder 2. Meanwhile, in order to ensure that the annular bottom plate 3 of the upper inner die assembly can completely block the top of the annular casting die cavity below the upper inner die assembly, the inner diameter of the lower surface of the annular bottom plate 3 is smaller than that of the upper surface of the annular bottom plate. With this arrangement, it is possible to abut against the top of the casting material in the annular casting mold cavity and the annular upper surface 9 of the cylinder 2 via the lower surface of the annular bottom plate 3 when the upper inner mold assembly is concentrically stacked on the lower inner mold assembly.

The following specifically explains the working process of this embodiment:

die assembly:

(1) the rectangular plate body 1 is encircled to form a cylinder, and is locked in a cylinder state through a locking mechanism;

(2) the internal mold assembly is concentrically plugged into the rectangular plate body 1 in a cylindrical state until the internal mold assembly touches the bottom;

(3) placing the annular steel bar structure on the annular bottom plate 3, injecting a casting material, and scraping the top of the annular steel bar structure by the scraper under the matching of the annular upper surface 9 after the annular steel bar structure is fully injected;

(4) and (4) repeating the step (2) and the step (3) in sequence and alternately until the number of the placed internal module meets the requirement.

Opening the mold:

(1) after casting molding, unlocking the locking mechanism, and unfolding the rectangular plate body 1 in a cylindrical state;

(2) sequentially taking out the stacked internal mold assemblies from top to bottom;

(3) and (4) reversely buckling the inner die assembly, and separating the inner die assembly from the molded annular reinforcing rib.
