1. A multi-point seat belt system, comprising:

a webbing lock device, comprising:

the emergency locking woven belt curling mechanism is used for being arranged on a seat or a vehicle body and comprises one or two emergency locking woven belt curling devices and two shoulder woven belts which can be automatically curled and locked by the emergency locking woven belt curling devices, wherein one shoulder woven belt is connected with a first woven belt connecting part of the seat buckle, and the other shoulder woven belt is connected with a second woven belt connecting part of the buckle; and

The multi-point seatbelt system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the seatbelt buckle further includes a seatbelt buckle housing disposed at an outer side of the seatbelt buckle base plate and the buckle assembly, the first webbing connecting portion, the first webbing passing portion of the seatbelt buckle base plate and the pressing member of the buckle assembly being exposed at the outer side of the seatbelt buckle housing; the fastener further comprises a fastener shell, the fastener shell is arranged on the outer side of the fastener base plate, and the tongue piece portion, the second braid connecting portion and the second braid penetrating portion of the fastener base plate are exposed on the outer side of the fastener shell.

5. A multi-point seat belt system according to any one of claims 1 to 3 further including a detachable shoulder webbing connection device selectively positionable between two of the shoulder webbing to limit the spacing of the two shoulder webbing.

6. A multi-point seat belt system, comprising:

a webbing lock device, comprising:

the seat buckle comprises a rigid seat buckle substrate and a lock buckle component arranged on the seat buckle substrate, wherein the seat buckle substrate is provided with a first braid connecting part and a first braid penetrating part positioned above the first braid connecting part, and the first braid penetrating part is provided with a first penetrating hole;

the fastener comprises a rigid fastener base plate, the fastener base plate comprises a tongue piece part, and a second braid connecting part and a second braid penetrating part which are formed at one end of the tongue piece part, the second braid penetrating part is positioned above the second braid connecting part, a second penetrating hole is formed in the second braid penetrating part, and the tongue piece part of the fastener can be selectively inserted into a lock catch component of the seat catch to be locked and unlocked; and

the two sliding blocks are provided with oblique through grooves, one sliding block is arranged in a first through hole of a first woven belt penetrating part of the seat buckle in a penetrating mode and can move relative to the first woven belt penetrating part, the other sliding block is arranged in a second through hole of a second woven belt penetrating part of the buckle in a penetrating mode, and the other sliding block can move relative to the second woven belt penetrating part;

the emergency locking woven belt curling mechanism is used for being arranged on a seat or a vehicle body, and comprises one or two emergency locking woven belt curling devices and two shoulder woven belts which can be automatically curled and locked by the emergency locking woven belt curling devices, wherein one shoulder woven belt is assembled on one side of a seat cushion of the seat after penetrating through a first penetrating hole of a first woven belt penetrating part of the seat buckle and a penetrating groove of a sliding block, and the other shoulder woven belt is assembled on the other side of the seat cushion of the seat after penetrating through a second penetrating hole of a second woven belt penetrating part of the buckle and a penetrating groove of the other sliding block; and

The multipoint safety belt system according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein each of the sliders includes a slider base and a first side plate and a second side plate respectively formed on opposite sides of the slider base, the slider base includes a through-groove and two groove walls respectively located on both sides of the through-groove, the through-groove extends obliquely downward from an upper end of the first side plate toward a lower end of the second side plate, and the two groove walls respectively connect the first side plate and the second side plate; one of the two sliding blocks is arranged in a first penetrating hole of a first webbing penetrating part of the seat buckle in a penetrating way by the sliding block base part, and a first side plate and a second side plate of the sliding block are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the first webbing penetrating part; the base part of the other slider is arranged in the second through hole of the second webbing through part of the fastener in a penetrating way, and the first side plate and the second side plate of the other slider are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the second webbing through part.

The multi-point seatbelt system according to claim 9, wherein the seatbelt buckle further includes a seatbelt buckle housing, the seatbelt buckle housing is disposed at an outer side of the seatbelt buckle base plate and the buckle assembly, the first webbing connecting portion of the seatbelt buckle base plate, the first webbing through-hole portion having the slider, and the pressing member of the buckle assembly are exposed at an outer side of the seatbelt buckle housing, the buckle further includes a buckle housing, the buckle housing is disposed at an outer side of the buckle base plate, and the tongue portion of the buckle base plate, the second webbing connecting portion, and the second webbing through-hole portion having the slider are exposed at an outer side of the buckle housing.

11. The multi-point seat belt system according to any one of claims 6-8, further comprising a detachable shoulder webbing connection device that is selectively positionable between two of the shoulder webbing to limit the spacing of the two shoulder webbing.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a seat belt system for a vehicle, and more particularly to a multi-point seat belt system.

Background

At present, various traffic vehicles such as cross-country vehicles, racing vehicles, and war vehicles are required to have high safety, and the seats of the various traffic vehicles are provided with multi-point safety belt systems, so that the body of a user (driving or passenger) seated on the seat of the traffic vehicle can be simultaneously limited by a plurality of scattered fixing points and can be stably fixed on the seat, and when an unexpected external force occurs, the user can be well protected by the multi-point safety belt systems.

The conventional multi-point seat belt system can be classified into four-point, five-point, six-point, or seven-point multi-point seat belt systems according to the number of the fixing points, taking a six-point seat belt system as an example, the six-point seat belt system includes one or two webbing retractors, a webbing fastening device and 4 auxiliary webbings, the webbing fastening device includes a seat buckle and a fastener, the one or two webbing retractors are used for mounting the upper end of the seat or the rear side of the seat back of the vehicle and providing two shoulder webbings capable of being locked, the two shoulder webbings are respectively connected with the seat buckle and the fastener, and the 4 auxiliary webbings are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the seat cushion and are respectively connected with the seat buckle and the fastener, thereby providing six fixing points dispersed around the seat.

When the shoulder mesh belt is locked by the mesh belt retractor due to the retraction force of the retractor or the locking of an inclined locking mechanism arranged in the retractor or the inclination, emergency deceleration or brake stop of a traffic carrier under the state that the mesh belt fastening device is correctly fastened, the tension change of the shoulder mesh belt is utilized to enable the mesh belt retractor to generate unidirectional locking effect on the shoulder mesh belt, and a plurality of auxiliary mesh belts distributed on the left side and the right side of a seat are added to be connected with the mesh belt fastening device together to provide supporting tension, so that a passenger is bound on the seat to ensure safety.

However, when the conventional multi-point seat belt system is used, the multi-point seat belt system only uses one or two Emergency Locking webbing retractors (ELRs) fixed at the upper end of the seat or at the rear side of the seat back to provide the shoulder webbing that can be locked emergently, the two shoulder webbings are respectively connected with the seat buckle and the buckle of the webbing fastening device, and the auxiliary webbings distributed at the left and right sides of the seat are respectively connected with the seat buckle and the buckle. When the vehicle inclines, suddenly decelerates or brakes stop, the multi-point safety belt system only uses one or two sudden locking type webbing retractors (ELR) to generate the locking function of the shoulder webbing, and the comprehensive safety protection function is difficult to achieve for users.

Furthermore, in order to achieve the purpose of better restraining the body of a user (driving or passenger), the conventional multi-point seat belt system generally includes a webbing length adjusting buckle respectively disposed on a plurality of auxiliary webbings, so that the webbing length adjusting buckle disposed on each auxiliary webbing can adjust the length of the auxiliary webbing in real time according to the requirements of different users, and the multi-point seat belt system is expected to restrain the body of the user to achieve the purpose of safety protection.

However, when a user seated in a seat fastens a conventional multi-point seat belt system, the user must push down a webbing fastener device of the multi-point seat belt system to a position approximately at the center of the pelvis of the user's body, and then pull a webbing length adjusting fastener on each of the left and right side sub-webbing of the user's waist to adjust the length of the sub-webbing.

the emergency locking woven belt curling mechanism is used for being arranged on a seat or a vehicle body and comprises one or two emergency locking woven belt curling devices (ELR) and two shoulder woven belts which can be automatically curled and locked by the emergency locking woven belt curling devices, wherein one shoulder woven belt is connected with a first woven belt connecting part of the seat buckle, and the other shoulder woven belt is connected with a second woven belt connecting part of the buckle; and

two automatic locking formula meshbelt crimpers (ALR) for install in the left and right sides of this seat, each automatic locking formula meshbelt crimper (ALR) all includes the meshbelt that can be rolled up automatically and locked, and one of them automatic locking formula meshbelt crimper (ALR) passes behind the first wear-out hole of the first meshbelt wearing parts of this seat buckle with its lower meshbelt, and the group again connects in one side of the seatpad of this seat, another automatic locking formula meshbelt crimper (ALR) passes behind the second wear-out hole of the second meshbelt wearing parts of this fastener with its lower meshbelt, and the opposite side of the seatpad of this seat is again connected in the group.

In the above-mentioned multi-point seat belt system, the emergency lock webbing retractor mechanism has an emergency lock webbing retractor (ELR), and two shoulder webbings are combined into a Y-shaped webbing and connected to the emergency lock webbing retractor.

In the above-described multipoint seat belt system, the emergency-lock webbing retractor mechanism has two of the emergency-lock webbing retractors (ELR), and one of the emergency-lock webbing retractors (ELR) is connected to each of the two shoulder webbings.

In the multi-point seat belt system, the shoulder webbing connecting device may be configured to be selectively assembled between two of the shoulder webbing to limit a distance between the two of the shoulder webbing.

the two sliding blocks are provided with oblique through grooves, one sliding block is arranged in a first through hole of a first woven belt penetrating part of the seat buckle in a penetrating mode and can move relative to the first woven belt penetrating part, the other sliding block is arranged in a second through hole of a second woven belt penetrating part of the buckle in a penetrating mode, and the other sliding block can move relative to the second woven belt penetrating part;

In the above-mentioned multi-point seat belt system, the seat buckle further includes a seat buckle housing, the seat buckle housing is disposed at the outer sides of the seat buckle substrate and the buckle assembly, the first webbing connecting portion of the seat buckle substrate, the first webbing penetrating portion having the slider, and the pressing member of the buckle assembly are exposed at the outer side of the seat buckle housing, the buckle further includes a buckle housing, the buckle housing is disposed at the outer side of the buckle substrate, and the tongue portion of the buckle substrate, the second webbing connecting portion, and the second webbing penetrating portion having the slider are exposed at the outer side of the buckle housing.

In the multi-point seat belt system, the shoulder webbing connecting device may be configured to be selectively assembled between two of the shoulder webbing to limit a distance between the two of the shoulder webbing.

The invention has the advantages that when the multi-point safety belt system is applied to a seat of a traffic vehicle, besides providing a plurality of dispersed fixed point limits to fix a user on the seat and providing safety protection, the multi-point safety belt system also has the following functions:

Detailed Description

In accordance with the technical means described in the above summary, the multi-point seat belt system of the present invention can be realized in at least the following preferred embodiments. The technical means adopted by the invention to achieve the preset invention purpose are further described below by respectively matching each preferred embodiment with the figures.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, which respectively disclose first and second preferred embodiments of the multi-point seat belt system of the present invention, it can be seen that the first and second preferred embodiments of the multi-point seat belt system a each include a webbing lock mechanism 1A, an emergency lock webbing retractor mechanism, and two automatic lock type webbing retractors (ALR)4A, 4B. The difference between the first preferred embodiment and the second preferred embodiment of the multi-point seat belt system a is only changed in a part of the emergency lock webbing retractor mechanism, and the rest is the same.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the webbing lock mechanism 1A connects the emergency lock webbing retractor mechanism and the two automatic lock type webbing retractors (ALR)4A, 4B. The webbing lock device 1A includes a seat buckle 10A and a fastener 20A, and the seat buckle 10A and the fastener 20A can be selectively locked and unlocked.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the seat buckle 10A includes a seat buckle substrate 11 and a buckle assembly 12, the seat buckle substrate 11 is a rigid plate made of metal (such as steel) or other rigid materials, the seat buckle substrate 11 includes a substrate body 111, and a first webbing connecting portion 112 and a first webbing passing portion 113 formed at one end of the substrate body 111, and the first webbing connecting portion 112 is located above the first webbing passing portion 113. The first webbing connecting portion 112 has a first connecting hole 1121 therein, and the first webbing passing portion 113 has a first passing hole 1131 therein, wherein the first passing hole 1131 is a long hole. The latch assembly 12 is mounted on the base plate body 111 of the seat latch base plate 11, and the latch assembly 12 includes a latch mechanism 121 and a pressing member 122 capable of selectively driving the latch mechanism 121 to change from a locked state to an unlocked state, and the latch assembly 12 may be a known product, and detailed description thereof is omitted.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the fastener 20A includes a fastener substrate 21, the fastener substrate 21 is a rigid plate made of a metal material (such as steel material) or other rigid materials, the fastener substrate 21 includes a tongue portion 211, and a second webbing connecting portion 212 and a second webbing passing portion 213 formed at an end of the tongue portion 211, the second webbing connecting portion 212 is located above the second webbing passing portion 213. The second webbing connecting portion 212 has a second connecting hole 2121 therein, the second webbing passing portion 213 has a second passing hole 2131 therein, and the second passing hole 2131 is an elongated hole. The tongue portion 211 of the buckle 20A can be selectively inserted into the latch assembly 12 of the seat buckle 10A for latching, and when the pressing member 122 of the latch assembly 12 is pressed, the latch assembly 12 can release the latching state of the buckle 20A.

As shown in fig. 9, in the seat belt buckle device 1A, the seat belt buckle 10A may further include a seat belt buckle housing 13, the seat belt buckle housing 13 is disposed at the outer side of the seat belt buckle base plate 11 and the buckle assembly 12, and the first webbing connecting portion 112, the first webbing passing portion 113 of the seat belt buckle base plate 11 and the pressing member 122 of the buckle assembly 12 are exposed at the outer side of the seat belt buckle housing 13. The fastener 20A may further include a fastener housing 22, the fastener housing 22 is disposed outside the fastener base plate 21, and the tongue portion 211, the second webbing connecting portion 212, and the second webbing passing portion 213 of the fastener base plate 21 are exposed outside the fastener housing 22.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 12, the emergency locking webbing retracting mechanism is configured to be disposed at a seat, a back of the seat, or a rear outer side of a seat back of a vehicle body of the vehicle, and the emergency locking webbing retracting mechanism includes one or two emergency locking webbing retractors (ELR)2A and 2B, and two shoulder webbings 3A and 3B capable of being automatically retracted and locked by the emergency locking webbing retractors 2A and 2B, one of the shoulder webbings 3A is connected to a first webbing connecting portion of the seat buckle, and the other shoulder webbing 3B is connected to a second webbing connecting portion of the buckle.

As shown in fig. 1, the emergency lock webbing retractor mechanism has an emergency lock type webbing retractor (ELR)2A, and two shoulder webbing 3A, 3B are combined into a Y-shaped webbing and connected together with the emergency lock type webbing retractor (ELR) 2A. As shown in fig. 2, the emergency lock webbing retractor mechanism has two emergency lock webbing retractors (ELR)2A, 2B, and the two shoulder webbings 3A, 3B are connected to one of the emergency lock webbing retractors (ELR)2A, 2B, respectively.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 12, the two automatic locking type webbing retractor devices (ALR)4A, 4B are respectively disposed at the left and right sides of the seat of the vehicle or at the outer side thereof, each of the automatic locking type webbing retractor devices (ALR)4A, 4B includes a lower webbing 5A, 5B that can be automatically retracted and locked, and the webbing lock device 1A is connected between the shoulder webbing 3A, 3B of the emergency locking webbing retractor mechanism and the lower webbing 5A, 5B of the two automatic locking type webbing retractor devices (ALR)4A, 4B to provide a plurality of fixing points dispersed around the seat.

The emergency locking type webbing retractor (ELR)2A, 2B may be any one of currently known emergency locking type webbing retractor (ELR) products, the automatic locking type webbing retractor (ALR)4A, 4B may be any one of currently known automatic locking type webbing retractor (ALR) products, or as shown in fig. 5 to 8, the automatic locking type webbing retractor (ALR)4A, 4B includes a base 41, a retracting mechanism 42, a stopper 43, a torsion spring 44, and the lower webbing 5A, 5B, the retracting mechanism 42 may be a one-way ratchet type mechanism, the retracting mechanism 42 may be rotatably mounted on the base 41 and connected to one end of the lower webbing 5A, 5B, the retracting mechanism 42 has a function of automatically retracting the lower webbing 5A, 5B, the stopper 43 is mounted on the base 41 in combination with the torsion spring 44 and is swingably, the stopping member 43 is located at one side of the rolling mechanism 42, and the stopping member 43 can timely stop the rolling mechanism 42 from rotating by the elastic force provided by the torsion spring 44. The torsion spring 44 is connected between one side end of the stopper 43 and the base 41 as in the embodiment shown in fig. 5 and 6, or the torsion spring 44 is connected between the middle section of the stopper 43 and the base 41 as in the embodiment shown in fig. 7 and 8.

As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the first and second preferred embodiments of the multi-point seat belt system a may further include a shoulder webbing connection device 8, and the shoulder webbing connection device 8 may be selectively assembled between the two shoulder webbing 3A, 3B to limit the distance between the two shoulder webbing 3A, 3B. The shoulder webbing connecting device 8 includes two webbing sheaths 8A and a connecting fastener group 8B, each webbing sheath 8A is detachably sleeved on one shoulder webbing 3A, 3B, and the connecting fastener group 8B is detachably connected between the two webbing sheaths 8A. The webbing sheath 8A and the connecting fastener group 8B may be selected from known products, and will not be described in detail herein.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 9 and 12, in the first and second preferred embodiments of the multi-point seat belt system a, one or two of the emergency locking webbing retractor (ELR)2A, 2B of the emergency locking webbing retractor mechanism are configured to be disposed at the upper end of the seat back of the seat of the vehicle, at the rear of the upper end of the seat back, or at the back of the seat back, or at the vehicle body in the rear direction of the seat back, that is, the emergency locking webbing retractor (ELR) determines the position of the emergency locking webbing retractor according to the design of the vehicle, the emergency locking webbing retractor mechanism connects two shoulder webbing 3A, 3B of one or two of the emergency locking webbing retractor (ELR)2A, 2B, and the two shoulder webbing 3A, 3B of the two emergency locking webbing retractor (ELR)2A, 2B can extend downward around the upper side of the seat back, respectively, and the end of the shoulder webbing 3A of the two emergency locking webbing 2A, 2B is inserted into the seat buckle 10A The other of the emergency locking webbing retractor (ELR)2B is inserted through the second connection hole 2121 of the second webbing connection portion 212 of the buckle 20A by the end of the shoulder webbing 3B thereof. The emergency locking type webbing retractor (ELR)2A, 2B has a function that the shoulder webbing 3A, 3B can be freely stretched, and the shoulder webbing 3A, 3B can be locked when the vehicle collides or is braked emergently.

In the first and second preferred embodiments of the multi-point seat belt system a, the lower webbing 5A, 5B of the two automatic locking type webbing retractors (ALR)4A, 4B can be extended upward from the left and right sides of the seat cushion, and after one of the two automatic locking type webbing retractor (ALR)4A, 4B has its lower webbing 5A passed through the first through hole 1131 of the first webbing passing portion 113 of the seat buckle 10A, the end of the lower webbing 5A is connected to a lower webbing positioning piece 6A assembled on one side of the seat cushion of the seat, after the other automatic locking type webbing retractor (ALR)4B passes through the second through hole 2131 of the second webbing passing portion 213 of the buckle 20A with its lower webbing 5B, the tail end of the lower weaving belt 5B is connected with a lower weaving belt positioning piece 6B which is assembled at the other side of the seat cushion of the seat. The automatic lock type webbing retractor (ALR)4A, 4B has a function of automatically retracting the lower webbing 5A, 5B to a length position corresponding to the length of the lower webbing 5A, 5B used by a user (e.g., a driver or a passenger), that is, locking the lower webbing 5A, 5B so that the extra length of the lower webbing 5A, 5B cannot be pulled out.

Regarding the usage of the first and second preferred embodiments of the multi-point seat belt system a, taking the second preferred embodiment of the multi-point seat belt system a as an example, as shown in fig. 9 and 12, when a user sitting in a seat wears the multi-point seat belt system a, the user only needs to move the webbing lock device 10A to a position approximately at the center of the pelvis of the user's body, and in the process of moving the webbing lock device 10A, the two shoulder belts 3A, 3B and the two lower belts 5A, 5B can be automatically stretched to an appropriate length along with the movement of the webbing lock device 10A, eliminating the step of manually adjusting the lengths of the two shoulder belts 3A, 3B and the lengths of the two lower belts 5A, 5B, and allowing the user to quickly and easily wear the multi-point seat belt system a.

When the vehicle inclines, decelerates emergently or stops braking, the two emergency locking type mesh belt retractors (ELR)2A and 2B and the two automatic locking type mesh belt retractors (ALR)4A and 4B immediately respectively lock the two shoulder mesh belts 3A and 3B and the two lower mesh belts 5A and 5B, so that the two shoulder mesh belts 3A and 3B and the two lower mesh belts 5A and 5B which are dispersedly wound on the body of a passenger can really bind the user on the seat, thereby achieving the best safety protection performance.

As shown in fig. 13 to 16, the third and fourth preferred embodiments of the multi-point seat belt system B according to the present invention are disclosed, and it can be seen from the drawings that the basic constituent structures of the third and fourth preferred embodiments of the multi-point seat belt system B are substantially the same as those of the first and second preferred embodiments of the multi-point seat belt system a, and both include a webbing lock device 1A, 1B, an emergency lock webbing retractor mechanism, and two automatic lock type webbing retractors (ALR)4A, 4B. The functions of the emergency-lock webbing retractor mechanism and the automatic-lock webbing retractors (ALR)4A, 4B of the third and fourth preferred embodiments of the multi-point seat belt system B are also the same as the functions of the emergency-lock webbing retractor mechanism and the automatic-lock webbing retractors (ALR)4A, 4B of the first and second preferred embodiments of the multi-point seat belt system a. As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the third preferred embodiment and the fourth preferred embodiment of the multi-point seat belt system B differ only in that the portion of the emergency lock webbing retractor mechanism is changed, and the rest is the same.

As shown in fig. 13, 14, 24 and 26, in the third and fourth preferred embodiments of the multi-point seat belt system B, the emergency-lock webbing retractor mechanism is configured to be installed at a seat or a vehicle body of a vehicle, and the emergency-lock webbing retractor mechanism includes one or two emergency-lock webbing retractors (ELR)2A and 2B and two shoulder webbings 3A and 3B that can be automatically retracted and locked by the emergency- lock webbing retractors 2A and 2B. As shown in fig. 13, when the emergency lock webbing retractor mechanism has an emergency lock type webbing retractor (ELR)2A, two of the shoulder webbing 3A, 3B are combined into a Y-shaped webbing to connect together with the emergency lock type webbing retractor (ELR) 2A. As shown in fig. 14, when the emergency lock webbing retractor mechanism has two emergency lock webbing retractors (ELR)2A, 2B, two of the shoulder webbings 3A, 3B are connected to one of the emergency lock webbing retractors (ELR)2A, 3B, respectively.

As shown in fig. 13, 14, 24 and 26, the two automatic locking webbing retractors (ALR)4A and 4B are respectively disposed at the left and right sides of the seat of the vehicle or the outer side thereof, and each of the automatic locking webbing retractors (ALR)4A and 4B includes a lower webbing 5A and 5B that can be automatically retracted and locked.

As shown in fig. 13, 24 and 26, the webbing lock device 1B is connected between the two shoulder webbings 3A, 3B of the emergency-lock webbing retractor mechanism and the lower webbings 5A, 5B of the two automatic-lock-type webbing retractors (ALR)4A, 4B, and can provide a plurality of fixing points dispersed around the seat. The emergency locking type webbing retractor (ELR)2A, 2B has a function that the shoulder webbing 3A, 3B can be freely stretched and the shoulder webbing 3A, 3B can be locked when the vehicle collides or is braked emergently. The automatic lock type webbing retractor (ALR)4A, 4B has a function of automatically retracting the lower webbing 5A, 5B to a length position corresponding to the length of the lower webbing 5A, 5B used by a user (e.g., a driver or a passenger), that is, locking the lower webbing 5A, 5B so that the extra length of the lower webbing 5A, 5B cannot be pulled out.

The main differences between the third and fourth preferred embodiments of the multi-point seat belt system B and the first and second preferred embodiments of the multi-point seat belt system a are: the constitution of the webbing lock device 1B of the second preferred embodiment of the multi-point seat belt system B, and the manner of connection between the webbing lock device 1B and the shoulder webbing 3A, 3B of the emergency-lock webbing retractor mechanism, and the lower webbing 5A, 5B of the two automatic-lock webbing retractors (ALR)4A, 4B are changed.

As shown in fig. 13 to 16, in the third and fourth preferred embodiments of the multi-point seat belt system B, the webbing lock device 1B includes a seat buckle 10B, a buckle 20B and two sliding blocks 30B, the seat buckle 10B and the buckle 20B can be selectively fastened and connected, the two sliding blocks 30B are respectively installed in the seat buckle 10B and the buckle 20B, and the two sliding blocks 30B can respectively provide locking and releasing functions for the two shoulder webbing 3A and 3B inserted into the seat buckle 10B and the buckle 20B.

As shown in fig. 13 to 18, the seat buckle 10B includes a seat buckle substrate 11 and a buckle assembly 12, the seat buckle substrate 11 is a rigid plate made of metal (such as steel) or other rigid materials, the seat buckle substrate 11 includes a substrate body 111, and a first webbing passing portion 113 and a first webbing connecting portion 112 formed at one end of the substrate body 111, and the first webbing connecting portion 112 is located below the first webbing passing portion 113. The first webbing connecting portion 112 has a first connecting hole 1121 therein, and the first webbing passing portion 113 has a first passing hole 1131 therein, wherein the first passing hole 1131 is a long hole. The latch assembly 12 is mounted on the base plate body 111 of the seat latch base plate 11, the latch assembly 12 includes a latch mechanism 121 and a pressing member 122 capable of selectively driving the latch mechanism 121 to change to an unlocked state, and the latch assembly 12 may be a known product, and detailed structure thereof is not described herein.

As shown in fig. 13, 14, 15 to 18, the fastener 20B includes a fastener substrate 21, the fastener substrate 21 is a rigid plate made of a metal material (such as steel material) or other rigid material, the fastener substrate 21 includes a tongue portion 211, and a second webbing connecting portion 212 and a second webbing passing portion 213 formed at one end of the tongue portion 211, the second webbing connecting portion 212 is located below the second webbing passing portion 213. The second webbing connecting portion 212 has a second connecting hole 2121 therein, the second webbing passing portion 213 has a second passing hole 2131 therein, and the second passing hole 2131 is an elongated hole. The tongue portion 211 of the buckle 20B can be selectively inserted into the latch assembly 12 of the seat buckle 10B for latching, and when the pressing member 122 of the latch assembly 12 is pressed, the latch assembly 12 releases the latching state of the buckle 20B.

As shown in fig. 13 to 23, one of the two sliders 30B is slidably mounted in the first webbing through portion 113 of the seat buckle 10B, and the slider 30B is movable relative to the first webbing through portion 113, and the other slider 30B of the two sliders 30B is slidably mounted in the second webbing through portion 213 of the buckle 20B, and the other slider 30B is movable relative to the second webbing through portion 213.

Each of the sliders 30B includes a slider base 31, and a first side plate 32 and a second side plate 33 respectively formed on two opposite sides of the slider base 31, the slider base 31 includes a through slot 311 and two slot walls 312 respectively located on two sides of the through slot 311, the through slot 311 extends from the upper end of the first side plate 32 to the lower end of the second side plate 33 in an inclined manner, and the two slot walls 312 are respectively connected to the first side plate 32 and the second side plate 33.

As shown in fig. 13 to 23, one of the two sliders 30B is disposed with its slider base 31 in the first through hole 1131 of the first webbing passing portion 113 of the seat buckle 10B, the first side plate 32 and the second side plate 33 are respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the first webbing passing portion 113, and one shoulder webbing 3A of the emergency locking webbing retracting mechanism passes through the first through hole 1131 of the first webbing passing portion 113 of the seat buckle 10B and the through slot 311 of the slider 30B. The other slider 30B of the two sliders 30B is inserted into the second through hole 2131 of the second webbing insertion portion 213 of the buckle 20B by the slider base 31 thereof, the first side plate 32 and the second side plate 33 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the second webbing insertion portion 213, the other shoulder webbing 3B of the emergency locking webbing retractor mechanism is inserted through the second through hole 2131 of the second webbing insertion portion 213 of the buckle 20B and the through groove 311 of the slider 30B, the two sliders 30B can respectively slide in the first webbing insertion portion 113 of the seat buckle 10B and the second webbing insertion portion 213 of the buckle 20B within a limited range, as shown in fig. 19 and 20, the two sliders 30B can respectively provide locking and releasing functions for the two shoulder webbings 3A and 3B inserted into the seat buckle 10B and the buckle 20B.

As shown in fig. 14 and 24, in the seat belt buckle device 1B, the seat belt buckle 10B may further include a seat belt buckle housing 13, the seat belt buckle housing 13 is disposed at the outer side of the seat belt buckle base plate 11 and the buckle assembly 12, and the first webbing connecting portion 112 of the seat belt buckle base plate 11, the first webbing passing portion 113 with the slider 30B, and the pressing member 122 of the buckle assembly 12 are exposed at the outer side of the seat belt buckle housing 13. The fastener 20B may further include a fastener housing 22, the fastener housing 22 is disposed outside the fastener base plate 21, and the tongue portion 211, the second webbing connecting portion 212, and the second webbing passing portion 213 having the slider 30B of the fastener base plate 21 are exposed outside the fastener housing 22.

As shown in fig. 14 and 25, in the third and fourth preferred embodiments of the multi-point seat belt system B, a shoulder webbing connecting device 8 may be additionally provided, and the shoulder webbing connecting device 8 may be selectively assembled between the two shoulder webbing 3A, 3B to limit the distance between the two shoulder webbing 3A, 3B. The shoulder mesh belt connecting device 8 comprises two mesh belt protective sleeves 8A and a connecting fastener group 8B, each mesh belt protective sleeve 8A is respectively sleeved on one shoulder mesh belt 3A and one shoulder mesh belt 3B in a detachable and assembled mode, and the connecting fastener group 8B is connected between the two mesh belt protective sleeves 8A in a detachable and assembled mode. The webbing sheath 8A and the connecting fastener group 8B may be selected from known products, and will not be described in detail herein.

As shown in fig. 14, 24 and 26, in the fourth preferred embodiment of the multi-point seat belt system B, two of the automatic locking webbing retractors (ALR)4A and 4B are respectively disposed at the left and right sides of the seat of the vehicle or the outer side thereof, the lower webbing 5A and 5B of the two automatic locking webbing retractors (ALR)4A and 4B can respectively extend upward from the left and right sides of the seat cushion, and one of the automatic locking webbing retractors (ALR)4A and the lower webbing 5A thereof is inserted into the first connecting hole 1121 of the first webbing connecting portion 112 of the seat buckle 10B, and the other automatic locking webbing retractor (ALR)4B and the lower webbing 5B thereof is inserted into the second connecting hole 2121 of the second webbing connecting portion 212 of the buckle 20B.

As shown in fig. 14, 24 and 26, the fourth preferred embodiment of the multipoint seat belt system B has a function of locking the shoulder webbing 3A, 3B when the vehicle is crashed or braked, by means of two emergency lock type webbing retractors (ELR)2A, 2B having the shoulder webbing 3A, 3B that can be freely extended, and a function of automatically retracting the lower webbing 5A, 5B to a length position corresponding to the use of the user (e.g., a driver or a passenger), when the lower webbing 5A, 5B is withdrawn, by means of two automatic lock type webbing retractors (ALR)4A, 4B, which can be locked without withdrawing the excess lower webbing 5A, 5B. When a user sitting in the seat wears the multi-point seat belt system B, the user only needs to move the webbing lock device 10B to a position about the center of the pelvis of the user, and in the process of moving the webbing lock device 10B, the two shoulder belts 3A, 3B and the two lower belts 5A, 5B can be automatically stretched to a proper length along with the movement of the webbing lock device 1B, so that the step of manually adjusting the lengths of the two shoulder belts 3A, 3B and the lengths of the two lower belts 5A, 5B is eliminated, and the user can wear the multi-point seat belt system quickly and simply.

Furthermore, when the user is seated in the seat of the transportation vehicle, as shown in fig. 14, 22 to 24 and 26, the user wants to adjust the height position of the webbing lock device 1B on the two shoulder webbing 3A, 3B, the user can intuitively hold the seat buckle base plate 11 of the seat buckle 10B and the buckle base plate 21 of the buckle 20B with one hand, respectively, so that the first penetrating portion 113 of the seat buckle base plate 11 and the slider 30B thereon are moved relatively to unlock one of the shoulder webbing 3A penetrated therein, the second penetrating portion 213 of the buckle 20B and the other slider 30B thereon are moved relatively to unlock the other shoulder webbing 3B, and the seat buckle base plate of the seat buckle 10B and the buckle base plate 21 of the buckle 20B are pushed upward, so that the seat buckle 10B and the buckle 20B can be adjusted to the shoulder webbing 3A, the shoulder webbing 3B, and the buckle webbing 20B in an stepless manner, 3B, and after the hand is released, the seat buckle 10B and the buckle 20B of the seat buckle apparatus 1B respectively make the first penetrating portion 113 of the seat buckle 10B and the one of the sliders 30B clamp one of the shoulder webbing 3A again relatively under the tension of the shoulder webbing 3A, 3B, and the second penetrating portion 213 of the buckle 20B and the other of the sliders 30B clamp the other of the shoulder webbing 3B again relatively, and generate enough friction force to automatically generate a locking action on the two shoulder webbing 3A, 3B.

When the vehicle is tilted, suddenly decelerates or stops braking, the two sudden locking webbing retractors (ELR)2A, 2B of the sudden locking webbing retracting mechanism of the fourth preferred embodiment of the multi-point seat belt system B can immediately and respectively lock the two shoulder webbings 3A, 3B, and the two automatic locking webbing retractors (ALR)4A, 4B respectively generate a retracting action on the two lower webbings 5A, 5B, so that the two shoulder webbings 3A, 3B and the two lower webbings 5A, 5B dispersedly wound around the body of the occupant can firmly restrain the user on the seat, thereby achieving the best safety protection performance.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
