a webbing lock device, comprising:
the seat buckle comprises a rigid seat buckle substrate and a lock buckle component arranged on the seat buckle substrate, wherein the seat buckle substrate is provided with a first braid connecting part and a first braid penetrating part positioned below the first braid connecting part, and the first braid penetrating part is provided with a first penetrating hole; and
the fastener comprises a rigid fastener base plate, the fastener base plate comprises a tongue piece part, and a second braid connecting part and a second braid penetrating part which are formed at one end of the tongue piece part, the second braid connecting part is positioned above the second braid penetrating part, a second penetrating hole is formed in the second braid penetrating part, and the tongue piece part of the fastener can be selectively inserted into a lock catch component of the seat catch to be locked and unlocked;
the emergency locking woven belt curling mechanism is used for being arranged on a seat or a vehicle body and comprises one or two emergency locking woven belt curling devices and two shoulder woven belts which can be automatically curled and locked by the emergency locking woven belt curling devices, wherein one shoulder woven belt is connected with a first woven belt connecting part of the seat buckle, and the other shoulder woven belt is connected with a second woven belt connecting part of the buckle; and

2. The multi-point seatbelt system according to claim 1, wherein the emergency lock webbing retractor mechanism has an emergency lock webbing retractor, and two of the shoulder webbings are combined into a Y-shaped webbing to connect the emergency lock webbing retractor.
3. The multipoint seat belt system according to claim 1, wherein the emergency lock webbing retractor mechanism has two of the emergency lock webbing retractors, one of the emergency lock webbing retractors being connected to each of the two shoulder webbings.

The multi-point seatbelt system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the seatbelt buckle further includes a seatbelt buckle housing disposed at an outer side of the seatbelt buckle base plate and the buckle assembly, the first webbing connecting portion, the first webbing passing portion of the seatbelt buckle base plate and the pressing member of the buckle assembly being exposed at the outer side of the seatbelt buckle housing; the fastener further comprises a fastener shell, the fastener shell is arranged on the outer side of the fastener base plate, and the tongue piece portion, the second braid connecting portion and the second braid penetrating portion of the fastener base plate are exposed on the outer side of the fastener shell.
5. A multi-point seat belt system according to any one of claims 1 to 3 further including a detachable shoulder webbing connection device selectively positionable between two of the shoulder webbing to limit the spacing of the two shoulder webbing.
6. A multi-point seat belt system, comprising:
a webbing lock device, comprising:
the seat buckle comprises a rigid seat buckle substrate and a lock buckle component arranged on the seat buckle substrate, wherein the seat buckle substrate is provided with a first braid connecting part and a first braid penetrating part positioned above the first braid connecting part, and the first braid penetrating part is provided with a first penetrating hole;
the fastener comprises a rigid fastener base plate, the fastener base plate comprises a tongue piece part, and a second braid connecting part and a second braid penetrating part which are formed at one end of the tongue piece part, the second braid penetrating part is positioned above the second braid connecting part, a second penetrating hole is formed in the second braid penetrating part, and the tongue piece part of the fastener can be selectively inserted into a lock catch component of the seat catch to be locked and unlocked; and
the two sliding blocks are provided with oblique through grooves, one sliding block is arranged in a first through hole of a first woven belt penetrating part of the seat buckle in a penetrating mode and can move relative to the first woven belt penetrating part, the other sliding block is arranged in a second through hole of a second woven belt penetrating part of the buckle in a penetrating mode, and the other sliding block can move relative to the second woven belt penetrating part;
the emergency locking woven belt curling mechanism is used for being arranged on a seat or a vehicle body, and comprises one or two emergency locking woven belt curling devices and two shoulder woven belts which can be automatically curled and locked by the emergency locking woven belt curling devices, wherein one shoulder woven belt is assembled on one side of a seat cushion of the seat after penetrating through a first penetrating hole of a first woven belt penetrating part of the seat buckle and a penetrating groove of a sliding block, and the other shoulder woven belt is assembled on the other side of the seat cushion of the seat after penetrating through a second penetrating hole of a second woven belt penetrating part of the buckle and a penetrating groove of the other sliding block; and

8. The multipoint seat belt system according to claim 6, wherein the emergency lock webbing retractor mechanism has two of the emergency lock webbing retractors, one of the emergency lock webbing retractors being connected to each of the two shoulder webbings.

The multipoint safety belt system according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein each of the sliders includes a slider base and a first side plate and a second side plate respectively formed on opposite sides of the slider base, the slider base includes a through-groove and two groove walls respectively located on both sides of the through-groove, the through-groove extends obliquely downward from an upper end of the first side plate toward a lower end of the second side plate, and the two groove walls respectively connect the first side plate and the second side plate; one of the two sliding blocks is arranged in a first penetrating hole of a first webbing penetrating part of the seat buckle in a penetrating way by the sliding block base part, and a first side plate and a second side plate of the sliding block are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the first webbing penetrating part; the base part of the other slider is arranged in the second through hole of the second webbing through part of the fastener in a penetrating way, and the first side plate and the second side plate of the other slider are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the second webbing through part.

The multi-point seatbelt system according to claim 9, wherein the seatbelt buckle further includes a seatbelt buckle housing, the seatbelt buckle housing is disposed at an outer side of the seatbelt buckle base plate and the buckle assembly, the first webbing connecting portion of the seatbelt buckle base plate, the first webbing through-hole portion having the slider, and the pressing member of the buckle assembly are exposed at an outer side of the seatbelt buckle housing, the buckle further includes a buckle housing, the buckle housing is disposed at an outer side of the buckle base plate, and the tongue portion of the buckle base plate, the second webbing connecting portion, and the second webbing through-hole portion having the slider are exposed at an outer side of the buckle housing.
11. The multi-point seat belt system according to any one of claims 6-8, further comprising a detachable shoulder webbing connection device that is selectively positionable between two of the shoulder webbing to limit the spacing of the two shoulder webbing.
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a seat belt system for a vehicle, and more particularly to a multi-point seat belt system.
Background
At present, various traffic vehicles such as cross-country vehicles, racing vehicles, and war vehicles are required to have high safety, and the seats of the various traffic vehicles are provided with multi-point safety belt systems, so that the body of a user (driving or passenger) seated on the seat of the traffic vehicle can be simultaneously limited by a plurality of scattered fixing points and can be stably fixed on the seat, and when an unexpected external force occurs, the user can be well protected by the multi-point safety belt systems.
The conventional multi-point seat belt system can be classified into four-point, five-point, six-point, or seven-point multi-point seat belt systems according to the number of the fixing points, taking a six-point seat belt system as an example, the six-point seat belt system includes one or two webbing retractors, a webbing fastening device and 4 auxiliary webbings, the webbing fastening device includes a seat buckle and a fastener, the one or two webbing retractors are used for mounting the upper end of the seat or the rear side of the seat back of the vehicle and providing two shoulder webbings capable of being locked, the two shoulder webbings are respectively connected with the seat buckle and the fastener, and the 4 auxiliary webbings are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the seat cushion and are respectively connected with the seat buckle and the fastener, thereby providing six fixing points dispersed around the seat.
When the shoulder mesh belt is locked by the mesh belt retractor due to the retraction force of the retractor or the locking of an inclined locking mechanism arranged in the retractor or the inclination, emergency deceleration or brake stop of a traffic carrier under the state that the mesh belt fastening device is correctly fastened, the tension change of the shoulder mesh belt is utilized to enable the mesh belt retractor to generate unidirectional locking effect on the shoulder mesh belt, and a plurality of auxiliary mesh belts distributed on the left side and the right side of a seat are added to be connected with the mesh belt fastening device together to provide supporting tension, so that a passenger is bound on the seat to ensure safety.
However, when the conventional multi-point seat belt system is used, the multi-point seat belt system only uses one or two Emergency Locking webbing retractors (ELRs) fixed at the upper end of the seat or at the rear side of the seat back to provide the shoulder webbing that can be locked emergently, the two shoulder webbings are respectively connected with the seat buckle and the buckle of the webbing fastening device, and the auxiliary webbings distributed at the left and right sides of the seat are respectively connected with the seat buckle and the buckle. When the vehicle inclines, suddenly decelerates or brakes stop, the multi-point safety belt system only uses one or two sudden locking type webbing retractors (ELR) to generate the locking function of the shoulder webbing, and the comprehensive safety protection function is difficult to achieve for users.
Furthermore, in order to achieve the purpose of better restraining the body of a user (driving or passenger), the conventional multi-point seat belt system generally includes a webbing length adjusting buckle respectively disposed on a plurality of auxiliary webbings, so that the webbing length adjusting buckle disposed on each auxiliary webbing can adjust the length of the auxiliary webbing in real time according to the requirements of different users, and the multi-point seat belt system is expected to restrain the body of the user to achieve the purpose of safety protection.
However, when a user seated in a seat fastens a conventional multi-point seat belt system, the user must push down a webbing fastener device of the multi-point seat belt system to a position approximately at the center of the pelvis of the user's body, and then pull a webbing length adjusting fastener on each of the left and right side sub-webbing of the user's waist to adjust the length of the sub-webbing.

the emergency locking woven belt curling mechanism is used for being arranged on a seat or a vehicle body and comprises one or two emergency locking woven belt curling devices (ELR) and two shoulder woven belts which can be automatically curled and locked by the emergency locking woven belt curling devices, wherein one shoulder woven belt is connected with a first woven belt connecting part of the seat buckle, and the other shoulder woven belt is connected with a second woven belt connecting part of the buckle; and
two automatic locking formula meshbelt crimpers (ALR) for install in the left and right sides of this seat, each automatic locking formula meshbelt crimper (ALR) all includes the meshbelt that can be rolled up automatically and locked, and one of them automatic locking formula meshbelt crimper (ALR) passes behind the first wear-out hole of the first meshbelt wearing parts of this seat buckle with its lower meshbelt, and the group again connects in one side of the seatpad of this seat, another automatic locking formula meshbelt crimper (ALR) passes behind the second wear-out hole of the second meshbelt wearing parts of this fastener with its lower meshbelt, and the opposite side of the seatpad of this seat is again connected in the group.
In the above-mentioned multi-point seat belt system, the emergency lock webbing retractor mechanism has an emergency lock webbing retractor (ELR), and two shoulder webbings are combined into a Y-shaped webbing and connected to the emergency lock webbing retractor.
In the above-described multipoint seat belt system, the emergency-lock webbing retractor mechanism has two of the emergency-lock webbing retractors (ELR), and one of the emergency-lock webbing retractors (ELR) is connected to each of the two shoulder webbings.
In the above-mentioned multi-point seat belt system, the seat buckle further includes a seat buckle housing, the seat buckle housing is disposed at the outer sides of the seat buckle substrate and the buckle assembly, and the first webbing connecting portion, the first webbing passing portion, and the pressing member of the buckle assembly of the seat buckle substrate are exposed at the outer side of the seat buckle housing; the fastener further comprises a fastener shell, the fastener shell is arranged on the outer side of the fastener base plate, and the tongue piece portion, the second braid connecting portion and the second braid penetrating portion of the fastener base plate are exposed on the outer side of the fastener shell.
In the multi-point seat belt system, the shoulder webbing connecting device may be configured to be selectively assembled between two of the shoulder webbing to limit a distance between the two of the shoulder webbing.

In the above-mentioned multi-point seat belt system, the seat buckle further includes a seat buckle housing, the seat buckle housing is disposed at the outer sides of the seat buckle substrate and the buckle assembly, the first webbing connecting portion of the seat buckle substrate, the first webbing penetrating portion having the slider, and the pressing member of the buckle assembly are exposed at the outer side of the seat buckle housing, the buckle further includes a buckle housing, the buckle housing is disposed at the outer side of the buckle substrate, and the tongue portion of the buckle substrate, the second webbing connecting portion, and the second webbing penetrating portion having the slider are exposed at the outer side of the buckle housing.
In the multi-point seat belt system, the shoulder webbing connecting device may be configured to be selectively assembled between two of the shoulder webbing to limit a distance between the two of the shoulder webbing.
The invention has the advantages that when the multi-point safety belt system is applied to a seat of a traffic vehicle, besides providing a plurality of dispersed fixed point limits to fix a user on the seat and providing safety protection, the multi-point safety belt system also has the following functions:
1. the safety protection performance is improved: the invention relates to an emergency locking mesh belt curling mechanism of a multi-point type safety belt system, wherein one or two emergency locking mesh belt curling devices (ELR) are arranged on a seat or a vehicle body and provide two shoulder mesh belts capable of being emergently locked, two automatic locking mesh belt curling devices (ALR) can be dispersedly arranged on the left side and the right side of the seat and respectively provide lower mesh belts capable of being locked, a mesh belt locking device is connected between the two shoulder mesh belts of the emergency locking mesh belt curling mechanism and the lower mesh belts of the two automatic locking mesh belt curling devices (ALR), the two shoulder mesh belts or the two lower mesh belts respectively penetrate through the mesh belt locking device and are respectively extended and fixed on the two sides of the seat, so that when a seat buckle of the mesh belt locking device is correctly buckled with a buckle, and when a traffic vehicle inclines, emergently decelerates or stops, the emergency locking mesh belt curling device (ELR) of the emergency locking mesh belt curling mechanism can immediately lock the two shoulder mesh belts, the two automatic locking type mesh belt crimpers are combined to tighten the two lower mesh belts, so that the shoulder mesh belts and the lower mesh belts which are dispersedly wound on the body of a seat occupant can really constrain a user on the seat, and the optimal comprehensive safety protection performance is achieved.
2. In the multi-point seat belt system of the present invention, when the emergency lock webbing retractor mechanism is provided to the seat or the vehicle body with one or two emergency lock type webbing retractors (ELRs), and two shoulder woven belts which can be locked emergently are respectively passed through the seat buckle and the buckle of the woven belt buckle device and then respectively extend to connect the left side and the right side of the seat, the first woven belt penetrating part of the seat buckle and the second woven belt penetrating part of the buckle are respectively provided with a movable slide block, wherein the first through hole of the first meshbelt portion of wearing to establish that the seat was buckled and the wearing groove of locating slider wherein are passed to a shoulder meshbelt of urgent locking meshbelt crimpling mechanism, and the second through hole of the second meshbelt portion of wearing to establish that the fastener was passed to another shoulder meshbelt of urgent locking meshbelt crimpling mechanism and the wearing groove of locating slider wherein borrow two sliders and can be to wearing to locating two in seat knot and the fastener respectively shoulder meshbelt provides the function of locking and unclamping by two sliders. The multi-point safety belt system of the invention can further comprise a shoulder mesh belt connecting device which can be selectively assembled between the two shoulder mesh belts to limit the distance between the two shoulder mesh belts, so that the two shoulder mesh belts can not slip off from the two shoulders of a user when the two shoulder mesh belts are inclined, collided or emergently braked on a traffic carrier, and the safety protection performance of the multi-point safety belt system can be ensured.
