In the process of processing parts by SLM; the quality of the powder laying quality directly influences the forming precision and the density.

The working principle is as follows: when the powder pressing box is used, firstly, powder is poured into the powder pressing box 13, then the equipment is started, the driving motor 15 drives the driving screw rod 4 to rotate, so that the screw rod sliding block 5 is driven to move back and forth, the connecting rod 8 is further driven to move, the connecting rod 8 drives the driving plate 10 to move, so that the grinding cylinder 11 and the dispersing cylinder 12 are driven to move, the powder in the powder pressing box 13 is ground, before the grinding cylinder 11 presses the powder, the powder can be turned over by the convex blocks on the surface of the dispersing cylinder 12 when the dispersing cylinder 12 rotates, so that the bubble cavities in the powder are scattered, the pressing effect of the powder is further improved, the redundant powder enters the collecting box 22 along the guide plate 21 from the right side of the powder pressing box 13 along with the propulsion of the grinding cylinder 11, the waste of the powder is reduced, the cost is reduced, when the powder pressing boxes 13 with different sizes are replaced, the powder pressing box 13 is fixed by adjusting the position of the clamping block 20, the adjusting screw rod 17 can be driven to rotate by rotating the hand wheel 18, so that the moving block 19 is driven to rotate, the clamping block 20 is further driven to move, and the powder pressing box 13 is clamped and fixed.
