The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.

In this integrative sealed automobile wheel hub unit, the front end of rotating the annular space realizes sealed through a sealing member 5 only to improve sealing member 5 and dabber 1 contact surface roughness, reduce friction torque. The rear end of the rotary annular gap is buckled by the whole sealing gland 9, and the outer ring 8 and the mandrel 1 are covered to form an integral sealing state. And the combination arrangement of a plurality of sealing components is further saved, so that the friction loss when the hub bearing unit rotates is reduced, and the starting torque is reduced. The inside of the hub unit forms a double-row angular contact bearing structure, so that the hub unit can bear axial load and radial load. The head of the mandrel 1 is riveted after assembly, so that the clearance of the hub unit is ensured within a reasonable range, and the operation of clearance matching during bearing assembly is omitted. The sensor 10 is mounted with blind holes to receive and convert the magnetic signal of the magnetic ring 7.

An annular bulge 9b is convexly arranged on the outer wall of the annular sealing folding edge 9a, and the annular bulge 9b is pressed on the rear end opening edge of the outer ring 8 to form sealing. The annular bulge 9b is utilized to realize the positioning function of the inserting depth, and the sealing effect is further optimized by abutting and pressing the edge of the outer ring 8.

The rear end annular opening of the rotary annular gap and the rear end of the mandrel 1 are both positioned in the integral sealing inner cavity of the sealing gland 9.

The inner ring 2 is fixedly sleeved on the periphery of the rear section of the mandrel 1, the back pressure cover 6 is sleeved on the periphery of the inner ring 2 and abuts against the inner wall of the outer ring 8, and the back pressure cover 6 is buckled on the annular end face of the rotary annular gap. The grease is prevented from flowing outward by the counter pressure cover 6, and the grease is held around the balls 4.

The magnetic ring 7 is press-fitted on the rear end of the inner ring 2. The magnetic ring 7 has a regular magnetic level and provides a signal to the sensor 10.

The inner race 2 has an array of inner channels on its outer circumference into which the balls 4 are inserted. The inner channel is used to support the rotation of the ball 4.

The inner circumference of the outer ring 8 is provided with two rows of outer channels, one outer channel is in contraposition fit with the inner channel, the outer channel is provided with a quenching surface, and the balls 4 are embedded into the outer channels. The outer channel is used to support the rotation of the ball 4. The outer channel adopts a local surface quenching mode, so that the hardness of the outer channel is improved, and the wear resistance of the outer channel is improved.

The sensor 10 is specifically any one of an intelligent sensor 10, a hall sensor 10, and an electromagnetic sensor 10.

The mandrel 1 is provided with a hollow through cavity, and a positive pressure cover 11 is fixedly arranged in the hollow through cavity. The middle of the mandrel 1 is hollow so as to reduce the weight of the whole hub bearing unit, and the hollow through cavity is matched with the positive pressure cover 11 to realize isolation and sealing so as to avoid mud water on the outer side from entering. The sealing gland 9, the positive pressure cover 11 and the sealing piece 5 form a sealing space inside the hub unit to prevent the leakage of grease and the entry of external impurities.

The front end face of the mandrel 1 is fixedly connected with a flange, the flange is provided with a plurality of screw holes, and bolts 12 penetrate through the screw holes to form interference fit. The hub unit is secured to the vehicle chassis by a plurality of bolts 12.

When the integrated sealed automobile hub unit rotates, the sealing element 5, the outer ring 8, the sealing gland 9 and the sensor 10 can be regarded as a fixedly connected whole and rotate relatively with the whole formed by combining the mandrel 1, the magnetic ring 7, the inner ring 2 and the back pressure cover 6.

Compared with the prior art, the integrated sealed automobile hub unit has the following advantages:

1. the whole hub bearing unit only uses one sealing element 5, so that the friction loss of the hub bearing unit during rotation is reduced, the starting torque is reduced, the starting friction torque is reduced, namely, the energy loss of the hub bearing during rotation is reduced, the oil consumption is reduced, and the energy conservation and emission reduction are realized.

2. Firstly, the hollow part of the mandrel 1 is sealed by adopting a gland interference, and forms an integral sealing space with the sealing gland 9 and the sealing element 5. Secondly, utilize the characteristics of magnetic induction, the hole that the gland cooperates sensor 10 is the blind hole, neither influences the signal of sensor 10, has solved the gland again and has sealed the problem.
