The manufacturing difficulty of common glass syringes in the market is higher at present, especially in the aspect of manufacturing a needle mouth part and the height of the syringes, the size deviation of the same batch of syringes with the same specification often occurs, and for some occasions with higher requirements on the consistency of the syringes, any slight deviation of the syringes can be amplified, and the slight deviation is difficult to be perceived by naked eyes.

At present, whether qualified device is installed to syringe detecting tool on the market mostly detects the syringe, lacks the syringe dimensional tolerance's that can the short-term test after the assembly examine utensil.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve at least one technical problem in the prior art, and provides a syringe testing tool which can detect whether the size of an assembled syringe is within a required tolerance range.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in some embodiments, a locking device 10 is disposed on a side of the first card holder 3, the locking device 10 includes a connecting plate 12 and a locking bolt 13, the connecting plate 12 is fixedly connected to the base 1, a limiting groove extending along a width direction of the base 1 is formed in the connecting plate 12, and the locking bolt 13 extends into the limiting groove and is detachably connected to the first card holder 3. After the injector 2 is tightly clamped by the first clamping seat 3 and the second clamping seat 4, the locking bolt 13 is screwed down, so that the first clamping seat 3 and the connecting plate 12 are tightly connected through the locking bolt 13, and the first clamping seat 3 is positioned, wherein the locking bolt 13 can adopt a butterfly bolt or a hexagon bolt and other structures.
