The brake stay wire is a universal brake stay wire in the prior art and is divided into two sections, the front section stay wire is respectively butted with a hand brake handle of the two-wheel electric vehicle and the clockwise end of the ratchet bar, and the rear section stay wire is respectively butted with the wheel brake pull rod and the inverted tooth end of the ratchet bar.

The electric door lock comprises various general electric door locks with and without a head lock; the brake pull wire brake lock device is clamped between a headstock lock body module and an electric door switch module of the electric door lock to be combined in a conjoined mode, so that a lock cylinder rotating shaft of the electric door lock extends through a key hole of the pawl control box and then enters the key hole of the electric door switch module to be controlled in a lock linkage interlocking mode, and the switch gear of the electric door lock and the locking (meshing) and unlocking (separating) gear of the pawl control box are synchronous. Besides, the electric door lock assembly after clamping the brake pull wire brake lock device does not change the original installation mode on the vehicle.

When the brake pull-wire brake lock device is not suitable for being integrally combined and installed with the electric door lock, the brake pull-wire brake lock device can be divided into a ratchet lock device and an external pull-wire linkage control box on the basis of the original brake pull-wire brake lock device, and split remote linkage interlocking control is carried out between the ratchet lock device and the external pull-wire linkage control box by butting the external pull wire; the ratchet lock device removes the cam shifter part of the lower grid of the original pawl control box on the basis of the original brake pull wire brake lock device, and an external pull wire is connected to the rear end of the pawl strip; the external stay wire linkage control box is formed by transforming an original pawl control box, namely, the internal structure of the original pawl control box is inverted and consists of a case, a sliding strip and a cam shifter; the upper grid and the lower grid are arranged in the case, the lower grid is a sliding chute for installing the sliding strip, a through hole for installing an external stay wire sleeve is reserved at the front end of the sliding chute, a rectangular through hole is reserved between the upper grid and the lower grid, and a circular positioning hole for installing the cam shifting device is correspondingly reserved in the middle of a bottom plate and a cover plate of the case; the sliding strip is square, a raised stopper is reserved in the middle of the sliding strip, the front end of the sliding strip is butted with a pull rope externally connected with a pull wire through a lengthened loose reserved hole, penetrates through a reserved hole in the front end of the sliding groove, and the stopper is upwards sleeved in a reserved sliding groove of the lower case lattice; the periphery of the two sides of the disc of the cam shifting device is reserved with a positioning step, and the cam shifting device is arranged in the case through the positioning step and a reserved hole in the middle of the case, so that the cam shifting device can rotate in a positioning way and can shift the stopper of the sliding strip through the cam to control the reciprocating motion of the sliding strip; therefore, the cam shifter can control the extension and contraction movement of the external stay wire pull rope by rotating the key hole, so that the external stay wire linkage control box and the ratchet lock device realize split remote linkage interlocking control by butting the external stay wire.

The external stay wire linkage control box is clamped between a lock body module and an electric door switch module of the electric door lock, so that a lock core rotating shaft of the electric door lock extends through a key hole of the external stay wire linkage control box and then enters the key hole of the electric door switch module to realize lock linkage control; the ratchet lock device is arranged on the frame which is arranged at the middle section of the frame and is convenient for wiring the brake pull wire.

Or the external stay wire linkage control box is butted with a lock body module of the electric door lock, so that a lock core rotating shaft is directly butted with a key hole of the external stay wire linkage control box for control, and the lock core rotating shaft is arranged at a position convenient to operate at the front section of the vehicle body; the ratchet lock device is arranged on the frame which is arranged at the middle section of the frame and is convenient for wiring the brake pull wire.

Therefore, when a vehicle is parked, the key hole of the switch door lock is in a closed gear, the switch is in a disconnected state, the brake pull wire brake lock device is also in an elastic meshing state, namely the brake pull wire is in a non-return state only capable of running in a single direction, at the moment, the brake pull wire can be locked tooth by tooth as long as the hand brake handle is firmly grasped to perform a braking action, until the brake pull wire is completely tightened, the wheel is in a braking state, and therefore the wheel braking and locking effect is achieved. On the contrary, when the key is used for rotating the lock hole to an opening gear, the switch of the electric door lock is in a switch-on state, and meanwhile, the brake stay wire brake lock device is in an unlocking state through linkage of the lock core rotating shaft, namely, the brake stay wire returns to the reciprocating free state. Therefore, when the vehicle is parked, the wheels can be braked and locked only by rotating the switch key to the closing gear, namely pulling the key out of the position and then forcibly grabbing the brake handle, and the vehicle can be unlocked only when the switch key is rotated to the opening gear of the switch lock; therefore, the vehicle brake anti-skid, brake anti-theft and switch multifunctional integrated linkage interlocking joint control effect is realized by one lock.

Therefore, the brake cable brake lock device is combined with the electric door lock, so that the original functions and installation mode of the electric door lock are maintained, and the functions of preventing the vehicle from sliding and preventing theft are added, thereby eliminating the potential safety hazard in the prior art in the background technology. Referring to fig. 6, the second embodiment of the present invention comprises a brake cable brake lock device 1 and an electric door lock 2 with a headstock lock module 2.2, wherein the brake cable brake lock device 1 is divided into two parts, namely a ratchet lock device 1.1 and a ratchet lock device 1.5 and an external cable linkage control box 1.6, and the ratchet lock device 1.1 and the ratchet lock device 1.5 and the external cable linkage control box 1.6 are in split linkage control through an external cable 1.5.4; the external stay wire linkage control box 1.6 is clamped between the headstock lock module 2.2 and the electric door switch module 2.3 of the electric door lock 2 to carry out conjuncted combination, so that a lock core rotating shaft of the lock body module 2.1 extends through a key hole 1.6.3.1 on the external stay wire linkage control box 1.6 and then enters a key hole of the electric door switch module 2.3 to carry out integrated linkage interlocking linkage control; the brake pull wire 1.3 is divided into two sections, the upper section pull wire is respectively butted with a hand brake handle (not shown in the figure) of the vehicle and the end of the pipe seat 1.1 in the clockwise direction (A), and the rear section pull wire is respectively butted with a wheel brake pull rod (not shown in the figure) and the end of the pipe seat 1.1 in the inverted tooth direction (B).

Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 9, the brake cable brake lock device according to the second embodiment of the present invention is divided into a ratchet lock device 1.1, 1.5 and an external cable linkage control box 1.6, and the ratchet lock device and the external cable linkage control box are separately linked and controlled by an external cable 1.5.4; wherein:

the ratchet lock device consists of a tube seat 1.1, a ratchet bar 1.2, a brake pull wire 1.3 and a pawl box 1.5; the tube seat 1.1 is a square hollow tube, one side of the middle section of the tube seat is provided with a square hole, and the end parts of the two ends of the tube seat are butted with the sleeve 1.3.2 of the brake pull wire 1.3; two ends of the ratchet bar 1.2 are butted with the brake pull wire 1.3, and the ratchet side of the ratchet bar is sleeved in the inner cavity of the tube seat 1.1 towards the middle section opening side of the tube seat 1.1; the pawl box 1.5 comprises a box 1.5.1, a pawl strip 1.5.2, a spring 1.5.3 and an external pull line 1.5.4; the end of the front end of the pawl strip 1.5.2 is a ratchet pawl, the rear end of the pawl strip is connected with an external pull wire 1.5.4, the end of the ratchet pawl of the pawl strip 1.5.2 corresponds to the ratchet of the ratchet bar 1.2, and the rear end of the pawl strip is connected with the reserved sliding groove of the spring 1.5.3 in a sleeved mode in the case 1.5.1, so that under the action of the spring 1.5.3, the end of the ratchet pawl of the pawl strip 1.5.2 passes through the reserved hole in the middle section of the case base 1.1 and is elastically meshed with the ratchet of the ratchet bar 1.2; the other end of the front section pull wire (A) of the brake pull wire 1.3 is butted with a hand brake handle (not shown in the figure) of the vehicle, and the other end of the rear section pull wire (B) is butted with a rear wheel brake pull rod (not shown in the figure) of the vehicle.

The external stay wire linkage control box 1.6 consists of a case 1.6.1, a sliding strip 1.6.2 and a cam shifter 1.6.3; one end of the sliding strip 1.6.2 is in butt joint with an external stay wire 1.5.4, and the stopper 1.6.2.1 is upwards arranged on the lower grid of the case 1.6.1; the center of the cam shifter 1.6.3 is a key hole 1.6.3.1, the cam shifter 1.6.3 is installed in the case 1.6.1 through a reserved through hole in the middle of the case 1.6.1, the cam shifter 1.6.3 can be positioned and rotated, and the cam shifts the stopper 1.6.2.1 of the sliding bar 1.6.2 to control the reciprocating motion of the sliding bar 1.6.2, so that the cam shifter 1.6.3 can be rotated through the key hole 1.6.3.1 to control the telescopic motion of the external stay wire 1.5.4, and the split linkage interlocking control between the external stay wire linkage control box 1.6 and the pawl box 1.5 of the ratchet lock device is realized through the external stay wire 1.5.4.
