Technical Field

The invention belongs to special equipment in the papermaking industry, and particularly relates to a packaging machine for carrying out edge-protecting reinforced kraft paper packaging on paper rolls on a paper roll conveying production line of a papermaking enterprise.

Background

For convenient storage and transportation, raw paper rolls produced in paper machines are usually subjected to kraft paper packaging. The conventional kraft paper packaging machine is adopted, and the number of the kraft paper packaging layers is 1.5-3.5. In actual production, due to the influence of uncertain factors in the environmental temperature and humidity and the storage and transportation processes, the situations of kraft paper breakage and protection failure often occur, and the main mode of failure of kraft paper packaging is edge protection breakage. If the mode of increasing the number of kraft paper packaging layers is adopted, the working efficiency of the equipment is reduced, and a large amount of kraft paper is wasted.

The invention combines kraft paper edge protection packaging with a conventional kraft paper packaging machine, adopts an independent edge protection paper placing frame transverse moving device, an edge protection kraft paper placing frame, an edge protection paper feeding device, an edge protection paper cutting device and a matched electrical control system to realize the actions of paper feeding, winding and paper cutting of the edge protection kraft paper, and wraps the edge protection kraft paper on the circumferential edge protection of the original paper roll, thereby obtaining good effect. Compared with the prior art, the invention integrates the edge-protecting kraft paper packaging system on the common kraft paper packaging machine, when the paper roll is used for kraft paper packaging, the edge-protecting kraft paper is implanted into the edge-protecting position of the packaged paper roll, and the edge-protecting kraft paper is wrapped on the original paper roll by winding the edge-protecting kraft paper through the driving roller. The implantation and packaging of the independent edge protection kraft paper are avoided, the use of packaging consumables is reduced, and the working efficiency of the packaging machine is ensured.

Fig. 1-4 illustrate one embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1: the edge-protecting reinforced kraft paper roll packaging machine comprises a 1-edge-protecting kraft paper placing frame, a 2-edge-protecting paper placing frame transverse moving device, a 3-edge-protecting paper feeding and cutting device, a 4-online driving device, a 5-edge folding system, a 6-paper feeding system and a 7-glue applying and cutting system. The device comprises 1 set of procedures 2-edge protection paper placing frame transverse moving devices, 2 sets of procedures 1-edge protection kraft paper placing frames, and 2 sets of procedures 3-edge protection paper feeding and cutting devices; the 2-edge-protecting paper-placing frame transverse moving device is installed on a wallboard at the rear of the paper roll packaging machine in a floor mode, the 1-edge-protecting kraft paper-placing frame falls on a track of the 2-edge-protecting paper-placing frame transverse moving device, the left and right edge-protecting paper-placing frame transverse moving devices can move transversely along the track through synchronous belt loop transmission, the edge-protecting kraft paper is installed on an expansion shaft of the paper-placing frame, and the 3-edge-protecting paper-feeding and paper-cutting device is respectively connected with the left and right edge-protecting kraft paper-placing frames into a whole and assembled on a paper-feeding channel and is close to the position of a packaged paper roll.

As shown in fig. 2: the edge-protecting paper-placing frame transverse moving device comprises 101, a driving circuit (2 sets), 102, a moving supporting plate (2 sets), 103, a rack (1 set), 104, a cover plate (1 set) and 105, and 2 rails. 103-the frame is a frame structure, and 105-rails (2) are distributed on two sides of the frame in parallel; 102-a traveling wheel component is arranged below the movable supporting plate and can horizontally move along a 105-rail; 101-a driving loop adopts a speed reduction motor driving mode and a synchronous belt transmission mode, and a 102-moving supporting plate in the driving loop moves back and forth; 104-cover plate is fixed above the 103-frame by bolts. 101-the drive circuit adopts a closed-loop control mode: the width information of the packaged paper roll is detected by a sensor and is transmitted back to a PLC control system, the speed reducing motor is controlled to drive the 102-moving supporting plate to move to a set position according to the calculation of a PLC program, and the encoder arranged on the driving shaft feeds back the position information of the 102-moving supporting plate.

As shown in fig. 3: the edge-protecting kraft paper placing frame mainly comprises a base frame 201, a speed reducing motor 202 for reeling and unreeling edge-protecting kraft paper, a paper placing frame 203, a lifting device 204 for reeling and unreeling edge-protecting kraft paper, and a paper roll expanding shaft 205. 201-an underframe is arranged on a 102-movable supporting plate in a floor mode, a 203-paper shelf rack is arranged on the 201-underframe, and a 204-edge-protecting kraft paper collecting and lifting device is arranged at the top of the 203-paper shelf rack and used for lifting edge-protecting kraft paper to a certain height; the 202-edge protection kraft paper winding and unwinding speed reducing motor is directly connected to the tail of the 205-scroll expansion shaft and drives the 205-scroll expansion shaft and the edge protection kraft paper on the expansion shaft to synchronously rotate through speed reduction and electric drive.

As shown in fig. 4: the edge-protecting paper-feeding and paper-cutting device mainly comprises a machine frame 301, an edge-protecting paper-cutting device 302 and an edge-protecting paper-feeding driving device 303. 301-the frame is connected with a 102-movable supporting plate in the edge-protecting paper-placing frame traversing device into a whole by adopting a connecting rod and a fastener, and the 301-the frame is drawn by a 101-driving loop to move transversely; 302-edge-protecting paper cutting device and 303-edge-protecting paper feeding driving device are installed in 301-frame, and the edge-protecting kraft paper is fed out of the edge-protecting paper feeding paper cutting device by driving paper feeding roller and paper pressing roller to be pressed together through speed reducing motor; when the system gives a safe edge cut signal, the cutter roller of the 302-safe edge cutting device rotates and cuts the safe edge kraft paper.

The working process of the edge-protecting reinforced kraft paper roll packaging machine comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps that a paper roll is conveyed by a 4-online driving device and stops at a paper roll packaging station, 6-a paper feeding system sends out packaging paper with a proper width, 7-a glue applying and paper cutting system cuts and applies glue to paper ends, 2-a protective edge paper placing frame transverse moving device and a 1-protective edge kraft paper placing frame transversely move to a protective edge position according to the width of the paper roll, 3-a protective edge paper feeding device sends out protective edge kraft paper, the packaging paper and the protective edge kraft paper are wound on an original paper roll, 3-a protective edge paper cutting device cuts off the protective edge kraft paper, 7-glue applying and paper cutting system applies glue and cuts off the paper at the tail part of the packaging paper, and 5-a folding system folds the packaging paper and the protective edge kraft paper together and smoothes the paper on the end face of the paper roll; and after the paper roll and the edge protecting kraft paper are packaged, transferring the paper roll and the edge protecting kraft paper to the next station, and enabling the equipment to enter the next cycle.
