Background

Indoor domestic floor mopping machine (mopping machine) is based on the sweeper, is developed by a small-sized dust collector (additionally provided with an intelligent walking function), is adhered to the bottom of the sweeper to mop a floor cloth, and is additionally provided with a water dripping box to realize the floor mopping function. In order to solve the problems, a rolling brush type floor cleaning machine is available in the market, and although a part of the problems are solved, the cleanness of the rolling brush cannot be guaranteed in the cleaning process, and the cleaning effect is poor.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a multifunctional cleaning device and a cleaning machine, which not only can clean at high speed, save labor in use and have good cleaning effect, but also can realize self-cleaning in the working process, and avoid secondary pollution caused by the fact that the cleaning machine moves back and forth to carry dirt.

The present invention is further described below in conjunction with the following figures and specific examples so that those skilled in the art may better understand the present invention and practice it, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a multi-functional cleaning device according to an embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. The cleaning device comprises a shell 1, wherein an opening is formed in the bottom of the shell 1, a cleaning rolling brush 2 is rotatably connected to the opening of the shell 1, a motor 3 is arranged on the radial side edge of the cleaning rolling brush 2, and the motor 3 drives the cleaning rolling brush 2 to rotate. In this embodiment, in order to realize the maintenance to ground, prevent to produce the mar to ground, cleaning round brush 2 includes roller 13 and cleaning brush 14, cleaning brush 14 surrounds roller 13 circumference. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a second embodiment of the present invention. In the first embodiment, since the cleaning brush 14 is fixedly connected to the roller 13, although the clean water sprayed from the nozzle 8 can wash the dirt at the root of the cleaning brush 14 to the surface, a part of the dirt such as hair is still entangled at the root of the cleaning brush 14 and cannot be washed away. Therefore, in this embodiment, the roller 13 is circumferentially provided with a plurality of slots 15, the cleaning brush 14 includes a bottom plate 16 and a brush body 17, and the bottom plate 16 is inserted into the slots 15. After the cleaning rolling brush is used for a long time, dirt exists at the root of the cleaning brush 14, the bottom plate 16 of the cleaning brush 14 is pulled out from the clamping groove 15 at the moment, and each row of cleaning brushes 14 can be cleaned independently, so that the root of the cleaning brush 14 can be cleaned up.

Further, in order to guarantee that the size of the through hole 7 can satisfy the passing of sufficient clean water to soak the brush body 17 and prevent the dirt from immersing in the clamping groove 15, the through hole 7 is arranged in the clamping groove 15. Therefore, purified water rushes into the through hole 7 at the bottom of the bottom plate 16, and rushes through gaps between the two sides of the bottom plate 16 and the clamping groove 15 due to the blocking of the bottom plate 16, and then flushes on the brush body 17, so that stains at the root parts of the clamping groove 15 and the brush body 17 are flushed to the surface of the brush body 17, the sewage is conveniently scraped away by the water scraping plate 11, and the self-cleaning of the cleaning rolling brush 2 is realized.

In other embodiments of the present invention, a steam main is further disposed between the connection pipe 9 and the clean water tank 19. The steam host computer is through heating the water purification, produces pressure and high temperature, makes the water purification become the highly compressed steam of high temperature, because spray tube 8 sets up at the middle part of cleaning round brush 2, consequently steam process spray tube 8, from 7 blowout of through-hole, can directly spout to ground, realizes the effect of ground disinfection degerming, clean environment at home. And the spray heads in the prior art are all sprayed to the top surface of the rolling brush, and when the rolling brush is in contact with the ground, steam is condensed into water again, so that the steam cleaning effect cannot be achieved.

The working process of the cleaning device of the invention is as follows: after enough cleaning agent is ensured in the water purifying tank 19, the cleaning device is started, the cleaning agent is converted into high-temperature and high-pressure steam by the steam host, when the floor is cleaned, the cleaning agent can directly select purified water, the steam enters the inside of the cleaning roller brush 2 through the connecting pipe 9 and the spray pipe 8, the motor 3 drives the cleaning roller brush 2 to rotate at a high speed, the high-temperature steam is sprayed out from the through hole 7, stains at the root of the cleaning roller brush 2 are washed to the surface of the cleaning roller brush 2, meanwhile, the floor is cleaned along with the rotation of the cleaning roller brush 2, the steam is condensed into water to be attached to the surface of the cleaning roller brush 2 after cleaning, along with the rotation of the cleaning roller brush 2, the water scraping plate 11 scrapes the sewage on the surface of the cleaning roller brush 2 into the sewage tank. When the cleaning device is used, the cleaning device is self-cleaned, namely, the steam is used for cleaning the bristles or the mop cloth on the surface of the rolling brush in a self-cleaning manner all the time, namely, the cleaning device is self-cleaned in the true sense, and extra cleaning is not needed.

In order to further improve the cleaning effect of the cleaning roller brush 2, after the floor mopping operation is completed, the clean water tank 19 can be replaced by cleaning liquid, the cleaning device is switched to the self-cleaning function, the connecting pipe 9 is directly communicated with the clean water tank 19 and the spray pipe 8, the cleaning liquid is directly sprayed out of the spray pipe 8, and the cleaning roller brush 2 is self-cleaned.

Referring to fig. 4, the multifunctional cleaning machine of the present invention further comprises a mop rod 18, the cleaning device is connected to the lower end of the mop rod 18, and the power supply assembly and the water purifying tank 19 are connected to the mop rod 18. The vertical type fuselage design cooperates with the cleaning roller brush 2 to drive the self, which accords with the conventional walking speed, and does not need to bend down when in use, thereby saving more labor. Furthermore, the cleaning machine also comprises a base 20, and the whole machine can be vertically accommodated in the base 20, so that the space is saved. Meanwhile, the base 20 is connected with a charger, so that the cleaner is not connected with a cable, the space for storing the cable is not required to be arranged, and the cleaner is lighter.
