Background

With the increasing development of science and technology, the living standard of people is continuously improved, and whitening becomes one of the topics which are popular to people. Melanin and yellow pigment are high molecular pigments distributed mainly in epidermal cells and keratinocytes of the human body, and determine human skin color and hair color. Briefly, the synthesis of melanin is performed by the following process: tyrosinase catalyzes L-tyrosine to generate Levodopa (Levodopa, L-DOPA) through hydroxylation reaction, and further catalyzes L-DOPA to generate Dopaquinone (DQ) through oxidation. Dopaquinone (DQ) is subjected to intramolecular amino removal to generate colorless dopachrome (cyclodopa), and finally melanin is generated. In addition, human skin pigments are associated with Advanced Glycation end products (AGEs) of Non-Enzymatic Glycation reactions (NEG), in addition to melanin produced by tyrosine catalyzed by tyrosinase. Carbonyl compounds of NEG reactions cross-link or polymerize with different biomolecules to produce brown, fluorescent substances, i.e., AGEs, which accumulate on skin cells and pigment cells.

Abnormal tyrosinase and AGEs can cause skin pigmentation diseases such as skin freckle, chloasma, melanoma, etc. Therefore, the inhibition of tyrosinase and AGEs is an important way for regulating and controlling skin color. Can be used for the development of cosmetics for preventing and treating pigmentation.

At present, tyrosinase inhibitors such as hydroquinone, arbutin, VC derivatives, kojic acid and the like are researched very much, but with the development of the cosmetic industry, substances with great cytotoxicity (such as hydroquinone and the like) are rarely adopted, VC is unstable and easy to oxidize, kojic acid has a stimulation effect on skin, and natural ingredients from plants and other extracts have little negative influence. The invention applies the extracts of pine bark, hawthorn and eucommia male flower to whiten skin, thereby greatly improving the safety and the practicability.

According to Xuluo et al, the research progress of pine bark extract suggests that pine bark has the efficacy of delaying skin aging and has strong effect of scavenging free radicals. Can effectively beautify and whiten the skin.

According to the pharmacological action and clinical application of hawthorn of Li Jianhua et al, it is mentioned that hawthorn has the functions of promoting digestion, strengthening stomach, promoting qi circulation and removing blood stasis. Modern pharmacological research shows that the hawthorn has the functions of reducing blood pressure, reducing blood fat, reducing blood sugar, resisting oxidation, resisting tumors, resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, resisting fatigue, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, enhancing immunity and the like. Meanwhile, according to the research progress of hawthorn flavone antioxidation by kumquat ET al, the main mechanism of hawthorn flavone is probably to improve the activities of SOD in tissues and SOD and GSH-Px in whole blood, reduce the contents of MDA, LF and ET and increase the content of NO to prevent pigmentation and chloasma caused by human aging.

According to the references in the Chinese traditional medicine journal of Liucong et al and the research on anti-skin photoaging active ingredients in the eucommia male flower of Guo Yangjing, the eucommia male flower can obviously reduce the MDA content in skin tissues, improve the SOD activity and the T-AOC capability and improve the skin tissue aging of mice. In some embodiments of the invention, the pine bark extract, hawthorn extract and eucommia male flower extract are obtained by extracting with 95% ethanol, concentrating the filtrate, centrifuging, and freeze-drying.

The invention has the following advantages:

1. pine bark is thought to protect the skin from unwanted uv radiation and free radicals because of its antioxidant capacity. There is a great deal of evidence that pine bark protects and strengthens collagen and elastin in the skin, thus preventing the generation of wrinkles and maintaining skin elasticity. Theoretically, the skin can be rejuvenated to glow by repairing skin collagen and elastin.

2. The hawthorn contains abundant vitamin C and flavonoid substances, and also contains trace elements such as calcium, potassium and the like, so that the hawthorn can improve skin microcirculation and has the effects of whitening and removing freckles.

3. The eucommia male flower contains abundant flavonoid compounds, can obviously improve the aging of collagen, accelerate metabolism and improve the synthesis capacity of the collagen, thereby preventing or delaying skin wrinkling and aging and increasing skin luster.

4. The formula extract of the invention is a natural plant, overcomes the stimulation effect of organic matters contained in most of the existing whitening products on skin, and is safer.
