2) peanuts with damaged red coats enter a second material receiving box, then fall onto a first inclined rail through a second discharging pipe, slide into a corresponding fixed box and are collected, the peanuts with complete red coats enter a first material receiving box and then enter the topmost screening assembly through a first discharging pipe, and the aperture of the filter screens in the three screening assemblies is sequentially reduced from top to bottom;

3) starting a vibrating machine to enable the three screening components to vibrate, so that peanut kernels are screened in a grading manner, starting the three adjusting components, enabling the screening components to swing through small-amplitude extension and retraction of the electric telescopic rod, and accelerating grading screening of the peanut kernels;

4) after screening is finished, peanuts with different sizes are sequentially left in the three screening assemblies, the damaged peanuts fall to the inner bottom of the screening box, if the red coats on the surfaces of the peanuts do not need to be removed, the electric telescopic rod is started, the output end of the electric telescopic rod drives the screening assemblies to incline downwards and rightwards through the adjusting rod, then the pulling plate is pulled out, and the peanuts enter the corresponding fixed box through the third inclined rail;

5) if need detach the red clothing on peanut surface, then start electric telescopic handle, make electric telescopic handle's output take screening subassembly down slope left through adjusting the pole, then take out the pull board, make peanut rice enter into the clothing subassembly that goes that corresponds through second inclined rail, then start the rotation motor, it takes three axis of rotation to rotate through the belt to rotate the motor, when the axis of rotation rotates, through the effect of rubber soft pole and a plurality of brush hair, get rid of the red clothing on peanut surface, and simultaneously, start the fan, make the blowing nozzle blow in the inside of going a clothing section of thick bamboo, thereby let the red clothing of getting rid of discharge from the discharge hole, after going the clothing and finishing, open the unloading door, peanut can discharge through ejection of compact track.
