1. The surface treatment process of the aluminum profile is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

step a: extruding, aging and CNC processing the aluminum ingot to obtain an aluminum profile with a preset specification and size;

step b: carrying out sand blasting treatment on the aluminum profile;

step c: carrying out anodic oxidation treatment on the aluminum profile subjected to sand blasting treatment;

step d: and spraying UV oil on the aluminum profile subjected to the anodic oxidation treatment.

The surface treatment process of the aluminum profile as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step c, the specific steps of the anodic oxidation treatment are cleaning and drying the aluminum profile, placing the aluminum profile into electrolyte for the anodic oxidation treatment, and generating an oxide layer on the surface of the aluminum profile; placing the aluminum profile into an activating solution for activating treatment to enable the oxidation layer to form concave holes; carrying out anode coloring treatment on the aluminum profile; and (5) hole sealing treatment is carried out on the aluminum profile.

Background

The surface treatment process of the aluminum profile comprises the following steps:

step a: extruding, aging and CNC processing the aluminum ingot to obtain an aluminum profile with a preset specification and size;

step b: carrying out sand blasting treatment on the aluminum profile;

step c: carrying out anodic oxidation treatment on the aluminum profile subjected to sand blasting treatment;

step d: and spraying UV oil on the aluminum profile subjected to the anodic oxidation treatment.

Preferably, in the step c, the specific step of the anodic oxidation treatment is to clean and dry the aluminum profile, put the aluminum profile into the electrolyte for the anodic oxidation treatment, and generate an oxide layer on the surface of the aluminum profile; placing the aluminum profile into an activating solution for activating treatment to enable the oxidation layer to form concave holes; carrying out anode coloring treatment on the aluminum profile; and (5) hole sealing treatment is carried out on the aluminum profile.

Preferably, in the step b, the pressure in the pressure sand blasting process is 0.5-0.8 MPa, the volume of the steel grit in the sand tank is not more than 2/3 of the volume of the sand tank, and the included angle between the nozzle and the surface of the aluminum profile to be sprayed in the pressure sand blasting process is 20-35 degrees.

Preferably, after the step b treatment, acid washing is performed, and the specific steps are as follows: placing the shot-blasted aluminum profile into a pickling tank for chemical polishing, wherein the pickling solution contains 3-5% of sulfuric acid, 5-10% of hydrochloric acid and 6-12% of nitric acid, and the solvent is deionized water; after acid washing, the aluminum profile is taken out and washed again.

Preferably, after acid washing, the aluminum profile after washing is passivated, and then washed clean after passivation.
