The fabric expanding device is further provided with two expanding rollers which are respectively arranged between the scutcher and the rinsing bath and between the rinsing bath and the large padder and are used for further expanding and unfolding the fabric.

The cloth swinging frame is characterized in that the cloth swinging rod is arranged at the end part of the cloth swinging frame in a swinging mode, a cam rotating disc is arranged on the cloth swinging frame, and the edge of the cam rotating disc is connected with the cloth swinging rod through a connecting rod.
