SJ20382-2007 specification of wedge-shaped locking devices clearly defines the appearance, structure and main size of the locking device, and the main components of the locking device are composed of a sliding block 1, a sliding block 2, a sliding block 3, a sliding seat, a reed, a screw, a nut and a washer, and all the parts are assembled on the screw in sequence. This form of locking mechanism, which is gradually exposed during use, has the following disadvantages:

when the locking mechanism is unlocked, the tail end wedge block can rotate along with the screw, so that the module is blocked in the case;

the wall thickness of the joint of the locking mechanism and the module is about 1.5mm, and thread slipping is easily caused when the locking mechanism is fixed by a screw;

the locking screw head meets the size requirement of the head of an M3 screw in GB/T70.1, the material is 1Cr18Ni9Ti, and a hexagonal hole of the screw head is easy to wear in the using process, so that a matched tool is rotated and cannot be detached;

in the using process, the phenomena of failure such as falling off of a tail nut, pulling out of a tail wedge-shaped block steel wire thread sleeve and the like occur to different degrees.

At present, some improved wedge-shaped locking devices exist in the market, but due to the fact that the structural characteristics of the improved wedge-shaped locking devices are more or less insufficient, the increasingly severe requirements of the electronic industry on the use environment are difficult to meet.
