Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of metal material heat treatment mechanical equipment, in particular to multifunctional quenching equipment for shaft parts.

Background

The quenching process is a process of heating a workpiece to an austenite temperature and then rapidly cooling the workpiece to a certain temperature to obtain a bainite or martensite structure. At present, the alloy steel is generally quenched by oil quenching or a polymer water-soluble medium, and among a plurality of quenching media, water belongs to the most environment-friendly and cheap quenching media, but the alloy steel part is easy to crack in the quenching and cooling process due to the overlarge cooling strength of the water, so the difficulty of water quenching the alloy steel shaft part is to avoid the quenching crack in the quenching and cooling process. At present, a shaft part is generally quenched by a vertical quenching tank, the quenching by adopting the mode can reduce the bending deformation generated in the quenching process of the workpiece by utilizing the self gravity of the workpiece, but the operation space required by the mode is larger along with the increase of the length of the shaft part, so that higher requirements are provided for construction and construction of a travelling crane and a quenching tank for quenching, and the construction cost is very high.

the water spray cooling system comprises a water spray cooling system inlet end, a water spray pump and a water spray cooling system outlet end which are sequentially connected, the water spray cooling system inlet end is connected with the liquid storage tank, the water spray cooling system outlet end is connected with the water tank, and water spray cooling can be realized through the flow distribution plate on the water tank;

the spray cooling system comprises a spray cooling system inlet end, a spray pump and a spray cooling system outlet end which are sequentially connected, the spray cooling system inlet end is connected with the liquid storage tank, the spray cooling system outlet end penetrates through the quenching tank to be connected with a spray pipe, through holes which are uniformly distributed are formed in the spray pipe, an inner wire is welded on the through holes, the inner wire is connected with a spray head with an outer wire through threads, and spray cooling is realized through the spray head which is uniformly distributed along the spray pipe;

the slewing mechanism comprises a driving shaft, a driven shaft, a speed reducing motor, a coupler, a roller and a bearing with a seat, wherein an output shaft of the speed reducing motor is connected with one end of the driving shaft through the coupler, the speed reducing motor drives the driving shaft to rotate through the coupler, a workpiece is located right above the driving shaft and the driven shaft, the roller is installed on the driving shaft, and the driving shaft drives the workpiece to rotate through the roller and is used for uniformly cooling the workpiece.

In one embodiment, the water tanks are symmetrically arranged along two sides of the quenching tank, and the flow distribution plate is provided with through holes uniformly distributed along the workpiece placement direction.

In one embodiment, the quenching tank is provided with a water outlet, a water baffle is arranged in the water outlet, and the water baffle is made of thin steel plates.

In one embodiment, the spray head adopts a spiral spray head structure.

The multifunctional quenching equipment for realizing uniform cooling can be controlled by the main controller to carry out full-automatic water spray cooling, immersion cooling and air cooling according to the quenching process required by the workpiece, can effectively realize the water-air alternative cooling function, and effectively ensures the cooling uniformity of the workpiece.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

The invention provides a multifunctional quenching device capable of realizing uniform cooling based on shaft parts, and the technical scheme of the invention is elaborated in detail by combining figures 1 to 5.

As shown in fig. 1, the multifunctional quenching apparatus of the present embodiment includes: a liquid storage tank 12, a quenching tank 13, a quenching tank supporting assembly 17, a rotary mechanism 16, a water spray cooling system 11, a water tank 14 and a spray cooling system 15.

As shown in fig. 1, the liquid storage tank 12 is a sealed container welded by steel plates and used for storing liquid required in the quenching process, the quenching tank 13 is welded by steel plates, a quenching workpiece is placed in the quenching tank 13, the quenching tank 13 is positioned right above the liquid storage tank 12, the quenching tank supporting assembly 17 is arranged on the liquid storage tank 12 and used for supporting the quenching tank 13, the water tank 14 is welded on a side plate of the quenching tank 13, the water tank 14 is a cuboid container welded by steel plates, the flow distribution plate 141 is arranged on the water tank 14, the liquid storage tank 12 is connected with the water tank 14 through the water spray cooling system 11, and the liquid storage tank 12 is connected with the quenching tank 13 through the spray cooling system 15.

The water spray cooling system 11 comprises a water spray cooling system inlet end 111, a water spray pump 112 and a water spray cooling system outlet end 113 which are connected in sequence, the water spray cooling system inlet end 111 and the water spray cooling system outlet end 113 are water pipes, the water spray cooling system inlet end 111 is connected with the liquid storage tank 12, the water spray cooling system outlet end 113 is connected with the water tank 14, and water spray cooling can be achieved through the flow distribution plate 141 on the water tank 14. The multifunctional quenching equipment is provided with a main controller, when the shaft type workpiece is subjected to water spray cooling according to the process requirement, the main controller controls the water spray pump 112 to work, water is conveyed into the water tank 14 from the liquid storage tank 12, and the water spray cooling can be realized through the flow distribution plate 141 on the water tank 14.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the spray cooling system 15 includes a spray cooling system inlet 151, a spray pump 152 and a spray cooling system outlet 153, which are connected in sequence, the spray cooling system inlet 151 is connected to the liquid storage tank 12, the spray cooling system outlet 153 penetrates through the quenching tank 13 and is connected to the spray pipes 154, two spray pipes 154 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the quenching tank 13, through holes are uniformly distributed on the spray pipes 154, inner wires 155 are welded on the through holes, the inner wires 155 are connected with spray heads 156 with outer wires through threads, spray cooling is realized through the spray heads 156 uniformly arranged along the spray pipes 154, when a shaft workpiece is subjected to spray cooling according to process requirements, the main controller controls the spray pump 152 to work, water is transported from the liquid storage tank 12 to the spray pipes 154, and spray cooling is realized through the spray heads 156 uniformly arranged along the spray pipes 154.

As shown in fig. 5, the swing mechanism 16 includes a driving shaft 162, a driven shaft 166, a speed reducing motor 161, a coupling 163, a roller 165 and a bearing with a seat 164, the speed reducing motor 161 is connected with one end of the driving shaft 162 through the coupling 163, the driven shaft 166 is arranged side by side with the driving shaft 162, the speed reducing motor 161 drives the driving shaft 162 to rotate through the coupling 163 during the water spraying and spray cooling process of the workpiece, the workpiece is located right above the driving shaft 162 and the driven shaft 166, the roller 165 is installed on the driving shaft 162, a carrier roller is also installed on the driven shaft 166 to support the workpiece, and the driving shaft 162 drives the workpiece to rotate through the roller 165, thereby ensuring the uniformity of the workpiece in the whole cooling process.

Further, the water tanks 14 are symmetrically arranged along two sides of the quenching tank 13, and through holes are uniformly distributed on the flow distribution plate 141 on the water tanks 14 along the workpiece placing direction, so that the uniformity of water spraying is ensured.

As shown in fig. 2, the quenching tank 13 is provided with a quenching tank left side plate 131, a water outlet is arranged on the quenching tank left side plate 131 of the quenching tank 13, a plurality of water baffles 1311 are arranged in the water outlet, the water baffles 1311 are thin steel plates with low height, the number of the water baffles 1311 is determined according to the requirements of a specific workpiece quenching process, and the workpieces can be immersed only by ensuring the water inlet and outlet allowance of the quenching tank 13 after the water spraying reaches the preset time, so that the workpiece immersion cooling is realized, the height field adjustment of the water outlet is determined, the design is flexible, and the applicability is strong. The quenching tank supporting component 17 can be formed by welding various profiles, and the upper end of the quenching tank supporting component 17 is connected with the bottom of the quenching tank 13.

As shown in fig. 4, the nozzle 156 is a spiral nozzle structure, which has no requirement for water quality, and adopts a detachable connection mode, so that the subsequent maintenance is more convenient.
