As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a workshop top cleaning apparatus, which includes a vehicle body 100, a first telescoping mechanism 200, a collection box 300, a motor 400, a rolling brush 500, a second telescoping mechanism 600, and a brush 700; wherein, the fixed part of the first telescoping mechanism 200 is arranged on the vehicle body 100; the collection box 300 is connected with the movable part of the first telescoping mechanism 200; the fixed part of the motor 400 is arranged on the collecting box 300, and the output shaft of the motor 400 extends into the collecting box 300; the roll brush 500 is provided on the output shaft; the fixed part of the second telescoping mechanism 600 is connected with the movable part of the first telescoping mechanism 200; the brush 700 is connected to the movable portion of the second telescopic mechanism 600.

Wherein, the first telescoping mechanism 200 can be a hydraulic mechanism, and in the working process, the oil path of the first telescoping mechanism 200 is conducted, the movable part of the first telescoping mechanism 200 is lifted, so that the rolling brush 500 can be contacted with the top of a workshop; the motor 400 is started to drive the rolling brush 500 to rotate through the output shaft of the motor 400, so that the dust on the top of the workshop can be cleaned, and the dust is scraped down to the collection box 300 to be recycled. Among them, in order to improve the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning effect, the roll brush 500 may be provided with three sets in the circumferential direction of the output shaft.

When the lamp shade and the lamp tube at the top of the workshop need to be cleaned, the movable part of the first telescopic mechanism 200 can drive the collecting box 300 to be away from the top of the workshop, the second telescopic mechanism 600 is started simultaneously, the movable part of the second telescopic mechanism 600 extends out to enable the brush 700 to be in contact with the lamp tube or the lamp shade, and the movable part of the second telescopic mechanism 600 reciprocates, so that the brush 700 can be in contact with the lamp tube or the lamp shade at a set frequency, and dust on the lamp tube or the lamp shade can be cleaned.

The brush 700 is made of a material softer than the roller brush 500, so that the lamp tube or the lamp shade can be prevented from being scratched.

Compared with the prior art, the workshop top cleaning device provided by the embodiment of the invention replaces the existing bamboo pole cleaning mode, so that the manpower is saved, and the cleaning effect is improved.

Further, a guide plate 310 is obliquely arranged at the bottom of the collection box 300, an arc-shaped collection cavity 311 is arranged at one end of the guide plate 310 close to the first telescopic mechanism 200, and the arc-shaped collection cavity 311 is sunken towards the first telescopic mechanism 200. The dust scraped into the collection container 300 may fall into the arc-shaped collection chamber 311 by the guide plate 310, so that the cleaning of the dust in the collection container 300 may be facilitated.

Further, a cleaning hole is formed on the side wall of the collecting box 300, and the cleaning hole is aligned with the arc-shaped collecting cavity 311. Therefore, the dust in the arc-shaped collecting cavity 311 can be cleaned through the cleaning holes, and the operation is facilitated.

Further, the cleaning device for the top of the workshop also comprises a sealing plug, and the sealing plug is detachably arranged in the cleaning hole. In this workshop top cleaning device course of work, can seal the clearance hole through the sealing plug to prevent that the dust from diffusing to the air from the clearance hole, and after the clearance finishes, can extract the sealing plug, in order to clear up arc collection chamber 311.

Further, a dust striking strip 320 is disposed in the collecting box 300, and the dust striking strip 320 is blocked with the rolling brush 500. With the rotation of the output shaft of the motor 400, the rolling brush 500 cleaned with dust can contact with the dust beating strip 320, and the dust beating strip 320 can beat most of the dust on the rolling brush 500 down, so as to improve the cleaning effect of the rolling brush 500.

Further, a cleaning needle 330 is further disposed in the collection box 300, and the cleaning needle 330 is blocked with the roller brush 500.

Since the dust-removing strip 320 has a block-shaped structure, it is difficult to remove the flocculent dust in the rolling brush 500, and the cleaning needle 330 may extend into the rolling brush 500 to effectively clean the flocculent dust in the rolling brush 500.

Wherein, the collecting box 300 is provided with a connecting strip 350, and the cleaning needle 330 is fixedly arranged on the collecting box 300 through the connecting strip 350.

Further, an arc plate 340 is further disposed in the collection box 300, the arc plate 340 is disposed below the cleaning needle 330, and the arc plate 340 is inclined toward the direction of the guide plate 310. So that the flocculent dust removed by the cleaning needles 330 can be guided onto the guide plate 310 and further fall into the arc-shaped collecting chamber 311.

Further, in order to facilitate the fixing of the collection box 300 and the second telescoping mechanism 600, the cleaning device for the top of the workshop further comprises a connection plate 800, and the fixing parts of the collection box 300 and the second telescoping mechanism 600 are arranged on the connection plate 800.

Further, this workshop top cleaning device still includes guide post 610, is provided with the guiding hole on the connecting plate 800, and guide post 610 activity is worn to establish in the guiding hole, and guide post 610's one end links to each other with brush 700. So that the stability of the lifting of the brush 700 can be ensured.

Further, a connecting sleeve 810 is arranged on the connecting plate 800, a connecting square column 210 is arranged on the movable portion of the first telescopic mechanism 200, and the connecting square column 210 is sleeved with the connecting sleeve 810. So that it is possible to easily disassemble and assemble the collection container 300, that is, to detach the collection container 300 by lifting up the collection container 300 to separate the connection sleeve 810 from the connection square pole 210.

It is understood that the vehicle body 100 may be provided with the roller assembly 110 in order to facilitate the movement of the cleaning apparatus for the roof of the plant, and the vehicle body 100 may be provided with the handle 120 in order to facilitate the movement of the vehicle body 100. In addition, a raised platform 130 may be provided on the vehicle body 100 to facilitate the user to stand and raise the height.

The workshop top cleaning device provided by the embodiment of the invention replaces the existing bamboo pole cleaning mode, saves manpower and improves the cleaning effect.
