(5) identifying whether the chip is drilled out from the scrapped image; if the electric meter is drilled, resetting the three drill bits, and returning to the step (1) to process the next electric meter to be scrapped; otherwise, returning to the step (4).

The three driven gears 3 are preferably of the same size. And taking the center of the three key positions as the axis position of the driving gear, wherein the distance from the center to the three key positions is equal to the sum of the diameter of the driven gear and the diameter of the driving gear.

The three driven gears 3 may also be of different sizes but with the same number of teeth.

The heights of the three drill bits meet the requirement of simultaneously contacting three key positions, and the heights can be the same or different according to actual requirements.
