The box type film strip slitting system is characterized by comprising a working box and a slitting assembly, wherein two through cutting grooves are formed in the working box, the two through cutting grooves are oppositely arranged and used for a film strip to pass through, a slitting area is formed between the two through cutting grooves, a containing space is formed in the working box, a through groove is formed in the side wall of the working box, the slitting assembly comprises a driving cylinder and a slitting knife, the driving cylinder is installed on the side wall of the working box, the slitting knife is connected to an output shaft of the driving cylinder, the slitting knife is slidably inserted into the through groove, and the slitting knife is used for reciprocating under the driving of the driving cylinder so as to cut the film strip in the working box.
2. The box film strip slitting system according to claim 1 wherein the work box has two guides projecting therefrom, the two guides being located at opposite ends of the through slot.
3. The box film tape slitting system according to claim 2 wherein each of the guide bodies defines a guide slot, and wherein the slitting knife is slidably inserted into the guide slots of the two guide bodies on opposite sides of the slitting knife.
4. The box film slitting system according to claim 3 wherein the pass-through slit extends in a vertical direction and the slitting knife moves in a direction perpendicular to the direction of extension of the pass-through slit.
5. The box-type film tape slitting system according to claim 4, wherein the work box is a rectangular box, and sliding grooves are further formed in opposite sides of the work box, and the two sliding grooves are arranged oppositely.
6. The box film slitting system according to claim 5 wherein the sliding slot extends toward the through slot in a direction perpendicular to the direction of extension of the through slot.
7. The box film strip slitting system according to claim 6 wherein the slitting assembly further comprises two guide brackets that are respectively disposed through the two sliding slots.
8. The box film strip slitting system according to claim 7 wherein the slitting assembly further comprises two abutments that project from the slitting knife and are respectively adjacent opposite sides of the slitting knife.
9. The box film strip slitting system according to claim 8 wherein the retaining member includes a mounting block and a retaining bar, the mounting block is raised from the slitting blade, one end of the retaining bar is fixed to the mounting block and the other end slidably retains against the inside wall of the operating box.
10. A slitting process using the box film slitting system of claim 9 comprising the steps of:
passing the membrane strip through the two pass-through slits; and
and driving the slitting knife to move towards the film belt by using the driving air cylinder so as to cut the film belt in the working box.
Technical Field
The invention relates to a box type film belt joint cutting system and a joint cutting method thereof.
Background
During the production and construction process, a large number of membrane tapes are often required. To accommodate product requirements in anodization, some membrane strips need to be slit in the middle to form slits to expose anodized areas or anodized kerf lines. However, the length of the slits is not easily controlled during the slitting process.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the foregoing, there is a need for a box film tape slitting system and method that facilitates control of the slit length.
The box type film strip slitting system is characterized by comprising a working box and a slitting assembly, wherein two through cutting grooves are formed in the working box, the two through cutting grooves are oppositely arranged and used for a film strip to pass through, a slitting area is formed between the two through cutting grooves, a containing space is formed in the working box, a through groove is formed in the side wall of the working box, the slitting assembly comprises a driving cylinder and a slitting knife, the driving cylinder is installed on the side wall of the working box, the slitting knife is connected to an output shaft of the driving cylinder, the slitting knife is slidably inserted into the through groove, and the slitting knife is used for reciprocating under the driving of the driving cylinder so as to cut the film strip in the working box.
In one embodiment, two guide bodies are convexly arranged on the working box, and the two guide bodies are respectively positioned at two opposite ends of the through groove.
In one embodiment, each of the guide bodies is provided with a guide groove, and two opposite sides of the slitting knife are slidably inserted into the guide grooves of the two guide bodies respectively.
In one embodiment, the through cutting slot extends in a vertical direction, and the moving direction of the slitting knife is perpendicular to the extending direction of the through cutting slot.
In one embodiment, the work box is a rectangular box, sliding grooves are further formed in two opposite sides of the work box, and the two sliding grooves are arranged oppositely.
In one embodiment, the sliding groove extends toward the through cutting groove, and the extending direction of the sliding groove is perpendicular to the extending direction of the through cutting groove.
In one embodiment, the lancing assembly further comprises two guide brackets, and the two guide brackets are respectively arranged in the two sliding grooves in a penetrating manner.
In one embodiment, the lancing assembly further comprises two abutting pieces, and the two abutting pieces are both convexly arranged on the lancing cutter and respectively adjacent to two opposite sides of the lancing cutter.
In one embodiment, the abutting piece comprises an installation block and an abutting strip, the installation block is convexly arranged on the slitting knife, one end of the abutting strip is fixed on the installation block, and the other end of the abutting strip slidably abuts against the inner side wall of the working box.
A slitting process using the box film tape slitting system as described above, comprising the steps of:
passing the membrane strip through the two pass-through slits; and
and driving the slitting knife to move towards the film belt by using the driving air cylinder so as to cut the film belt in the working box.
The box-type membrane tape slitting system is used for enabling the membrane tape to pass through the two through cutting grooves and positioning. Then, the driving air cylinder drives the slitting knife to move towards the film strip so as to cut the film strip in the working box. Because the two opposite sides of the membrane strip can be abutted against the side walls of the two through cutting grooves when cutting is stressed, the row opening and the extension of the cutting grooves can be reduced, and the length of the cutting grooves can be controlled easily.
