Because a narrow space is formed between the upper part of the secondary seal and the tank wall, the sponge soft elastic material cannot fill the narrow space, and therefore a certain oil-gas space can exist at the upper section of the secondary seal. 4. The zigzag bulge of the oil-free air sealing section arranged at the contact part of the polymer oil gas tooth film and the wall of the storage tank can effectively improve the sealing performance, which is equivalent to adding a double seal on the basis of one-time sealing. At present, domestic storage tanks have deformation conditions of different degrees, only depend on the sealing height of about 200mm between one-time sealing and the wall of the storage tank, the sealing effect is not good, and particularly when the wall of the storage tank has a concave-convex phenomenon, gaps are inevitably formed between one-time sealing and the wall of the tank, and the gaps are the main source of oil gas volatilization. The contact height of the oil-free air sealing device and the tank wall is high and is more than 3 times of that of one-time sealing, so that the sealing performance can be greatly improved, and oil gas volatilization can be prevented; and secondly, the arranged saw-toothed protrusions can effectively scrape the oil on the tank wall, and the siphon volatilization phenomenon of oil gas can be effectively prevented along the annular saw-toothed protrusions on the periphery of the tank wall, so that the volatilization of the oil gas is further reduced, and the requirement of environmental protection is met.

As shown in fig. 3, the upper end of the bead 14 covered by the sealing tape 11 is fixed on the upper part of the outer side of the floating plate edge plate 40, and the other end of the bead 14 extends downwards along the outer side of the floating plate edge plate 40, so as to press the sealing tape 11 on the outer side of the floating plate edge plate 40; l type clamp plate 15 erect the limit and fix on 40 lateral surfaces upper portions of floating plate edge plate, L type clamp plate 15's horizontal limit extends to 50 medial surfaces of storage tank jar wall from the 40 lateral surfaces of floating plate edge plate, just horizontal limit sets up in the polymer oil gas tooth membrane 31 bottom that does not have oil gas seal subassembly 30, and this horizontal limit is used for pressing polymer oil gas tooth membrane (31) on a seal subassembly.

The outer edge of the end part of the inner ring, on which the polymer oil-gas tooth film 31 is fixed, is clamped between the vertical edge of the L-shaped pressing plate 15 and the upper end of the pressing bar 14.

2. Secondary seal assembly

As shown in fig. 1, the secondary sealing assembly 20 is disposed at the upper end of the floating plate edge plate 40, the lower end of the secondary sealing assembly 20 is provided with a fixed end fixedly connected with the floating plate edge plate 40, and the upper end is provided with a sliding end which is attached to the inner side surface of the tank wall 50 and forms a sliding fit.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the secondary sealing assembly 20 includes a sliding block 21, an oil-gas diaphragm 22, an elastic plate 23, an L-shaped supporting plate 24 and a fastener 25, the upper end of the elastic plate 23 is fixed between the oil-gas diaphragm 22 and the L-shaped supporting plate 24 by the fastener 25, a polymer oil-gas tooth film 31, an insulating extension plate 33, the oil-gas diaphragm 22 and the elastic plate 23 are sequentially fixed below the sliding block 21 by the L-shaped supporting plate from top to bottom, and the elastic plate 23 supports the sliding block 21 to be attached to and slide on the inner side surface of the tank wall 50; the lower end of the elastic plate 23 is fixed on the upper part of the inner side of the floating plate edge plate 40, and the oil-gas diaphragm 22 is attached to the inner surface of the elastic plate 23 from the upper end of the elastic plate 23 and extends to the lower end of the elastic plate 23 and is fixed on the upper part of the inner side of the floating plate edge plate 40.

As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, a cover 26 is further included, which is installed outside the secondary seal assembly, and is used for preventing damage and contamination of the secondary seal due to rain, dust, oil condensate, etc., and has fixing and shaping functions on the sliding block 21; a static electricity conducting sheet 27 for conducting and removing secondary sealing static electricity and forming equipotential with the tank wall; and an equipotential connecting device 28 which is guided to the grounding lug welded on the floating plate from the upper part of the secondary sealing assembly through the tinned soft copper composite stranded wire, so that the secondary sealing has electrostatic conducting performance and forms equipotential with the floating roof.

3. Oil-free air sealing assembly

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the oil-free air seal assembly 30 is composed of a polymer oil gas toothed film 31, a spongy soft elastic substance 32 and an insulating extension plate 33.

The polymer oil gas tooth film 31 is an annular hanging bag with an open upper part, the hanging bag is hung on the outer side of the spongy soft elastic object 32, the inner ring of the polymer oil gas tooth film 31 is fixedly connected with the floating disc edge plate 40, the bottom of the polymer oil gas tooth film 31 is located on the primary sealing assembly 10, the outer ring of the polymer oil gas tooth film 31 is attached to the inner side surface of the wall 50 of the storage tank, and the top of the outer ring is fixedly connected with the sliding fit part of the secondary sealing assembly 20 attached to the inner side surface of the wall 50 of the storage tank; the upper portion of the spongy mass 32 is fitted to the secondary seal assembly 20. The polymer oil gas tooth film 31 is made of polymer rubber synthetic material, and can be NBR/PVC rubber-plastic blended rubber material or FKM rubber material.

The spongy soft elastic material 32 is a polyurethane foam sponge which has the characteristics of softness (low indentation hardness), high elasticity (good resilience) and tearing resistance (high tearing strength), and has very small extrusion force on the wall of the storage tank and secondary sealing when being extruded.

The oil-free air seal assembly 30 further comprises an insulating extension plate 33, the insulating extension plate 33 is clamped between the sliding block 21 fixed on the secondary seal assembly and the supporting seal assembly, and the outer ring top of the polymer oil-gas tooth film 31 is clamped between the insulating extension plate 33 and the sliding block 21. The insulating extension plate 33 is made of an insulating polymer material.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the polymer oil gas tooth film 31 is provided with the oil-free sealing section sawtooth protrusions 34 at the joint of the inner side surface of the storage tank wall 50, the oil-free sealing section sawtooth protrusions 34 are provided with a plurality of channels from top to bottom, and the tooth tops of each oil-free sealing section sawtooth protrusions 34 are abutted against the inner side surface of the storage tank wall 50.

Oil-free air sealing section sawtooth shape arch 34 can be processed on polymer oil gas tooth membrane 31 and form, in this embodiment, oil-free air sealing section sawtooth shape arch 34 is the setting one section polymer sticky tape on polymer oil gas tooth membrane 31, the one side of sticky tape is the smooth surface, and the another side has the profile of tooth arch of horizontal direction, smooth surface and polymer oil gas tooth membrane 31 fixed connection, the profile of tooth arch sets up and closely laminates with the inboard jar wall 50 of storage tank in the use towards the 50 medial surfaces of storage tank jar wall.

The length of the sawtooth-shaped protrusions 34 of the oil-free air sealing section is the circumference of the polymer oil gas tooth film 31 surrounding a circle in the circumferential direction of the inner side surface of the tank wall 50 of the storage tank, namely the overlapped part of the polymer oil gas tooth film 31 on the tank wall 50 on the inner side of the storage tank, which exceeds the circumference, is not arranged; the total height of the sawtooth-shaped bulges of the oil-free air sealing section arranged on the inner side surface of the wall of the storage tank is about 400mm, the tooth height is 1.5-2.0mm, and specific parameters can be set according to engineering conditions;

as shown in fig. 1, the lower ends of the oil-free sealing section serrations 34 and the upper ends of the primary sealing section serrations 12 do not contact each other.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the inner ring end of the polymer oil-gas tooth film 31 is reversely wrapped from the outer side of the floating plate edge plate 40 to the inner side of the floating plate edge plate 40, that is, the inner ring end of the polymer oil-gas tooth film 31 includes an inner ring end inner edge and an inner ring end outer edge which are respectively arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the floating plate edge plate 40;

the fixed end of the primary sealing component 10 is clamped between the outer edge of the end part of the inner ring and the outer side surface of the floating plate edge plate 40;

the fixed end of the secondary sealing component 20 is arranged at the inner side of the inner edge of the end part of the inner ring;

the edge plate bolt 42 sequentially penetrates through the fixed end of the secondary sealing assembly 20, the inner edge of the end part of the inner ring, the floating plate edge plate 40, the fixed end of the primary sealing assembly 10, the outer edge of the end part of the inner ring and the L-shaped pressing plate 15, and the edge plate bolt 42 is provided with fastening nuts at two end parts, so that the secondary sealing assembly 20, the primary sealing assembly 10, the polymer oil-gas tooth film 31 and the L-shaped pressing plate 15 are all fixed with the floating plate edge plate 40;

still the cover is equipped with polymer packing ring 35 on the edge plate bolt 42, and polymer packing ring 35 adopts the high wear-resisting high anti synthetic rubber material preparation of tearing, polymer packing ring 35 presss from both sides and locates between the fastening nut in the floating plate edge plate 40 outside and the L type clamp plate 15, the central through-hole internal diameter of polymer packing ring 35 slightly is less than the screw rod external diameter of edge plate bolt 42.

As shown in fig. 4, the edge plate bolt 42 is further sleeved with a U-shaped pressing plate 41, an opening of the U-shaped pressing plate 41 faces the inner side surface of the floating plate edge plate 40 and is pressed and arranged outside the elastic plate 23 by the edge plate bolt 42, and the U-shaped pressing plate 41 is higher than the nut so as to ensure that the U-shaped pressing plate 41 can press the inner edges of the elastic plate 23, the oil-gas diaphragm 22 and the inner ring end of the polymer oil-gas tooth film 31. Thus, the top of the inner ring of the polymer oil-gas gear film 31 is finally fixed on the floating plate edge plate 40 in a double mode.
