1. A process for preparing a reinforced rubber composition, the process comprising the step of mixing at least the following compounds at a temperature of at least 120 ℃:

(i) the rubber is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight,

(ii) at least one inorganic filler,

(iii) at least one organic peroxide, and

(iv) at least one antioxidant selected from the group consisting of phenols, p-phenylenediamines, and nitroxides.

2. A method of vulcanizing a reinforced rubber composition comprising the steps of:

-preparing a mixture comprising:

(a) a reinforced rubber composition obtained by mixing at least the following compounds at a temperature of at least 120 ℃:

(i) the rubber is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight,

(ii) at least one inorganic filler,

(iii) at least one organic peroxide, and

(iv) at least one antioxidant selected from the group consisting of phenols, p-phenylenediamines and nitroxides, and

(b) a curing package, and

-shaping and heating the mixture to promote vulcanization.

The method according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the rubber is selected from the group consisting of ethylene propylene diene terpolymer Elastomer (EPDM), ethylene-propylene copolymer Elastomer (EPM), ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA and EVM), Natural Rubber (NR), Butyl Rubber (BR), Isoprene Rubber (IR), brominated butyl rubber (BIIR), styrene-butadiene rubber (including e-SBR and s-SBR), polysulfide (T), butyl rubber (IIR), Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) and Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR).

The process according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the at least one inorganic filler is selected from silica, carbon black, calcium carbonate, clay, chalk, talc, aluminium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and combinations thereof, preferably from silica, carbon black and combinations thereof.

The process according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the at least one organic peroxide is selected from the group consisting of peroxyketals and peroxyesters, more preferably is a peroxyketal, most preferably is selected from the group consisting of 1, 1-di (t-butylperoxy) cyclohexane, 1-di (t-butylperoxy) -3,3, 5-trimethylcyclohexane, 2-di (t-butylperoxy) butane and 1, 1-bis (t-butylperoxy) -2-isopropyl-5-methylcyclohexane.

The process according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the at least one organic peroxide and optionally the at least one antioxidant are added to the rubber and the at least one inorganic filler in the form of a solid formulation comprising 10-50 wt.% of organic peroxide and 0-50 wt.% of antioxidant dispersed on 5-45 wt.% of solid inorganic carrier or 10-50 wt.% of rubber.

The process according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the at least one organic peroxide and the at least one antioxidant are added to the rubber and the at least one inorganic filler in the form of a liquid formulation comprising 10-50 wt% of organic peroxide, 5-45 wt% of antioxidant and 0-50 wt% of solvent.

The method of any one of the preceding claims, wherein at least one antioxidant is a phenolic antioxidant, preferably selected from the group consisting of tert-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ), Butylated Hydroxytoluene (BHT), poly (dicyclopentadiene-co-p-cresol), pentaerythritol tetrakis (3- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate, octadecyl-3- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate), bis- (2-hydroxy-3-tert-butyl-5-methylphenyl) methane, 4 '-thio-bis (6-tert-butyl-m-methylphenol) and 2, 2' -thio-bis (6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol).

9. The process according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein at least one antioxidant is p-phenylenediamine, preferably selected from the group consisting of N-1, 3-dimethylbutyl-N ' -phenyl-p-phenylenediamine, N-isopropyl-N ' -phenyl-p-phenylenediamine and N, N ' -diphenyl-p-phenylenediamine.

The method according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein at least one antioxidant is a nitroxide, preferably selected from the group consisting of 2,2,6, 6-tetramethyl-1-piperidinyloxy radical (TEMPO), 2,6, 6-tetramethyl-4-hydroxy-1-piperidinyloxy radical (OH-TEMPO), 4-carboxy-2, 2,6, 6-tetramethyl-1-piperidinyloxy radical (4-carboxy-), 2,6, 6-tetramethyl-4-amino-1-piperidinyloxy radical (4-amino-TEMPO) and 2,2,6, 6-tetramethyl-4-oxopiperidinyloxy radical (4-oxo-TEMPO).

11. The method of any preceding claim, wherein the vulcanization package comprises elemental sulfur and one or more sulfur vulcanization accelerators and/or sulfur donors.

12. Solid formulation comprising 10-50% by weight of at least one organic peroxide and 5-50% by weight of at least one antioxidant selected from the group consisting of phenols, p-phenylenediamines and nitroxides, dispersed on 5-45% by weight of at least one solid inorganic carrier.

13. Solid formulations comprising 10-50% by weight of at least one organic peroxide, 0-50% by weight of at least one inorganic carrier and 5-50% by weight of at least one antioxidant selected from the group consisting of phenols, p-phenylenediamines and nitroxides, dispersed in 10-50% by weight of rubber.

14. Liquid formulation comprising 10-50 wt% of an organic peroxide, 5-50 wt% of at least one antioxidant selected from the group consisting of phenols, p-phenylenediamines and nitroxides and 0-50 wt% of a solvent.

15. Solid formulation comprising 10 to 80% by weight of at least one organic peroxide selected from the group consisting of 1, 1-di (tert-butylperoxy) cyclohexane, 1-di (tert-butylperoxy) -3,3, 5-trimethylcyclohexane, 2-di (tert-butylperoxy) butane and 1, 1-bis (tert-butylperoxy) -2-isopropyl-5-methylcyclohexane dispersed on 20 to 90% by weight of carbon black.

16. The formulation according to any one of claims 12 to 14, wherein the at least one organic peroxide is selected from the group consisting of peroxyketals and peroxyesters, more preferably peroxyketals, most preferably from the group consisting of 1, 1-di (t-butylperoxy) cyclohexane, 1-di (t-butylperoxy) -3,3, 5-trimethylcyclohexane, 2-di (t-butylperoxy) butane and 1, 1-bis (t-butylperoxy) -2-isopropyl-5-methylcyclohexane.
