The leather mildewcide according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the emulsifier is at least one of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, fatty acid-polyoxyethylene ether, polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene block copolymer, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether phosphate and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate.

4. The leather mildewcide according to claim 3, wherein: the emulsifier is prepared from fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and tween-60 in a mass ratio of 1: (0.2-2).
