Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the thickness-adjustable copper foil gluing and drying equipment for aluminum substrate production comprises a support 1, a feeding assembly, a limiting assembly 66, a gluing assembly 67, a uniformly coating assembly 68, a removing assembly 2 and a drying assembly 3, wherein the feeding assembly, the limiting assembly 66, the gluing assembly 67, the uniformly coating assembly 68, the removing assembly 2 and the drying assembly 3 are all arranged at the top of the support 1, and the limiting assembly 66, the gluing assembly 67, the coating-evenly assembly 68, the cleaning assembly 2 and the drying assembly 3 are sequentially distributed along the length direction of the bracket 1, the feeding assembly comprises a discharging roller 4, a winding roller 5 and a transmission motor 6, the discharging roller 4 is arranged on one side above the bracket 1, the winding roller 5 and the transmission motor 6 are both arranged on one side of the bracket 1 far away from the discharging roller 4, the winding roller 5 is positioned at the top of the bracket 1, and the transmission motor 6 is positioned below the winding roller 5. The top of every backup pad 8 all is equipped with the arc mouth that is used for blowing kun 4 to place to every fixture block 9 still is fixed in the top of corresponding backup pad 8 through a plurality of bolt respectively, the both ends of rolling kun 5 are the horizontal state and can set up in the top of support 1 that rotates respectively, still all overlap on the output shaft of driving motor 6 and the one end of receiving kun and be equipped with a drive wheel, two drive wheels still cooperate through a drive belt, one side of blowing kun 4 still is equipped with a spacing kun 10 that is used for spacing copper foil transportation, and the both ends of spacing kun 10 still set up in the top of support 1 through a supporting seat 11 is fixed respectively. When the transmission motor 6 drives the winding roller 5 to rotate, the transmission motor 6 drives the winding roller 5 to rotate through the cooperation of the transmission belt and the transmission wheel, the copper foil can be conveyed, and the limiting roller 10 is used for primarily limiting the copper foil, so that the copper foil cannot fluctuate during conveying.

The limiting assembly 66 comprises two limiting mechanisms used for limiting copper foil transmission, the two limiting mechanisms are symmetrically arranged at the top of the support 1 along the height direction of the support 1, the structure of each limiting mechanism is identical, each limiting mechanism is composed of a limiting cylinder 12 and two lifting blocks 13, the two limiting cylinders 12 are symmetrically arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the copper foil in a horizontal state, the two lifting blocks 13 are respectively sleeved at the two ends of the corresponding limiting cylinder 12, the two sides of each lifting block 13 are respectively provided with a sleeving plate 14, each sleeving plate 14 is further respectively sleeved on a round rod 15, the round rod 15 between each lifting block 13 and the support 1 is further respectively sleeved with a spring 16, and the top end of each round rod 15 is further respectively prevented from sliding off of the corresponding lifting block 13 through an anti-falling nut 17. The gluing component 67 comprises a spray head 18 and a fixed shell 19, the spray head 18 is fixed in the fixed shell 19, the upper end of the spray head 18 is further provided with a liquid inlet pipe 20 for feeding liquid, two ends of the fixed shell 19 are further respectively provided with a rotating rod 21, the two rotating rods 21 can be rotatably arranged on a mounting rack 22, the mounting rack 22 is fixed at the top of the support 1, the rotating rod 21 is further driven by a first rotating motor 23, one side of the mounting rack 22 is further provided with a cylinder 24, a liquid storage cylinder 25 for containing glue is further arranged in the cylinder 24, the top of the liquid storage cylinder 25 is further provided with a liquid suction pipe 26, a connecting plate 27 is further fixedly arranged on the rotating rod 21, a connecting rod is further arranged on the outer side of the connecting plate 27 and can be movably inserted into a half-arc chute 28, and an anti-falling disc 29 is further arranged at one end of the connecting rod penetrating through the half-arc chute 28. When the gluing component 67 is used for gluing the copper foil, the liquid inlet pipe 20 on the spray head 18 is connected with the liquid suction pipe 26 at the top of the liquid storage cylinder 25 through a hose, so that glue flows into the spray head 18, the spray head 18 is used for gluing the copper foil accordingly, when the spray head 18 is used for completely gluing the copper foil, the rotating rod 21 is driven to rotate by the first rotating motor 23, and as the spray head 18 is fixed in the fixed shell 19, the spray head 18 can be used for completely spraying the glue to the copper foil through a rotating angle, when the rotating rod 21 rotates, the connecting rod on the rotating rod 21 rotates in the semi-arc chute 28 along with the rotating angle, and as the end part of the connecting rod is provided with the anti-falling disk 29 with the diameter larger than that of the connecting.

The uniform coating component 68 comprises a scraper 30, a moving mechanism and a height adjusting mechanism, the moving mechanism is arranged above the support 1 through a rectangular frame 31, the height adjusting mechanism is arranged on the moving mechanism, the scraper 30 is adjusted through the height adjusting mechanism, the moving mechanism is composed of a first guide rod 32, a first screw 33 and a first moving plate 34, the first guide rod 32 and the first screw 33 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the rectangular frame 31 along the length direction of the rectangular frame 31, the first screw 33 is driven by a first driving motor 35, moving openings 36 are arranged on two sides of the rectangular frame 31 along the length direction, and two ends of the first moving plate 34 penetrate through the corresponding moving openings 36 and are respectively sleeved on the corresponding first screw 33 and the first guide rod 32 through a sleeving ring 37. After the copper foil is coated with glue and reaches the coating component 68, the scraper 30 uniformly coats the glue on the copper foil through the moving mechanism and the height adjusting mechanism, the thickness of the glue on the copper foil is adjusted, and when the moving mechanism drives the scraper 30 to move, the first driving motor 35 drives the first screw 33 to rotate, and the first moving plate 34 moves on the first guide rod 32 through the first screw 33.

The height adjusting mechanism comprises a rectangular plate 38 and a second screw rod 39, the rectangular plate 38 is arranged below the first moving plate 34, two sides of the top of the rectangular plate 38 respectively vertically penetrate through the first moving plate 34 upwards to form an inserting rod 40, the top of each inserting rod 40 is also provided with a stabilizing disc 41, the second screw rod 39 is driven by a second rotating motor 42, the second screw rod 39 penetrates through the first moving plate 34 and vertically extends downwards, one side of the rectangular plate 38 is also provided with a sliding ring 43 sleeved on the second screw rod 39, the bottom of the second screw rod 39 is also provided with an anti-falling column 44, two sides of the rectangular plate 38 are respectively provided with a connecting part 45 used for installing the scraper 30, and the two connecting parts 45 and the scraper 30 are fixed through two locking bolts. When the height adjustment mechanism adjusts the height of the scraper 30, the second rotating motor 42 drives the second screw 39 to rotate, and since the rectangular plate 38 is sleeved on the second screw 39 through the sliding ring 43, the rectangular plate 38 drives the scraper 30 to move up and down, the stabilizing disc 41 at the bottom of the second screw 39 is used for preventing the scraper 30 from falling, and when the rectangular plate 38 moves, the two inserting rods 40 on the rectangular plate 38 move on the first moving plate 34 to facilitate the stability of the movement of the rectangular plate 38.

The cleaning assembly 2 comprises a strip-shaped frame 46 and two scraping and rubbing mechanisms symmetrically arranged on two sides inside the strip-shaped frame 46, the strip-shaped frame 46 is fixedly arranged at the top of the support 1, a cylinder 47 is fixedly arranged on the lower half part of the strip-shaped frame 46 in a horizontal state, each scraping and rubbing mechanism consists of a third screw 48 and a strip-shaped plate 49, each third screw 48 is symmetrically arranged on the upper half part of the strip-shaped frame 46 in a horizontal state, each strip-shaped plate 49 can be slidably sleeved on the corresponding third screw 48 and the cylinder 47, each third screw 48 is further driven by a second driving motor 50, and each strip-shaped plate 49 is further provided with a scraping and rubbing plate 51 used for scraping glue on the edge of a copper foil inwards. When glue on the copper foil is uniformly applied to the cleaning assembly 2, each scraping mechanism cleans the glue overflowing from the two sides of the copper foil, and when each scraping mechanism is driven, each second driving motor 50 drives the corresponding third screw 48 to rotate, each strip-shaped plate 49 moves on the column 47 through the corresponding third screw 48, and each scraping plate 51 cleans the glue on the two sides of the copper foil.

The drying assembly 3 comprises a drying box 52 and a drying mechanism, the drying box 52 is arranged at the top of the support 1, the drying box 52 is in a through shape, a copper foil penetrates through the drying box 52 and is located at the bottom of the inner side of the drying box 52, the drying mechanism is arranged on the drying box 52, the bottom of the drying box 52 is further provided with a plurality of first heating wires 53 for drying copper foil glue, the drying mechanism comprises a fourth screw 54, a second guide rod 55, a second moving plate 56 and a heating plate 57, the fourth screw 54 and the second guide rod 55 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the drying box 52 along the length direction of the drying box 52, two sides of the second moving plate 56 are respectively sleeved on the fourth screw 54 and the second guide rod 55 through a folded plate 58 in a sliding mode, the fourth screw 54 is further driven by a third driving motor 59, and the heating plate 57 moves through the second moving plate 56. When the glued copper foil comes into the drying box 52, the first heating wires 53 at the bottom of the drying box 52 primarily dry the copper foil, and then the drying mechanism further dries the glue part above the copper foil, and when the drying mechanism is driven, the fourth screw 54 rotates through the third driving motor 59 to drive the second moving plate 56 to move on the second guide rod 55, and the heating plate 57 uniformly dries the glue on the copper foil through movement.

A vertical plate 60 is vertically and upwards arranged at the top of the heating plate 57, the vertical plate 60 penetrates through the top of the second moving plate 56 and is fixed through a flat plate 61, stabilizing plates 62 penetrating through the side wall of the drying box 52 are respectively arranged on two sides of the heating plate 57, a clamping plate 63 is respectively arranged on the outward side of each stabilizing plate 62, openings 64 used for the movement of the vertical plate 60 and the movement of the corresponding stabilizing plate 62 are respectively arranged on the top of the second moving plate 56 and two sides of the drying box 52, and a plurality of second heating wires 65 are also arranged in the heating plate 57. When the heating plate 57 moves, because the plurality of second heating wires 65 are arranged in the heating plate 57, the copper foil is uniformly dried along with the movement of the heating plate 57, and finally the copper foil is glued and dried, and the dried copper foil is mounted on the aluminum substrate through the next step.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: an operator firstly winds one end of a copper foil on a discharge roller 4, the free end of the copper foil is fixed through a winding roller 5, a transmission motor 6 drives the winding roller 5 to rotate through the cooperation of a transmission belt and a transmission wheel, the copper foil can be conveyed on a plurality of rollers 7 along with the copper foil, when two ends of the copper foil are respectively wound on the discharge roller 4 and the winding roller 5, three clamping blocks on the discharge roller 4 and the winding roller 5 can play a stabilizing role in the copper foil, the limiting roller 10 carries out primary limiting on the copper foil, so the copper foil cannot fluctuate during conveying, when the two limiting mechanisms limit the copper foil, the two limiting cylinders 12 are respectively stirred manually, lifting blocks 13 at two ends of each limiting cylinder 12 drive the corresponding limiting cylinder 12 to outwards open through the action of a corresponding spring 16, then the copper foil passes between the two limiting cylinders 12, and then the two limiting cylinders 12 are released, the copper foil can be better positioned, the stability of copper foil conveying is convenient, when the glue coating component 67 coats the copper foil, the liquid inlet pipe 20 on the spray head 18 is connected with the liquid suction pipe 26 at the top of the liquid storage cylinder 25 through the hose, therefore, the glue flows into the spray head 18, the spray head 18 coats the copper foil, when the spray head 18 coats the copper foil comprehensively, the first rotating motor 23 drives the rotating rod 21 to rotate, because the spray head 18 is fixed in the fixed shell 19, the spray head 18 can spray the copper foil comprehensively through a rotating angle, when the rotating rod 21 rotates, the connecting rod on the rotating rod 21 rotates in the semi-arc chute 28, because the end part of the connecting rod is provided with the anti-falling disk 29 with the diameter larger than that of the connecting rod, the rotation of the spray head 18 is more stable, when the glue is coated on the coating component 68, the scraper 30 coats the glue on the copper foil uniformly through the moving mechanism and the height adjusting mechanism, and the thickness of the glue on the copper foil is adjusted, when the moving mechanism drives the scraper 30 to move, the first driving motor 35 drives the first screw 33 to rotate, the first moving plate 34 moves on the first guide rod 32 through the first screw 33, when the height adjusting mechanism adjusts the height of the scraper 30, the second rotating motor 42 drives the second screw 39 to rotate, as the rectangular plate 38 is sleeved on the second screw 39 through the sliding ring 43, the rectangular plate 38 drives the scraper 30 to move up and down, the stabilizing disc 41 at the bottom of the second screw 39 prevents the scraper 30 from falling, and when the rectangular plate 38 moves, the two inserting rods 40 on the rectangular plate 38 move on the first moving plate 34 to facilitate the stability of the movement of the rectangular plate 38, and when the glue on the copper foil is evenly coated on the cleaning assembly 2, each scraping mechanism cleans the glue overflowing from both sides of the copper foil, when each scraping and rubbing mechanism is driven, each second driving motor 50 drives the corresponding third screw 48 to rotate, each strip-shaped plate 49 moves on the column 47 through the corresponding third screw 48, each scraping and rubbing plate 51 cleans glue on two sides of the copper foil, when the glued copper foil comes into the drying box 52, a plurality of first heating wires 53 at the bottom of the drying box 52 perform primary drying on the copper foil, then the drying mechanism performs further drying on the glue part above the copper foil, when the drying mechanism is driven, the fourth screw 54 rotates through the third driving motor 59 to drive the second movable plate 56 to move on the second guide rod 55, the heating plate 57 uniformly dries the glue on the copper foil through movement, because a plurality of second heating wires 65 are arranged in the heating plate 57, the heating plate 57 moves to uniformly dry the copper foil, and finally the gluing and drying treatment of the copper foil are completed, the dried copper foil is pasted and mounted on an aluminum substrate through the next step.
