Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of breathable film production, in particular to production equipment and a production process for preparing a breathable film by a one-step method.

Background

The air permeable film is a film which is made of high molecular material through a specific production process and is provided with tens of thousands of micropores (the pore diameter is from a few tenths of microns to tens of microns), and is characterized by being air permeable and water impermeable, and allowing gases such as water vapor, air and the like to pass through but not allowing liquid to pass through. At present, breathable films are widely used in personal hygiene products such as baby diapers and sanitary napkins, such as medical garments, warming patches, medical protective clothing, breathable waterproof cloth, raincoats, food packaging, crop preservation, building waterproofing, drying bags and the like.

The traditional film making process flow for breathable film production: raw materials (calcium carbonate, PE colloidal particles, auxiliary agent and drying agent) are stirred, heated, cooled into granules, heated, stretched, cooled and rolled into a film. The raw materials (calcium carbonate powder, PE colloidal particles, auxiliary agent and drying agent) are put in a container at the same time, after being stirred uniformly by manpower, the uniformly stirred mixture is conveyed to a granulating device through conveying equipment to be thermally dissolved, sheared, cooled and dried to be made into mixed colloidal particles, and finally the mixed colloidal particles are heated, stretched and cooled through casting film-making equipment to be made into the breathable film. However, the traditional process usually requires granulating the mixture by granulating equipment, the process is complex, and a granulator needs to be added, so that the production cost is high; simultaneously, the raw materials are stirred manually, which is laborious and can not ensure the consistency of the proportion of each raw material supply, thereby affecting the quality of the breathable film.

Therefore, the problem to be solved by those skilled in the art is how to provide a production device and a process for preparing a breathable film by a one-step method, which does not need granulation and saves production cost.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides production equipment and a production process for preparing the breathable film by a one-step method, which do not need granulation and save production cost.

Compared with the traditional equipment and process, the production equipment and process for preparing the breathable film by the one-step method provided by the invention have the advantages that a granulation process is not needed, manual stirring and metering are replaced by a weightless scale or a stirrer, the manpower and the electric power are saved, the produced breathable film has fewer crystal points, fewer holes and more uniform air permeability, and various physical performance indexes of the film, such as tensile strength, elongation, flexibility and the like, are correspondingly improved.
