1. A coaxial connector, comprising: the insulating positioning piece, the plurality of contact pieces and the partition columns;

the insulating positioning piece is provided with a mounting hole of the contact piece and comprises a male end insulating positioning piece (101) and a female end insulating positioning piece (201);

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of electric connectors, in particular to a coaxial connector.

Background

The charging plug and the socket used in the current market can not meet the safe use requirements of the European standard, when the product use voltage exceeds 42.4V (ultra-low safe voltage), the European standard has clear requirements on electrical clearance, creepage distance and finger mis-touch prevention, and the existing charging plug is exposed from a negative terminal and is easy to contact by a human body.

Therefore, in view of the shortcomings of the prior art, there is a need for a coaxial connector to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

To overcome the above-mentioned deficiencies in the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a coaxial connector.

In order to achieve the above objects and other related objects, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: a coaxial connector, comprising: the insulating positioning piece, the plurality of contact pieces and the partition columns;

the insulating positioning piece is provided with a mounting hole of the contact piece and comprises a male end insulating positioning piece (101) and a female end insulating positioning piece (201);

the contact piece is arranged in the mounting hole and comprises a pair of needle-shaped contact pieces and a pair of elastic piece-shaped contact pieces;

the partition is sleeved outside the needle-shaped contact element in a cylindrical shape and comprises an inner partition (102) and an outer partition (202), the inner partition (102) is inserted into the outer partition (202), and the outer wall of the outer partition (202) and the inner wall of the male end insulating positioning element (101) are provided with corresponding elastic sheet-shaped contact elements;

the creepage distance between the spring plate type contact element and the needle type contact element is at least 2.4 mm;

the electric gap between the elastic sheet type contact element and the needle type contact element is at least 0.5 mm;

the inner diameter of the partition is 3mm at most, and the shortest distance between the partition and the insulating positioning piece is 3mm at most.

The preferable technical scheme is as follows: the contact piece and the partition are coaxially arranged.

The preferable technical scheme is as follows: a gap is formed between the tail end of the mounting hole and the contact element, and plastic is filled in the gap between the tail end of the mounting hole and the contact element.

The preferable technical scheme is as follows: the connecting structure further comprises a sealing element (105), wherein the sealing element (105) is arranged on the connecting end face of the male end insulating positioning piece (101).

The preferable technical scheme is as follows: the PIN type contact comprises a PIN (203) and a first cylindrical terminal (103), wherein the PIN (203) comprises a base (2031) and an elastic piece part (2032), the elastic piece part (2032) is arranged on the end part of the base (2031) in a surrounding mode, and the outer peripheral wall of the elastic piece part (2032) and the inner peripheral wall of the first cylindrical terminal (103) are matched with each other.

The preferable technical scheme is as follows: the elastic sheet type contact piece comprises a waist drum-shaped crown spring (204) and a second cylindrical terminal (104), wherein the outer peripheral wall of the waist drum-shaped crown spring (204) is matched with the inner peripheral wall of the second cylindrical terminal (104).

Due to the application of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the connector provided by the invention has the advantages that the creepage distance, the electric clearance and the finger mistaken touch prevention are ensured, the use safety of the electric connector is improved, the connection effect of the connector is further improved from the selection of the contact element, and the connector also has waterproof performance and is suitable for popularization.
