Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the supporting assembly 5 includes a supporting frame 51, two sides of the supporting frame 51 are respectively provided with a groove 52, inner walls of bottoms of the grooves 52 are respectively and fixedly connected with a return spring 53, top ends of the return springs 53 are respectively connected with a vertical rod 54, the vertical rods 54 can guide a mounting seat 55, top ends of the vertical rods 54 respectively penetrate through the supporting frame 51, top ends of two groups of vertical rods 54 are respectively provided with a mounting seat 55, opposite sides of the two groups of mounting seats 55 are respectively rotatably provided with a supporting roller 56 through bearings, top portions of the supporting rollers 56 are movably connected with the placing plate 4, the supporting rollers 56 can reduce friction with the placing plate 4, when shaking, the supporting rollers 56 move downwards, so that the mounting seat 55 moves downwards to drive the vertical rods 54 to compress the return springs 53, because the vertical rods 54 generate friction with the supporting frame 51 when compressing the return springs 53, so as to block movement of the vertical rods 54, thereby reducing the vertical shaking of the placing plate 4.

Referring to fig. 1 and 7, the air guiding assembly 9 includes an air box 91 fixedly connected to the inner wall of the top of the fresh keeping box 1, the air box 91 is communicated with the air delivery port 8, a rotating shaft 92 is uniformly installed on the inner wall of the air box 91 through a bearing, an air guiding plate 93 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 92, the bottom of the air guiding plate 93 penetrates through the air box 91, a movable through groove matched with the air guiding plate 93 is arranged at the bottom of the air box 91, the air guiding plate 93 conveniently rotates along with the rotating shaft 92, a gear 94 is sleeved on the front side of the rotating shaft 92, the top of the gear 94 is meshed with the rack plates 95, the ends of the two sets of rack plates 95 far away from each other are provided with cross rods 96, the ends of the two sets of cross rods 96 far away from each other penetrate through the air box 91, the cross rods 96 play a role of guiding the rack plates 95, the ends of the two sets, the rear end of the round rod 98 is fixedly connected to the top of the front side of the round plate 99, the round plate 99 is sleeved on the power rotating shaft of the servo motor, the servo motor is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the rear side of the fresh-keeping box 1, the servo motor is connected with the power rotating shaft through the speed reducer, the round plate 99 rotates through the work of the servo motor, the round rod 98 rotates around the center of the round plate 99, the movable frame 97 can horizontally reciprocate through the rotation of the round rod 98, and further the rack plate 95 is driven to horizontally reciprocate, through the meshing relationship between the rack plate 95 and the gear 94, the gear 94 can rotate in a positive and negative alternate manner, further the rotating shaft 92 rotates in a positive and negative alternate manner, so that the wind deflector 93 can swing left and right, when cold wind passes through the wind deflector 93, the wind sweeping work can be realized through the guidance of the wind deflector 93, the wind-cooling dead angle is reduced, and further the cold wind can, thereby make air conditioning can distribute in fresh-keeping case 1 uniformly, accomplished the fresh-keeping work to agricultural product, and improved fresh-keeping effect.

Referring to fig. 1, the bottom of the preservation box 1 is provided with vent grooves, and the vent grooves are provided with activated carbon layers, which can absorb peculiar smell, so that the preservation box 1 has no peculiar smell.

Referring to fig. 2, the movable block 24 is movably connected to the inner wall of the preservation box 1, the guide block is arranged at the left end of the movable block 24, and the guide groove matched with the guide block is vertically arranged on the inner wall of the preservation box 1, so that the stability of the movable block 24 during movement is improved.

Referring to fig. 1, a box door (not shown) is hinged to the front side of the fresh-keeping box 1 through a hinge, and a rectangular observation window is formed in the box door, so that the placing condition of agricultural products can be conveniently observed through the observation window.

A method for preserving agricultural products comprises the following steps:

s1: opening a box door of the preservation box 1, placing the agricultural products in a placing groove on a placing plate 4, closing the box door, and starting an air cooler 7 and a servo motor;

s2: the air cooler 7 works, cold air can pass through the air conveying opening 8 to the air box 91, the servo motor works, the circular plate 99 rotates, the circular rod 98 rotates around the center of the circular plate 99, the movable frame 97 can horizontally reciprocate through the rotation of the circular rod 98, thereby driving the rack plate 95 to horizontally reciprocate, and the gear 94 can rotate forward and backward alternately through the meshing relationship between the rack plate 95 and the gear 94, further, the rotating shaft 92 rotates forward and backward alternately, so that the air deflector 93 can swing left and right, when cold air passes through the air deflector 93, the air sweeping work can be realized through the guidance of the air deflector 93, the air cooling dead angle is reduced, the cold air can enter the preservation box 1 uniformly, so that the cold air can be distributed in the preservation box 1 uniformly, the preservation work of agricultural products is finished, and the preservation effect is improved;

s3: during transportation, the shaking is transmitted to the preservation box 1, so that the placing plate 4 shakes, the vertical shaking causes the vertical rod 54 to compress the return spring 53, since the vertical rod 54 generates friction with the support frame 51 when the return spring 53 is compressed, the movement of the vertical rod 54 is hindered, thereby reducing the vertical shaking of the placing plate 4, and the horizontal shaking causes the placing plate 4 to press the buffer roller 39, so that the fixing seat 38 moves, thereby driving the connecting block 37 to press the supporting spring 36 and driving the sliding block 311 on the supporting rod 310 to press the stress spring 312, by sliding the slide block 311 in the bar-shaped slide groove 32, a resistance to the movement of the buffer roller 39 can be provided, further, the shaking of the buffer roller 39 can be reduced, so that the shaking of the placing plate 4 in the horizontal direction can be reduced, and the shaking damage of the agricultural products on the placing plate 4 can be avoided;

s4: when taking out agricultural product, starter motor 22, make 23 anticlockwise rotations of lead screw, and then make 24 rebound of movable block, can drive connecting seat 35 through connecting rod 26 and move left, and then drive buffer roller 39 through supporting spring 36 and keep away from and place board 4, then can will place board 4 and pull out, be convenient for take out the agricultural product that is located inside, facilitate the use, will place board 4 and put on supporting roller 56, drive lead screw 23 clockwise rotation through motor 22, make 24 rebound of movable block, and then drive connecting seat 35 through connecting rod 26 and move right, make supporting spring 36 drive buffer roller 39 and contact and place board 4, need not pass through the manpower, can protect agricultural product, conveniently take out agricultural product again, greatly made things convenient for the use.

Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
