The working principle of the invention is as follows: before working, the cleaning mechanism 8 is adjusted to a proper position, the asphalt in the bin 14 is screwed and fixed, the asphalt is fed into the stirring bin 9 from the feeding hole 17 for heating and stirring, then the device is pushed to work on a road, the fan 13 is controlled to work by the controller 5, and then air is conveyed to the blowing head 85 from the inside of the cross rod 83 through the air pipe 84 to be discharged, so that the dust on the road surface can be blown in the same direction, the problem that the cleanness of the road surface is affected by the flying of the dust on the road surface caused by the conventional road surface blowing is solved, the paving of the asphalt is affected, the cleaning rod 86 is additionally arranged on the front side of the blowing head 85, the cleaning of the road surface is facilitated by the bristles 87 before the pavement is paved, then the dust on the road surface is blown by the blowing head 85, the cleanness of the road surface can be increased, the paving quality of the asphalt is improved, and the cleaning mechanism 8 is used for cleaning the road surface on the front side, the stirred asphalt enters the discharge pipe 6 through the feeding port 92 and is discharged to the ground through the discharge port 18 at the rear side, so that pavement is convenient to lay, meanwhile, the servo motor 36 is controlled to work through the controller 5, the servo motor 36 can rotate forward to drive the main bevel gear 37 to work, the main bevel gear 37 can drive the threaded rod 32 to rotate in the groove 38 through the driven bevel gear 35, when the threaded rod 32 rotates, the connecting seat 31 can do linear motion on the threaded rod 32 through the internal threaded hole on the surface, and then the paving plate 3 can be driven to do linear motion at the lower end of the base 1, and the forward and reverse rotation control of the servo motor 36 can be realized by matching with the use of the pressure sensors 33 at the two side faces of the connecting seat 31, so that the paving plate 3 can do reciprocating motion on the threaded rod 32, the asphalt discharged from the discharge port 18 can be conveniently paved repeatedly, and the paving influence caused by asphalt accumulation, furthermore, the scraper 4 is reused to scrape the paved asphalt at the same height, so that the overhigh asphalt can be conveniently removed, the paving smoothness is ensured, the device is continuously pushed after the scraping is finished, the paved asphalt is compacted by the compression roller 2 at the rear side of the base 1, and meanwhile, the vibration compaction is realized by matching with the use of the vibration motor 11 on the base 1, so that the asphalt paving quality is ensured.
