Background

Selenium is a typical scattered element and is mainly enriched in nonferrous metal electrolytic refining anode slime, in the copper anode slime dressing and metallurgy combined treatment process flow, after the copper anode slime is chloridized, selenium, tellurium and other parts of scattered metals are separated from precious metals, and crude selenium containing 70-90% is used as a main raw material for preparing high-purity selenium. The crude selenium usually contains 0.5-2% of Te, 4-13% of Pb, 0.2-5% of As and 1-5% of Sb, and at present, more than 99.5% of refined selenium is prepared by wet leaching, and in order to achieve more than 99.9% of selenium purity, a medicament capable of effectively removing impurities such As As, Pb, Sb and the like in Se solution is urgently needed to be developed.

The first purpose of the invention is to provide a medicament SC-500 for removing As, Pb and Sb; the second purpose is to provide a preparation method of the medicament SC-500 for removing As, Pb and Sb; the third purpose is to provide the application of the SC-500 medicament for removing As, Pb and Sb.

The first purpose of the invention is realized by that the agent SC-500 for removing As, Pb and Sb is prepared by the steps of main reaction, crystallization and heat treatment of raw materials of sulfur dioxide, sodium hydroxide and sodium sulfate.

The third purpose of the invention is realized by the application of the medicament SC-500 for removing As, Pb and Sb in the preparation of medicaments for improving the selenium purity.

The preparation method of the medicament SC-500 for removing As, Pb and Sb comprises the steps of main reaction, crystallization and heat treatment, and specifically comprises the following steps:
