Background

The cotton grabbing process of spinning enterprises does not have a foreign fiber detection and removal function at present, when the cotton grabbing machine grabs the cotton of 4 cotton bales simultaneously and conveys the cotton of a subsequent blowing process, namely foreign fiber detection and removal equipment, the distribution range of foreign fibers is large, so that more cotton is removed together with the foreign fibers, the burden of the foreign fiber detection and removal equipment is heavy, and certain enterprises with higher requirements on yarn quality have to install 2 foreign fiber detection and removal equipment in series, so that the cost is high. Because the sources of the 4 cotton bales are possibly different, and only 1 cotton bale possibly has different fibers at the moment of grabbing, the method for detecting and removing the cotton bale by adopting the cotton bale picking machine has better effect and lower cost compared with the method for adding the different fiber detection and removal equipment in the subsequent blowing process.

At present, no patent is found about the combination method of cotton picking and foreign fiber detection and removal.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for combining cotton picking and foreign fiber detection and removal, which has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and less waste cotton removal.

The invention provides a device for combining cotton picking and foreign fiber detection and removal, which comprises: the device comprises a reciprocating type plucker beater, a full-waveband hyperspectral imager, a full-waveband illuminating lamp, a valve, a high-speed electromagnet, a waste cotton sucking channel, a cotton sucking channel and a reciprocating type plucker housing; the full-waveband hyperspectral imager and the full-waveband illuminating lamp are fixed in the outer cover of the reciprocating bale plucker; photographing and analyzing the area to be grabbed of the cotton bale by using the full-waveband hyperspectral imager and the full-waveband illuminating lamp to obtain information about whether the cotton bale contains different fibers; the valve and the high-speed electromagnet are fixed in the waste cotton suction channel, and after the information of whether the cotton contains the foreign fibers or not is obtained, the high-speed electromagnet controls the valve to be opened, so that the cotton containing the foreign fibers is sucked away from the waste cotton suction channel and then is closed.

In the invention, a full-waveband hyperspectral imager and a full-waveband illuminating lamp are respectively fixed on the left and right sides in the outer cover of the reciprocating bale plucker.

In the invention, the waste cotton suction channel of the reciprocating type plucker is uniformly divided into 4-6 independent channels in the length direction of the left and right sides of the beater, and the number of the independent channels is 8-12; a valve and a high-speed electromagnet are fixed in each channel, and all independent channels are finally converged into a total waste cotton channel.

In the invention, the beater of the reciprocating plucker can rotate clockwise or anticlockwise according to the plucking direction of the reciprocating plucker.

In the invention, the valve determines the opening time according to the percentage of the foreign fibers.

In the invention, the relation between the percentage of the foreign fibers and the opening time of the valve is determined through tests.

Based on the device, the invention also provides a method for combining cotton grabbing with foreign fiber detection and removal, which is characterized in that strip-shaped areas of cotton bales to be grabbed are photographed and analyzed, if foreign fibers exist in the cotton bales, the valve at the corresponding position is opened, and the small cotton section containing the foreign fibers is sucked to the waste cotton sucking channel and collected.

The invention provides a method for taking pictures and analyzing strip-shaped areas of cotton bales to be grabbed by adopting a full-waveband hyperspectral imager in the advancing direction of a reciprocating cotton grabbing machine, and meanwhile, 4 cotton splitting plates, namely valves, controlled by high-speed electromagnets are arranged on a cotton grabbing channel. If the full-wave band hyperspectral imager finds that foreign fibers exist at a certain position of the cotton bale, the cotton separating plate at the corresponding position is quickly opened, and the small section of cotton containing the foreign fibers is sucked to the waste cotton sucking channel and collected. The greatest benefits of this scheme are: foreign fiber is removed at the source, and even foreign fiber detection and removal equipment does not need to be added in the blowing process.
