1. s2, axial cutting: cutting the prepared sealing ring from top to bottom through a cutting ring to form an inner ring body and an outer ring body;

s3, slotting: an annular telescopic groove is formed in the middle of the outer side of the inner ring body; then a plurality of pairs of annular bonding grooves corresponding in position are respectively formed on the upper ring surface and the lower ring surface on the inner side of the outer ring body and the outer side of the inner ring body;

s4, preparing a bonding material: adding polyurethane, epoxy resin and flax short fiber into water according to a ratio, and uniformly stirring and mixing to form a pasty bonding material;

s5, bonding and curing: filling brushing adhesive on the annular adhesive grooves on the inner side of the outer ring body and the outer side of the inner ring body; and then, the outer ring body is arranged on the peripheral outer side of the inner ring body, so that the bonding materials on the annular bonding grooves on the inner side of the outer ring body and the outer side of the inner ring body are butted, and then, the rubber sealing ring is heated and cured to form the rubber sealing ring.

Background

Most of sealing rings are made of soft materials such as rubber and the like, the sealing rings mainly provide sealing force by the elasticity of the materials to realize the sealing effect, the cross sections of the existing sealing rings are mostly in a standard circle shape or an oval shape, and the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the existing sealing rings are extruded to form inner and outer sealing surfaces, so the sealing rings with the structure are widely applied to various industries due to convenient manufacture and low cost; however, the above-described seal ring is likely to undergo aged deformation and deterioration in stretchability after long-term use, and further, the effect of the seal contact is degraded, resulting in deterioration of sealing performance.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention solves the problems that: the rubber sealing ring with good elastic flexibility and good sealing effect and the preparation method thereof are provided.

a rubber sealing ring comprises an inner ring body, an outer ring body and an adhesive layer; an annular telescopic groove is formed in the outer side of the middle of the inner side ring body; the outer ring body is arranged on the outer side of the periphery of the inner ring body; a plurality of annular bonding grooves are respectively formed in the upper and lower ring surfaces of the inner side of the outer ring body and the outer side of the inner ring body; the annular bonding grooves on the inner side of the outer ring body and the outer side of the inner ring body are respectively butted; the annular bonding groove is filled with a bonding layer; the inner ring body and the outer ring body comprise the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of nitrile rubber, 20-25 parts of acrylate rubber, 5-10 parts of alkyd resin, 2-5 parts of carbon black, 1-2 parts of anti-aging agent and 1-2 parts of sulfur; the adhesive layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of polyurethane, 10-20 parts of epoxy resin and 50-100 parts of flax short fiber.

A preparation method of a rubber sealing ring comprises the following steps:

Further, the depth of the annular expansion groove opened in the step S3 is 2/5 to 3/5 of the radial thickness of the inner ring body.

Further, the weight ratio of the total amount of the polyurethane, the epoxy resin and the flax short fibers in the step S4 to water is 4-3: 1.

Further, in the step S5, the heating time is 20 to 30min, and the heating temperature is 80 to 90 ℃.

The invention has the advantages of

The structure and the process of the traditional rubber sealing ring are changed, the rubber sealing ring is longitudinally split to form the inner side ring body and the outer side ring body, the annular telescopic grooves are formed in the middle of the outer side of the inner side ring body, so that the flexibility of the inner side ring body is better, the inner side ring body is extruded after the shaft is inserted into the inner side ring body, the inner side ring body is attached to the outer side of the periphery of the shaft, and the sealing effect is more durable.

In order to improve the bonding stability of the inner ring body and the outer ring body and consider that the bonding strength cannot be too high to influence the flexibility of the inner ring body, a mixed system of three components of polyurethane, epoxy resin and flax short fibers is selected as a bonding material, firstly, the polyurethane and the epoxy resin provide certain bonding strength to reach certain tear resistance strength, and meanwhile, the flax short fibers are distributed in the bonding material in a staggered mode and have a soft characteristic, so that a network system with a plurality of interlaced flax short fibers is formed after curing, so that the whole bonding material has certain flexibility while certain strength is ensured, the hard property of the bonding material is reduced, and the inner ring body has certain flexibility.
