Background

With the vigorous development of the rail technology in China, the design of various structures and use functions of the vehicle is more and more refined. Accordingly, the production quality and man-hours for various components are more and more demanding. The production or servicing of a component typically relies on the large component and the various parts associated with the large component. The assembly or maintenance is completed through a complicated process.

When production or maintenance is carried out, large parts are generally hoisted to a working line, and workers of the working line take relevant parts as auxiliary materials in advance from a warehouse to complete corresponding assembly or maintenance procedures.

In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds the following technical problems: since the operation line uses various types of large components alternately, parts corresponding to the various large components are stacked on site, so that field workers need to spend great efforts to select the corresponding parts, and various mismatching errors are easily generated. The parts need to be checked by a warehouse pipe and a material receiving person respectively, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are wasted.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides a part sorting method and system for rail transit, which aim to solve the technical problem that large components and parts are not matched on a construction site in the prior art.

The detection unit in the warehouse of the large part can identify the large part by using the image and determine the corresponding part through the bill of materials. And the corresponding storage equipment of the part storeroom can be utilized to realize the prompting function. The standard parts are integrated with the package of the large-scale part through a special prevention tool and are transported to a production line together, so that the waste of human resources and the error rate caused by manual acquisition can be reduced. And the situation of taking disorder on the operation line can not occur.
