本发明所采取的技术方案是：一种断节管旋转取出器，由弹性钢条，尖牙，六角头，螺杆，外套管和六角螺帽组成。弹性钢条为截面半弧的弹性钢直条，弹性钢条的一端表面设置多个尖牙，将4条弹性钢条的另一端与六角头的圆孔***连接成一体，形成有弹性可张开的外套管，六角头的中心为圆孔，圆孔内径比螺杆直径大一点，螺杆的一端形状为大斜头，大斜头大于螺杆，大斜头以内的螺杆设置螺牙，把带螺牙一端的螺杆穿过4条弹性钢条的外套管中，螺杆的螺牙露出的外套管的六角头外，然后将六角螺帽旋紧在螺杆的螺牙上，达到螺杆大斜头紧靠4条弹性钢条的外套管内即可。
