then adding the cement, the polyurethane prepolymer, the modified polymer latex, the coagulant and the mixed powder into a sand mill, adding a small amount of water, and continuously sanding for 30-50 minutes to obtain slurry;

the water adding amount is controlled to be 5-10%.
