To this end, in an embodiment of the present application, an adjusting rotating shaft 33 structure is provided, which facilitates adjustment, wherein the adjusting rotating shaft 33 includes a left rotating sleeve 331, a right rotating sleeve 332, a locking assembly and a button 333, one end of the inserting portion 31 is connected to the right rotating sleeve 332, and one end of the connecting portion 32 is connected to the right rotating sleeve 332; the two ends of the locking component are respectively inserted into the left rotating sleeve 331 and the right rotating sleeve 332, the left rotating sleeve 331 and the right rotating sleeve 332 can rotate relative to each other on the locking component, the button 333 is mounted on the right rotating sleeve 332, and the output end of the button 333 can drive the locking component to be unlocked so as to enable the left rotating sleeve 331 to rotate relative to the right rotating sleeve 332. The left-turn bush 331 and the right-turn bush 332 each have a hollow cylindrical structure, but the internal structures thereof are different from each other, and the present application will be described in detail below.

Referring to fig. 6, the locking assembly includes a spring 334, a gear 335 and a detent flange 336, the gear 335 is coaxially inserted into the left-turn sleeve 331, and the gear 335 can only slide in the axial direction of the left-turn sleeve 331 within the left-turn sleeve 331; in order to realize that the gear 335 can synchronously rotate with the left rotating sleeve 331 and can slide along the axial direction of the left rotating sleeve 331, a tooth socket 33c matched with teeth on the gear 335 is arranged on the inner wall of the left rotating sleeve 331. In addition, the spring 334 is arranged in the left rotating sleeve 331, and two ends of the spring are respectively connected with the bottom of the left rotating sleeve 331 and the side surface of the gear 335; the clamping flange 336 is clamped in one end, close to the left rotating sleeve 331, of the right rotating sleeve 332, and the spring 334 can press the gear 335 to be attached and abutted to the clamping flange 336; a locking bolt 337 is inserted into the left-turn sleeve 331, one end of the locking bolt 337 passes through the spring 334, the gear 335 and the clamping flange 336 in sequence, and the left-turn sleeve 331 and the right-turn sleeve 332 are locked by a locking nut; the button 333 is movably inserted into the other end of the right rotating sleeve 332, one end of the button 333 extends out of the right rotating sleeve 332, the other end of the button 333 movably penetrates through the clamping flange 336 and can press the gear 335 to slide in the left rotating sleeve 331 so as to drive the gear 335 to be separated from the clamping flange 336. It should be noted that, in the above embodiment, the connection between the left-turn sleeve 331 and the right-turn sleeve 332 is basically realized by the cooperation of the locking bolt 337 and the locking nut, so that the left-turn sleeve 331 and the right-turn sleeve 332 can maintain the fastened state. For this reason, the locking flange 336 needs to rotate synchronously with the right rotary sleeve 332 during use, or the locking flange and the right rotary sleeve 332 are of an integral structure, but considering the problem of structural installation in the right rotary sleeve 332, in one embodiment of the present application, the locking flange 336 is installed in the right rotary sleeve 332 by interference fit or screw fixation. This allows the detent flange 336 to rotate synchronously with the right turn sleeve 332 during use, while also providing a fixed base for the locking bolt 337. It should be noted that, for the convenience of installation, the lock nut and the locking flange 336 may be an integral structure in the present application.

In the above embodiment, the friction force between the gear 335 and the locking flange 336 can be used to lock the left rotating sleeve 331 and the right rotating sleeve 332 relative to each other, so as to realize the relative angle between the insertion portion 31 and the connecting portion 32. The relative locking of the left-turn sleeve 331 and the right-turn sleeve 332 can also be realized by the technical scheme that the gear 335 is clamped on the clamping flange 336. Of course, in practical use, in order to reduce the requirement for the spring 334 and the force of the user pressing the button 333, in one embodiment of the present application, the gear 335 has a ratchet 338 on the side near the detent flange 336, and the detent flange 336 has a ratchet groove 339 matching the ratchet 338. The ratchet 338 is matched with the ratchet groove 339, so that the contact area between the gear 335 and the clamping flange 336 is increased, and the ratchet groove 339 limits the ratchet 338, so that the left rotating sleeve 331 and the right rotating sleeve 332 are locked relatively.

Referring to fig. 7, in actual use, in order to press the button 333 against the gear 335 to force the gear 335 to separate from the retaining flange 336, in a preferred embodiment of the present application, the retaining flange 336 is provided with a plurality of through holes 33a, the button 333 is provided with a plurality of pressing tongues 33b matching with the through holes 33a, and the pressing tongues 33b pass through the through holes 33a and can abut against the side surfaces of the gear 335. In order to prevent the button 333 from being pulled out of the right-turn bushing 332, the top pressing tongue 33b is provided with a barb.

Referring to fig. 6, the entire locking assembly is simple to use, when the relative swing angle between the insertion portion 31 and the connection portion 32 needs to be adjusted, a user only needs to press the button 333, the button 333 is pressed against one side of the right rotating sleeve 332 and the left rotating sleeve 331, and then the pressing tongue 33b penetrates through the through hole 33a to abut against the side surface of the gear 335, so as to push the gear 335 to be separated from the retaining flange 336, at this time, the spring 334 is in a compressed state, and at this time, because there is no relative limitation between the gear 335 and the retaining flange 336, the right rotating sleeve 332 and the left rotating sleeve 331 can rotate relatively, and further, the included angle between the insertion portion 31 and the connection portion 32 can be adjusted according to requirements. When the included angle between the inserting part 31 and the connecting part 32 needs to be locked, a user only needs to loosen the pressed button 333, at this time, due to the fact that the acting force on the button 333 is removed, the spring 334 naturally resets, the jacking gear 335 is abutted and attached to the clamping flange 336, the right rotating sleeve 332 and the left rotating sleeve 331 are locked relatively by the limiting effect of the ratchet grooves 339 on the ratchet 338, and then the included angle between the inserting part 31 and the connecting part 32 is locked.

The multifunctional wheelchair headrest disclosed by the invention is convenient and reliable in a position adjusting and locking mode by utilizing the adjusting rotating shaft 33, can be randomly locked according to the requirements of patients, and is wide in application range.
