Background

The copper valve seat or the aluminum alloy valve seat after mechanical processing in a factory has some metal burrs and oil stains on the surface due to mechanical processing such as drilling or cutting, and if the deburring and oil stain cleaning are carried out by manual work, the labor intensity of workers is high, and the production efficiency is low. It is therefore desirable to design a polishing and degreasing apparatus for deburring these parts. Although the equipment adopting the ceramic ball polishing is available in the market at present, the equipment cost is higher, and the equipment cannot be used for a small-sized factory.
