The whitening and freckle-removing cosmetic composition containing the liposome is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.05-2% hyaluronic acid, 0-5% ascorbic acid and its analogues, 0.1-5% surfactant, 0.001-0.1% L-selenium-methylselenocysteine, and the rest is prepared with purified water and solvent.

Most of the existing whitening cosmetics are single and high-content chemically synthesized components, particularly some foreign brands of cosmetics basically take chemical components as cores, heavy metals such as mercury and lead are extremely easy to exceed standards, and although the cosmetics have certain effects on skin in a short period, the cosmetics are easy to cause dependence and have certain toxic and side effects, and can cause potential huge harm to human bodies after being used for a long time. Therefore, the compound whitening and freckle-removing product with low compounding content and chemical synthesis becomes the trend of cosmetic development.

Melanin is an amino acid derivative, which is found in the body of everyone, and 20 to 25 years old is the active phase of melanin precipitate formation. They are present in the middle of the cells of the basal layer of the skin, but are a substance called "melanogenic substance", also called "chromoplast". The melanoblast secretes Maillarine pigment, when ultraviolet rays irradiate on the skin, the skin is in a self-protection state, namely the skin cells are protected by stimulating the Maillarine pigment by the ultraviolet rays and activating the activity of tyrosinase. Dopa is in fact the precursor of melanin, which is oxidized by tyrosine to release melanin. Melanin (macula) is produced by various factors, mainly including visceral function factor, endocrine factor, drug factor, ultraviolet irradiation, mental stress factor, traumatic factor, dietary nutrition factor and inferior cosmetic factor. Wherein the poor cosmetic factor refers to accumulation caused by excessive heavy metal content when using poor cosmetics, and melanin increase and pigmentation caused by adding excessive limiting substances and forbidden substances. How to safely and effectively improve the melanin deposition of the skin is a difficult problem in the technical field of cosmetics.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a whitening and freckle-removing cosmetic composition containing liposome, which contains nano-scale hyaluronic acid, L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine and ascorbic acid components, and is easier to be absorbed and utilized by skin cells; l-selenium-methyl selenocysteine, ascorbic acid and hyaluronic acid are respectively embedded by an injection method to prepare corresponding liposomes, namely the L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine liposome, the ascorbic acid liposome agent and the hyaluronic acid liposome are respectively prepared, and then the L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine liposome, the ascorbic acid liposome agent and the hyaluronic acid liposome are uniformly mixed with other components, so that deep water supplement and nutrition supplement of skin can be effectively realized, color spots can be effectively desalted, the skin is more white, and skin pigment deposition and skin quality are improved; the addition of the L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine liposome obtained by embedding can help the absorption of selenium element and improve the immunity of the organism to a certain extent; the used composition formula does not contain any harmful chemical component, the quality of each formula component is strictly controlled, the medicinal component is used, the harmful substance is prevented from being mixed from the source, and the use is safer and healthier.

the whitening and freckle-removing cosmetic composition containing the liposome comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.05-2% hyaluronic acid, 0-5% ascorbic acid and its analogues, 0.1-5% surfactant, 0.001-0.1% L-selenium-methylselenocysteine, and the rest is prepared with purified water and solvent.

The whitening and freckle-removing cosmetic composition containing the liposome is characterized in that the solvent is glycerol, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol and fatty acid, and can be combined in any proportion, and the proportion is about 0-20%.

The application of the liposome-containing whitening and freckle-removing cosmetic composition is characterized in that the whitening and freckle-removing cosmetic composition is applied to external cosmetics such as essence, emulsion, lotion, cream, BB cream, shower gel, mask, foundation, eye cream, facial cleanser, sunscreen cream and the like.

According to the formula of the freckle-removing and whitening cosmetic composition in the technical scheme, the hyaluronic acid is an inherent component in a human body, is a glucan-aldehyde acid, has no species specificity, is widely present in tissues such as placenta, amniotic fluid, crystalline lens, articular cartilage, skin dermis and the like, is distributed in cytoplasm and intercellular substance in organs, and plays a role in lubricating and nourishing cells and cell organs contained in the organs; the hyaluronic acid-containing skin moisturizer is closely related to the skin moisture level and the hyaluronic acid content, and the hyaluronic acid content in the skin is reduced along with the increase of the age, so that the water retention function of the skin is weakened, and wrinkles are generated; the hyaluronic acid aqueous solution has strong viscoelasticity and lubricity, and can form a layer of moisturizing breathable film when being coated on the surface of skin to keep the skin moist and bright; the small molecular hyaluronic acid can permeate into the dermis to promote blood microcirculation, is beneficial to the absorption of skin to nutrient substances, and has the health-care effects of beautifying and resisting wrinkles.

The ascorbic acid, namely vitamin C, has the functions of antibody and collagen formation and tissue repair (including certain redox actions), and simultaneously has the functions of resisting oxidation, resisting free radicals and inhibiting the formation of tyrosinase, thereby achieving the effects of whitening and lightening spots.

The surfactants include four classes: (ii) anionic surfactant: fatty acid soap, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate, sodium cetyl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, soybean lecithin, etc.; cationic surfactant: primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary ammonium salts with predominantly higher alkyl radicals, e.g. octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, C12-C14Alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, dioctadecyl dimethyl sodium chloride, etc.; ③ amphoteric surfactant: including cocamidopropyl betaine, imidazoline, and the like; and (iv) nonionic surfactant: mainly comprises polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate (Tween-80), sorbitan monocinnamate, ethylene oxide adduct, polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, coconut diethanolamide, oleic acid monoglyceride, polyoxyethylene castor oil, polyoxyethylene lanolin, etc. The surfactant used in cosmetics is not only a single property but also various properties.

The glycerol is glycerol, and has the functions of moisturizing and moistening, and also has special effects of high activity, oxidation resistance, alcoholization promotion and the like.

The propylene glycol has good viscosity and hygroscopicity, and thus is widely used in the cosmetic industry.

The polyethylene glycol is a polymer of ethylene oxide hydrolysate, has no toxicity, no irritation, good water solubility, and good intermiscibility with many organic matter components. They are excellent in lubricity, moisture retention, dispersibility, adhesive, antistatic agent, softening agent and the like.

The L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine is an antioxidant nutritional supplement, can supplement trace element selenium, and can improve the immunity of the organism.

The design principle of the invention is as follows:

(1) the liposome is an artificial membrane, the hydrophilic head of phospholipid molecules in water is inserted into the water, the hydrophobic tail of the liposome extends to the air, and the liposome is stirred to form a spherical liposome with double-layer lipid molecules, wherein the diameter of the liposome is 1-1000 nm. The liposome consists of phospholipid and (or not) additive; the structure of the phospholipid is characterized by a hydrophilic group consisting of a phosphate group and a quaternary ammonium salt group, and a lipophilic group consisting of two longer hydrocarbon groups; cholesterol and phospholipids are the basic substances that together constitute cell membranes and liposomes. Cholesterol has the effect of regulating membrane fluidity and may be referred to as a liposomal "fluidity buffer". The liposome has targeting property and slow release property, can reduce toxicity of encapsulated substances, and can improve stability of the encapsulated substances.

(2) Hyaluronic acid is encapsulated by an injection method to prepare the hyaluronic acid liposome agent, the obtained hyaluronic acid liposome is nano-scale, the hyaluronic acid liposome is easier to absorb by skin, and deep water supplement and nutrition supplement of the skin can be effectively realized.

(3) The ascorbic acid is encapsulated by an injection method to prepare the ascorbic acid liposome agent, and the obtained ascorbic acid liposome agent is nano-scale, can reduce the oxidation of the ascorbic acid, enables the ascorbic acid to act on skin cells more, achieves the purposes of slow release, improves skin darkness and lightens color spots.

(4) Because the L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine has garlic flavor and causes uncomfortable smell when being directly used, the L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine is encapsulated and prepared into the L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine liposome by a mechanical method, and the taste masking effect on the smell of the L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine can be realized; the L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine is an antioxidant, is a nutritional supplement approved by the State administration of market supervision and management, can supplement trace element selenium, is prepared into L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine liposome, is easier to be absorbed by skin cells, thereby achieving the purpose of resisting oxidation and improving the color spots and dark conditions of the skin caused by oxidation; the trace selenium element can also improve the immunity of the organism to a certain extent.

(5) The quality of each component in the formula of the whitening and freckle-removing cosmetic is strictly controlled, and the components with medicinal grade are used, so that harmful substances are prevented from being mixed from the source, and the whitening and freckle-removing cosmetic is healthier and more relieved to use.

The above injection method includes ethanol injection method and ether injection method. The invention adopts an ethanol injection method, wherein the ethanol injection method is to dissolve membrane materials such as phospholipid and cholesterol in ethanol, slowly drop the membrane materials into an aqueous medium containing or not containing core materials at 55-65 ℃ under stirring, evaporate ethanol, and continue stirring for 1-2 hours to form the liposome. The key of the success or failure of the injection method for preparing the liposome is to ensure that the phospholipid and the cholesterol are completely dissolved, and then the experimental conditions such as temperature, stirring speed, stirring time and the like are well controlled.

The liposome is physically mixed, and placed at 50 ℃ for 3 months without coagulation and precipitation phenomena, the purity of the L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine is unchanged, the purity of the ascorbic acid and analogues thereof is unchanged, and no obvious smell of the L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine exists.

Detailed Description

Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to specific examples, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the examples are only for illustrating the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.

Example 1

Preparation of Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS): disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na) was weighed2HPO4·12H2O)0.37g and sodium dihydrogen phosphate (NaH)2PO4·2H2O)2.0g, adding a proper amount of purified water, dissolving and diluting to 1000mL (pH about 5.7).

Preparing a phospholipid membrane: weighing 400mg of lecithin and 80mg of cholesterol, placing the lecithin and the cholesterol into a 100mL flask, adding absolute ethyl alcohol to dissolve the lecithin and the cholesterol, placing the flask into a water bath at the temperature of 60-65 ℃, rotating on a rotary evaporator and reducing pressure to remove an organic solvent, so that an ethanol solution of the phospholipid forms a film on the wall, and reducing pressure to remove the ethanol to prepare the phospholipid film.

(1) Preparation of ascorbic acid liposome

Adding 40mL of PBS containing 160mg of ascorbic acid and 320mg of Tween-80, and carrying out rotary membrane washing for 30 minutes under the reduced pressure condition to form milky white suspension; transferring the milky white suspension into a brown volumetric flask, and performing ultrasonic treatment to form uniform ascorbic acid white liposome emulsion. The liposome particle size was measured to be 132 nm.

(2) Preparation of hyaluronic acid liposome

Adding 40mL of PBS containing 150mg of hyaluronic acid and 300mg of Tween-80, and carrying out rotary membrane washing for 30 minutes under the reduced pressure condition to form milky white suspension; transferring the milky white suspension into a brown volumetric flask, and performing ultrasonic treatment to form uniform hyaluronic acid white liposome emulsion. The liposome particle size was measured to be 156 nm.

(3) Preparation of L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine liposome

Adding 50mL of PBS containing 50mg of L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine and 250mg of Tween-80, and carrying out rotary membrane washing for 30 minutes under the reduced pressure condition to form milky white suspension; transferring the milky white suspension into a brown volumetric flask, and performing ultrasonic treatment to form uniform L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine white liposome emulsion. The liposome particle size was measured to be 127 nm.

Hyaluronic acid liposome (1.5 percent of hyaluronic acid is converted into the total formula), ascorbic acid liposome (1 percent of ascorbic acid is converted into the total formula) and L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine liposome (0.05 percent of L-selenium-methyl selenocysteine is converted into the total formula), then 1 percent of Tween-80 is added, and the rest is mixed and homogenized by using purified water to prepare the freckle removing and whitening cosmetic.

Example 2 skin application Effect test

Mixing 1.5% hyaluronic acid, 1% ascorbic acid, 0.05% L-selenium-methylselenocysteine, 1% tween-80, and purified water to obtain emulsion. The volunteer uses the emulsion prepared in the example 1 to compare with the directly mixed emulsion for trial use, the trial time is 1 month, and after the emulsion containing liposome is continuously used for 1 month, the freckle removing effect is obviously better than that of the emulsion product simply mixed by materials. The trial results are shown in fig. 1 to 4.
