Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to a fuel filler opening structure of a vehicle, and more particularly, to a fuel filler opening structure provided with a filler neck seal between an oil feed tank and an inner panel of a vehicle body.
Background
Conventionally, a fuel filler port structure for filling fuel into a vehicle has been known (for example, refer to japanese utility model application laid-open No. 6-74452).
An example of a conventional fuel fill port structure is described with reference to fig. 5. Fig. 5 is a sectional view showing a conventional fuel filling port structure. In fig. 5, the Out direction indicates the vehicle width direction outer side, and the Up direction indicates the vehicle Up-down direction upper side. Hereinafter, the vehicle width direction outer side is referred to as "outer side" and the vehicle width direction inner side is referred to as "inner side".

As described above, the oil inlet seal is embedded in the tank opening of the oil feed tank. Therefore, the size (inner diameter) of the tank opening needs to match the outer diameter of the barrel portion of the oil inlet seal.
However, when the fuel inlet tank is increased in size, the cover is also increased in size, which may increase the cost and weight of the vehicle or reduce the design of the vehicle. Further, when the size of the oil inlet tank becomes large, the outer panel opening must also be made large, and there is a possibility that the strength of the vehicle may be reduced. That is, it is preferable to make the size of the oil feed tank small.
Further, when the tank opening is large, the inlet tank itself needs to be large in accordance with this. Therefore, in order to prevent the oil feed tank from becoming large, it is desirable to reduce the tank opening as much as possible.
An object of the present disclosure is to reduce a tank opening of an oil feed tank in a fuel fill port structure of a vehicle.
Disclosure of Invention
The fuel fill port structure for a vehicle according to the present disclosure is characterized by comprising: an oil inlet tank having a tank opening; an inner panel disposed on a vehicle inner side of the oil inlet tank; an inlet port seal having a cylindrical portion inserted into the tank opening from a vehicle outer side and arranged between the oil inlet tank and the inner panel, a groove extending in a circumferential direction being formed at a part of an entire circumference at an outer side end portion of an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion.
In the fuel inlet tank, the inner diameter of the tank opening of the fuel inlet tank needs to be matched with the outer diameter of the cylindrical portion of the inlet packing, particularly the outer diameter of the outer end of the cylindrical portion. Thus, the inner diameter of the tank opening of the oil inlet tank can be reduced.
Further, it is preferable that the fuel filling port structure according to the present disclosure further includes a container that receives hydrogen as the fuel and is inserted into the inner panel opening and the inlet packing provided in the inner panel.
Effects of the invention
According to the fuel fill port structure of the present disclosure, the tank opening of the inlet tank can be reduced in the fuel fill port structure of the vehicle.

Detailed Description
The fuel fill port structure of the vehicle according to the present embodiment will be described below. The fuel filler opening structure according to the present embodiment is different in shape from the conventional fuel filler opening structure shown in fig. 5. The other portions are the same as the conventional fuel filling port structure.
That is, the fuel filling port structure according to the present embodiment is configured to include: an oil inlet tank which is box-shaped, has a tank opening at a bottom, and is inserted into an outer panel opening of an outer panel with the bottom facing inward; an inner panel disposed inside the outer panel and the oil inlet tank; and an inlet seal inserted into the tank opening from the outside and disposed between the oil inlet tank and the inner panel. The fuel filling port structure according to the present embodiment is a filling port structure for filling hydrogen as fuel into a vehicle.

The fuel filling port structure according to the present embodiment is configured to include a container 50 that receives hydrogen as fuel. The container 50 is inserted into the inner panel opening 42a of the inner panel 42 and the through hole 18 of the inlet neck seal 10 (the tube portion 12), and its outer tip end is located inside the oil feed tank 40.
In the case where the fuel is hydrogen, if water adheres to the outer surface of the inlet seal 10 and a hydrogen filling gun is mounted in the container 50, the adhered water may be frozen by the low-temperature hydrogen, and the hydrogen filling gun may be stuck and cannot be removed. According to the present embodiment, since the area of the outer side surface of the inlet port seal 10 is reduced, the amount of water adhering to the outer side surface is reduced, and the sticking of the hydrogen filling gun due to the freezing of water can be suppressed.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the size of the tank opening 40a can be reduced by the amount corresponding to the protruding portion 40b by providing the
Although the embodiments according to the present disclosure have been described above, the present disclosure is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present disclosure.
