3. The rail clamp according to claim 2, characterized in that the first plate body (202) and the rail clamp cross plate (1) are hinged by a hinge (6).

4. The rail clamp according to claim 2, characterized in that said first rolling means (3) are assembled to said support plate body (201);

the first rolling mechanism (3) comprises a first rolling member;

the first rolling member is assembled with the supporting plate body (201) through a shaft mounting plate group;

one side of the lower shaft plate (303) is outwards convexly provided with a lower shaft plate boss (30301), and the lower shaft plate boss (30301) is embedded into the lower shaft plate mounting groove (20103) to be assembled with the support plate body (201).

the two rail clamping device supporting plates (2) are connected through a transverse shaft component (5);

the transverse shaft assembly (5) is provided with a deep groove ball bearing (7) capable of sliding with the upper surface of the track (10).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of railway maintenance, in particular to a rail clamping device for a railway maintenance vehicle.

Background

The railway maintenance vehicle needs to be used during railway maintenance, the railway maintenance vehicle usually runs on a track in a sliding connection mode, the railway maintenance vehicle in the prior art is directly assembled on the track through a pulley in sliding connection with the track, however, the railway maintenance vehicle is prone to toppling over when the railway maintenance vehicle is at a certain height away from the ground during operation, and meanwhile, the toppling over and friction degree of the track is met along with the fact that the weight borne by the railway maintenance vehicle is heavier, so that the railway maintenance vehicle in the prior art needs to be assembled on the track in a more complicated mode.

Based on the above technical problems, a need exists in the art for a structure suitable for connecting a railway maintenance car and a rail to improve the service condition of the railway maintenance car.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a novel rail clamping device structure which is used for connecting a railway maintenance car and a rail, can prevent the railway maintenance car from toppling and turning over, and can be conveniently disassembled and assembled with the rail.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

the rail clamping device of the present invention is assembled to a rail, and includes:

the number of the rail clamping device supporting plates is two, and the two rail clamping device supporting plates are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the rail to form a rail embedding space;
