(1) according to the fireproof and dustproof device for the polishing trolley, which is described in the specific embodiment of the invention, the top cover plate and the side baffle as well as the end baffle and the side baffle are respectively of a detachable connection structure, so that compared with a door plate structure in rigid connection, when the internal structure of the polishing trolley needs to be maintained, the side baffle can be directly detached conveniently, the side space is prevented from being shielded by the baffle, and a larger maintenance operation space is reserved for maintenance personnel;

(2) according to the fireproof and dustproof device for the polishing trolley, which is described in the specific embodiment of the invention, a closed structure combining hanging connection and a bolt is adopted, so that the sealing performance of the structure of the steel rail polishing trolley is improved, the overflow of dust in the polishing process can be effectively reduced, and the polishing dust can be more effectively collected into a dust collecting device, so that the damage of dust to operating personnel, the pollution to the environment and the damage to equipment are reduced;

(3) according to the fireproof and dustproof device for the polishing trolley, which is described in the specific embodiment of the invention, the heat dissipation groove is additionally arranged on the side baffle plate, so that the internal heat dissipation condition of the polishing trolley during operation is improved, the internal part of the polishing trolley is subjected to air cooling heat dissipation through natural wind in the operation traveling process, and the damage to a polishing unit and other parts caused by overhigh internal temperature of the polishing trolley is effectively avoided;

(4) the fireproof and dustproof device for the polishing trolley described in the specific embodiment of the invention adopts a stepless air adjusting structure consisting of a side baffle heat dissipation device, a handle and a movable limiting groove (namely a guide installation part), and the size of an opening of the heat dissipation groove is changed through the handle, so that the convection heat dissipation efficiency of the polishing trolley is changed; the size of the opening of the heat dissipation groove is adjusted in real time according to actual working conditions and requirements, so that the heat dissipation performance is ensured, meanwhile, the dust overflow can be reduced, and the dust collection effect of the polishing trolley is not influenced;

(5) according to the fireproof and dustproof device for the polishing trolley, which is described in the specific embodiment of the invention, the plate structures and the fireproof curtains at all parts can effectively prevent sparks and high-temperature scrap iron from splashing outwards to hurt other facilities beside a steel rail or ignite substances around the rail to cause fire, the main body structures are made of aluminum materials, and the lightweight design of a fireproof and dustproof system is effectively realized.
