Background

The car washing process comprises the steps of pre-washing, pre-foaming (washing liquid) covering, foam washing, liquid waxing, wind (drying) and the like, the most existing car washing technology is that a row of fan-shaped nozzles are sprayed to cover a certain length, then the whole car is washed by automatically moving a nozzle group, however, the hitting force and the width of the fan-shaped nozzles are paradox when the fan-shaped nozzles are sprayed, the fan-shaped spraying angle is small, the hitting force is large when the distance is close to the hitting force, but the width is small, and the angle or the distance must be increased when the width is increased; the spraying distance is not uniform, the car body is not a perfect cube, the spraying distance at a plurality of positions is too far to influence the cleaning effect, the cleaning effect is poor, and the working efficiency is low; the existing product is not designed sufficiently, all vehicle bodies cannot be cleaned effectively, and the final cleaning effect is insufficient; the installation is difficult, and the later maintenance and operation costs are high; the energy utilization rate of the working process is low, and the cleaning cost is too high.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a non-contact car washer, which adopts a rocker arm taking a point as a rotation center to perform reciprocating motion in cooperation with a horizontally moving portal frame, and simultaneously finishes the cleaning of the whole car through a rotating nozzle arranged on the rocker arm and a planetary rotating nozzle arranged on the portal frame.

The non-contact car washer is characterized in that the inner walls of two sides of the portal frame are respectively provided with the planetary rotating nozzles, the inner wall of the rocker arm is provided with a plurality of rotating nozzles, drivers are respectively arranged in the planetary rotating nozzles and the rotating nozzles, and the control device is connected with the drivers in a control mode.

The non-contact car washer is characterized in that a speed reducer connected with the planetary rotating nozzle is arranged inside the portal frame, a motor is connected to one end, deviating from the planetary rotating nozzle, of the speed reducer, and the control device is connected with the motor in a control mode.

The non-contact car washer is characterized in that a buffer tank connected with the water return pipe is arranged between the filter tank and the second water tank, a filter layer is arranged inside the filter tank, and a drain pipe is arranged at the bottom of the filter tank.

The invention provides a non-contact car washer, aiming at adopting a rocker arm taking a point as a rotation center to carry out reciprocating movement in cooperation with a horizontally moving portal frame, simultaneously completing the washing of the whole car through a rotary spray head arranged on the rocker arm and a planetary rotary spray head arranged on the portal frame, collecting and filtering sewage for repeated use while washing, effectively saving water resources, improving the efficiency of the whole washing, realizing automatic control in the whole process, avoiding manual operation, having simple structure and being convenient to use.

As shown in figure 1, a non-contact car washer comprises a control device 101 and a car washer body, wherein the control device 101 is in control connection with the car washer body, the car washer body comprises a cleaning device, a water supply device, a portal frame 102 and a guide rail set, the guide rail set comprises two moving guide rails 103 which are fixed on the ground in parallel, a moving wheel 104 matched with the moving guide rails 103 is arranged at the bottom of the portal frame 102, the cleaning device comprises a rotary spray head 105 and a rocker arm 106 which are respectively connected with the inner wall of the portal frame 102, the upper part of the rocker arm 106 is connected with a rotary spray head 107, the rotary spray head 105 and the rotary spray head 107 are both connected with the water supply device, the water supply device comprises a wastewater collection box 108, a water supply box 109, a first water tank 110, a second water tank 111 and a pump set 112 which are arranged inside the water supply box 109, the wastewater collection box 108 is arranged at the lower, a filter tank 114 is connected to the water return pipe 113, a water inlet pipe 116 is connected to the first water tank 110 and the second water tank 111, a water delivery pipe 117 connected to the rotary spray nozzle 105 is arranged on the first water tank 110, water delivery branch pipes 118 connected to the water delivery pipe 117 are arranged on the second water tank 111 and the rotary spray nozzle 107, and the pump unit 112 is connected to the water delivery pipe 117;

According to the contactless car washing machine provided by the embodiment, a buffer tank 115 connected with a water return pipe 113 is arranged between a filter tank 114 and a second water tank 111, a filter layer 120 is arranged inside the filter tank 114, and a sewage discharge pipe 121 is arranged at the bottom of the filter tank 114.

In the non-contact car washing machine provided by the embodiment, the water conveying pipe 117 and the water conveying branch pipe 118 are connected through the ball valve 122, the control device 101 controls the ball valve 122 to be connected, and the water in the first water tank 110 or the water in the second water tank 111 can be selectively used or can be simultaneously used by controlling the connection of the ball valve 122.

In the contactless car washer according to this embodiment, the water supply tank 109 is provided with a cleaning medium storage tank 119 connected to the water pipe 117.

The specific working process of contactless car washer that this embodiment provided is as follows: when the automobile stops at a designated position, the control device 101 starts a switch to work, after a system signal is received, the whole portal frame 102 is driven by the moving wheel 104 to do reciprocating motion on the moving guide rail 103, meanwhile, the rotating nozzle 105 is driven by the portal frame 102 to do reciprocating motion and autorotation, at the moment, water flow is accelerated by the pump set 112 to be transmitted to the rotating nozzle 105 and the rotating nozzle 107 to be sprayed out to clean the automobile, meanwhile, the rocker arm 106 drives the rotating nozzle 107 to move by taking a point as a rotating center to clean the head, the roof and the tail of the automobile, the height of the rotating nozzle 107 and the upper surface of the automobile is always kept consistent, the whole non-contact automobile washing process comprises the steps of pre-washing, pre-foam (washing liquid) covering, foam cleaning, liquid waxing and the like, and a cleaning medium is transmitted to the rotating nozzle 105 and the rotating nozzle 107 to be sprayed out to cover the cleaning medium by the cleaning, and the vehicle can be quickly cleaned by cleaning with clean water, and the planetary rotating nozzle 105 and the rotating nozzle 107 cannot directly contact with the vehicle body in the cleaning process, so that the vehicle body is prevented from being damaged.

In conclusion, the non-contact car washer provided by the invention has the advantages that the rocker arm taking a point as a rotation center is matched with the horizontally moving portal frame to perform reciprocating movement, meanwhile, the whole car is cleaned through the rotary spray head arranged on the rocker arm and the planetary rotary spray head arranged on the portal frame, sewage is collected and filtered for repeated use while washing, water resources are effectively saved, the whole cleaning efficiency is improved, the whole process is automatically controlled, manual operation is not needed, the structure is simple, and the use is convenient.
