Background

Due to the environmental protection pressure, the irreproducibility of the stone and the very expensive price of the rare natural stone, the marble tile is favored by consumers as the best substitute, but the current mode of adopting the ink-jet printing metal ink (in-glaze color) is not vivid and stereoscopic all the time, the texture of the natural stone cannot be reflected, and especially, certain differences still exist in the imitation of the detailed texture and the stereoscopic special effect of some marble stones with golden textures. The invention adopts a digital glue dry grain machine to spray glue and distribute golden dry grains and applies full-polished glaze, thereby being capable of well imitating the golden texture three-dimensional effect of natural stone.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the marble ceramic tile with the golden texture and the digital three-dimensional effect and the preparation method thereof, so that the marble ceramic tile with the golden detailed texture and the three-dimensional effect can be obtained, and natural rare stone can be more realistically reduced.

Detailed Description

The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are to be understood as merely illustrative and not restrictive. Unless otherwise specified, each percentage means a mass percentage.

The following describes an exemplary method for preparing the marble ceramic tile with the digital stereoscopic effect and the golden texture with reference to fig. 1.

Firstly, pressing and forming green body powder to form a green brick. The green brick can be formed by dry pressing using a press. The composition of the green body powder is not limited, and the conventional ceramic tile green body powder in the field can be adopted. For example, the chemical composition of the green body powder comprises, in mass percent, SiO2:60.0~70.0%、Al2O3:19.0~25.0%、Fe2O3:0.5~1.5%、TiO2:0.2~0.5%、CaO:0.2~0.8%、MgO:0.3~0.8%、K2O:2.0~4.0%、Na2O: 1.5-3.5%, loss on ignition: 4.0 to 6.0 percent.

And drying the green brick. The drying time can be 1-1.5 h. And controlling the moisture of the dried green brick to be 0.3-0.5 wt%.

The application amount of the glue patterns and the golden dry particles can be adjusted according to the actual effect of the layout design. If the gray level of the glue pattern is less than 20%, the glue is not firm in fixation of dry particles, the phenomenon that the dry particles to be fixed are taken away easily occurs, in addition, the dry particles with a small amount of glue adhered to the surface can enter a circulating system of a dry particle machine, the dry particle mobility is easy to deteriorate along with the lapse of time, and the phenomenon of uneven blanking occurs. In some embodiments, the desired portions of the pattern are selected in advance, depending on the pattern design, and the glue forms a glue pattern on the tile face by printing the glue with a digital glue jet. And the state of the spray head can be conveniently observed by adding pigment into the glue.

And golden dry particles are distributed on the surface of the green brick after the glue is distributed. For example, golden dry granules are distributed on the surface of a green brick by a digital glue dry granule machine, and the dry granules which are not adhered and fixed by the glue are pumped away and recycled by an exhaust fan. The reason is that the glue can form a film prematurely in the drying process, so that the blank body is prevented from draining water, and when the water vapor of the blank body is too much, the film can be broken to cause the phenomenon of stripping. If the gray level of the double-channel glue is lower than 45%, the amount of the adhered golden dry particles is small, so that part of the golden dry particles are not firmly adhered to enter a circulating system of the glue dry particle machine, and the part of the golden dry particles adhered with a small amount of glue is easy to cause the poor flowability of the dry particles along with the time, so that the condition of uneven blanking is caused.

The chemical composition of the golden dry particles can comprise: by mass percent, SiO2:33.0~36.0%、Al2O3:12.0~15.0%、Fe2O3:15.0~20.0%、TiO2:0.15~1.50%、CaO:2.0~4.0%、MgO:0.1~0.5%、K2O:0.3~1.0%、Na2O:5.0~10.0%、P2O5:16.0~22.0%、ZnO:1.0~2.0%、Cr2O3: 0.50-1.50%, loss on ignition: 0.1 to 0.3 percent.

The golden dry granules comprise the following raw materials: 45-50% of albite, 30-35% of iron phosphate, 5-10% of calcium phosphate, 3-10% of silicon tripolyphosphate, 5-10% of kaolin, 1-2% of zinc oxide, 1-3% of ferrochrome brown and 1-3% of ferrotitanium yellow in percentage by mass. In the formula, iron chromium brown and ferrotitanium yellow are introduced as seed crystals, and zinc oxide plays roles in crystallization assistance and fluxing, so that a golden effect is realized.

In some embodiments, the method of preparing the gold-colored dry granules comprises: weighing the raw materials according to the formula ratio, putting the raw materials into a mixer, uniformly mixing, adding the uniformly mixed raw materials into a smelting furnace, melting the raw materials into liquid at a high temperature of 1500-1600 ℃, vertically flowing into water at a temperature of 20-70 ℃, and quenching to form a fusion cake. And (4) after the water content of the fusion cake is filtered, putting the fusion cake into a roll crusher for crushing and screening to obtain the golden dry particles with the required particle size distribution.
