Detailed Description

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that the advantages and features of the present invention can be more easily understood by those skilled in the art, and the scope of the present invention will be more clearly and clearly defined.

As shown in fig. 1 to 14, the fishing reel 1 with hydraulic brake structure comprises a main housing 2 and a sub-housing 3.

A wire cup cavity 21 is arranged in the main shell 2, and a pair of fixing studs 22 is arranged on the outer side end surface of the wire cup cavity 21.

The sub-housing 3 is detachably connected to the main housing 2, a circular adjusting circular hole 31 is formed in the sub-housing 3, a plurality of concave positioning grooves 32 are circumferentially formed in the inner wall of the adjusting circular hole 31, and a plurality of positioning marks 33 are formed on the outer side of the adjusting circular hole 31.

The adjusting assembly 6 comprises an adjusting disc 61, a C-shaped positioning spring 62, a C-shaped locking collar 63 and a locking spring 64, wherein the adjusting disc 61 comprises a circular adjusting base disc 611, a rotating cross bar 610 is arranged on the outer surface of the adjusting base disc 611, an adjusting pivot 612 is arranged at the center of the adjusting base disc 611, a pair of arc-shaped adjusting latches 613 is arranged on the adjusting base disc 611, a pair of positioning latches 614 and a plurality of outward-protruding sheet-shaped locking lugs 615 are arranged on the outer side of the adjusting base disc 611, a protruding spring protrusion 621 is arranged at the middle part of the positioning spring 62, the spring protrusion 621 protrudes between the positioning latches 614, the locking collar 63 fixes the positioning spring 62 on the adjusting disc 61 through the locking lugs 615, and the adjusting pivot 612 penetrates through the locking spring 64.

A detachable thread cup 4 is arranged in the thread cup cavity 21. The line cup 4 comprises a cup body 41, a line cup spindle 42 is arranged at the center of the cup body 41, and a hexagonal prism-shaped spindle outer plug 43 is arranged at the outer end of the line cup spindle 42.

A detachable handle 5 is provided on the main housing 2, and the handle 5 drives the thread cup 4.

A removable transmission cover 7 is provided on the outside of the main housing 2. The transmission cover 7 includes a disc-shaped cover 71, the center of the cover 71 is provided with a cover hole 72 and a circular counter bore 73, the periphery of the counter bore 73 is provided with a plurality of cover screw holes 711, the periphery of the cover 71 is provided with a pair of fixing flanges 74, the fixing flanges 74 are respectively provided with a flange through hole 741, the cover hole 72 is internally provided with a cover bearing 75, the center of the cover bearing 75 is provided with a tubular transmission sleeve 76, the center of the transmission sleeve 76 is provided with a hexagonal through sleeve through hole 761, the sleeve through hole 761 is matched with the spindle outer plug 43, and the flange through hole 741 is connected with the fixing stud 22 through a first screw 8.

A brake component M is arranged on the outer side of the transmission cover 7. The brake assembly M includes an inner housing 10 and an outer housing 11, a telescopic cover 12 is disposed between the inner housing 10 and the outer housing 11, the telescopic cover 12 is filled with liquid oil 100, an inner impeller 13 is disposed in the inner housing 10, an outer impeller 14 is disposed in the outer housing 11, and the inner impeller 13 and the outer impeller 14 are both disposed inside the telescopic cover 12.

The inner shell 10, the outer shell 11, and the telescopic cover 12 may be made of a polymer material, and both ends of the telescopic cover 12 are connected to the inner shell 10 and the outer shell 11 by an ultrasonic welding process.

The inner housing 10 includes a drum-shaped inner housing body 101, an annular inner adjusting ring 102 is disposed outside the inner housing body 101, an inner adjusting thread 1021 is disposed on an inner wall of the inner adjusting ring 102, an inner housing axial hole 103 is disposed at a center of the inner housing body 101, an annular inner housing flange 104 is disposed on an outer wall of the inner housing body 101, a plurality of inner housing connecting holes 105 are disposed on the inner housing flange 104, and the inner housing connecting holes 105 and the cover screw holes 711 are connected by a plurality of second screws 9.

The outer housing 11 includes a drum-shaped outer housing body 111, an annular outer adjusting ring 112 is disposed inside the outer housing body 111, an outer adjusting thread 1121 is disposed on an outer wall of the outer adjusting ring 112, an outer housing shaft hole 113 is disposed in the center of the outer housing body 111, and a plurality of arc-shaped driving arc pieces 114 are disposed on the top outside the outer housing body 111. The driving arc piece 114 is engaged with the adjusting block 613, and further, the adjusting block 613 is clamped between the gaps of the driving arc piece 114.

The center of the inner impeller 13 is provided with an inner wheel through hole 131, and the center of the outer impeller 14 is provided with an outer wheel through hole 141. A cylindrical inner rotary shaft 15 penetrates the inner housing shaft hole 103 and the inner wheel through hole 131, and a hexagonal prism-shaped inner rotary joint 151 is arranged at the inner end of the inner rotary shaft 15. The inner rotary joint 151 is fitted to the sleeve through hole 761. A cylindrical outer shaft 16 penetrates the housing shaft hole 113 and the outer wheel through hole 141.

It should be noted that the inner rotating shaft 15 and the outer rotating shaft 16 are rotatably connected by a bearing and an oil seal.

The following describes a use of the fishing reel 1 with the hydraulic brake structure.

When the user throws the lure out of the lure, the lure flies out at a high speed and drives the line cup 4 to rotate at a high speed. With the spindle outer plug 43 of the thread cup 4 engaged with the sleeve through hole 761, the drive sleeve 76 starts to rotate. At the same time, the inner impeller 13 starts to rotate by the cooperation of the sleeve through hole 761 and the inner rotary joint 151. When the inner impeller 13 rotates, the liquid oil 100 filled in the telescopic hood 12 is agitated, and thus, the outer impeller 14 starts to rotate. Accordingly, the rotation speed of the inner impeller 13 starts to decrease, and the excessively high rotation speed of the thread cup 4 is suppressed, thereby realizing deceleration and braking and preventing thread breakage.

When the user needs to adjust the braking force of the fishing reel, the rotating cross bar 610 on the adjusting disc 61 is rotated, and then the adjusting disc 61 starts to rotate. By the engagement of the adjusting block 613 and the driving arc 114, the outer shell 11 of the brake assembly M starts to rotate. By the engagement of the outer adjustment thread 1121 of the outer housing 11 with the inner adjustment thread 1021 of the inner housing 10, the outer housing 11 then starts to move towards the inner housing 10, during which the telescopic cover 12 between the inner housing 10 and the outer housing 11 is continuously twisted and compressed. When the outer housing 11 is moved to the maximum, the distance between the inner housing 10 and the outer housing 11 is minimized, and the compression amount of the telescopic cover 12 is maximized, as shown in fig. 16 to 18. The braking force of the fishing reel can be accurately adjusted by adjusting the distance between the inner impeller 13 and the outer impeller 14.

This take hydraulic brake structure's fishing vessel adopts modular structure, easily installation and maintenance.

A second embodiment of the fishing reel with the hydraulic brake structure is described below. In contrast to the first embodiment, a fine adjustment structure is provided on the brake assembly MA.

As shown in fig. 19 to 25, a recessed adjusting circular groove 1131 is formed on an outer side end surface of the outer shell 11A of the brake assembly MA, a fine adjustment external thread 1132 is formed on an inner wall of the adjusting circular groove 1131, and a detachable damping adjuster 17 is disposed in the adjusting circular groove 1131.

The damper regulator 17 includes a disc-shaped damper regulator disk 17 and a damper spring holder 172, and the damper spring holder 172 is detachably connected to the damper regulator disk 17.

A handle cross bar 1710 is arranged on the outer side end face of the damping adjusting disk 17, a fine adjustment internal thread 171 is arranged on the side wall of the damping adjusting disk 17, the fine adjustment internal thread 171 is matched with the fine adjustment external thread 1132, a circular installation round slot 1711 is arranged on the inner side end face of the damping adjusting disk 17, four installation bayonets 1712 are arranged on the side wall of the installation round slot 1711, the damping spring frame 172 comprises a conical spring cone 1721, a raised top head 1722 is arranged at the top of the spring cone 1721, the top head 1722 props against the outer side end face of the outer rotating shaft 16, four installation clamping pieces 1723 are arranged at the bottom of the spring cone 1721, and the installation clamping pieces 1723 are clamped into the corresponding installation bayonets 1712.

The method of use of the second embodiment of the fishing vessel is described below.

When the user rotates the damping adjusting disk 17 along the pointer, the damping adjusting disk 17 presses the damping spring frame 172 by the cooperation of the fine adjustment internal thread 171 and the fine adjustment external thread 1132, so that the top 1722 of the damping spring frame 172 further abuts against the outer end surface of the outer shaft 16, thereby improving the rotational damping of the outer impeller 14. Conversely, if the user rotates the damping adjustment disk 17 counterclockwise, the rotational damping of the outer impeller 14 is reduced. The fine adjustment structure may be a complementary adjustment to the first embodiment, but of course, the fine adjustment structure may also be used independently as an adjustment structure.
