1. the wiring terminal in the testing device is directly connected with the testing wire, and the wiring terminal which is electrified is exposed when not tested, so that a worker is very easy to be injured by electricity when operating the testing device, and the testing device has very large potential safety hazard;

2. the grounding part of the testing device adopts the springback pointer, only the end face of the springback pointer is attached to the grounding area of the wiring board during testing, the contact area is small, the grounding conduction performance is poor, and the situation of instant sparking during power-on is easy to occur in the testing process, so that controller components on the wiring board are damaged;

3. after the testing device is adsorbed and stabilized by utilizing the own magnetic property of the magnet, the grounding area of the whole machine for testing is enlarged by utilizing the electrification conductivity of the magnet, the condition that the testing device is electrified and instantly ignited is avoided, and components on a wiring board are protected.

Detailed Description

The quick connection testing device provided by the invention is suitable for the power-on test of various electrical appliances, the electrical appliances are various, the tested electrical appliance is taken as an air conditioner as an example in the following, the air conditioner is provided with a wiring board, the wiring board is provided with a wiring terminal for connecting a power supply, and the air conditioner adopts the quick connection testing device to carry out the power-on test. As shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6, the wiring connection assembly 2 further includes: a second sleeve 25 fixed inside the insulating base 1, and a buffer spring 26 arranged in the second sleeve 25, wherein the binding post 21 movably penetrates through the second sleeve 25 and the buffer spring 26, the binding post 21 is sequentially provided with a positioning section 211 and a wiring section 212 with gradually reduced sizes along the axis direction, one end of the second sleeve 25 close to the wiring cavity 11 is a second closed end, the second closed end is provided with a second through hole 251 through which the wiring section movably penetrates, the wiring section 212 extends into the wiring cavity 11 inside the insulating base 1 from the second through hole 251, the wiring section 212 is provided with a second limiting plate, the wiring section 212 is provided with a circle of second slot for the second limiting plate to be inserted, the outer diameter of the second limiting plate is larger than the aperture of the second through hole 251, the binding post 21 can move to the second limiting plate to abut against the second sleeve 25 toward the movable post 22, and when the movable post 22 contacts the binding post 21 and pushes the binding post 21 to move, the buffer spring 26 is gradually compressed.

The buffer spring 26 has the advantages of being capable of adapting to wiring terminals with different lengths, preventing the movable column 22 from being directly impacted on the wiring terminal 21 after being pushed by external force to cause damage to the wiring terminal 21, and being more flexible to use and longer in service life. For smooth plug-in energization, the contact end 222 is provided with a circle of guiding inclined planes, the end surface of the binding post 21 close to the movable post 22 is provided with a groove 213 with a shape matched with that of the contact end 222, and the plug-in end 221 is provided with a plug-in hole 226 for inserting an external terminal.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the insulating base 1 is composed of a left half seat 13, a right half seat 14 and a cover plate 15, a first sleeve 24 and a second sleeve 25 are clamped and fixed between the left half seat 13 and the right half seat 14, the same end of the left half seat 13 and the right half seat 14 is provided with a concave part connected to form a wiring cavity 11, the cover plate 15 is fixed on the left half seat 13 and the right half seat 14, and the cover plate 15 covers the wiring cavity 11. In order to prevent the sleeve from loosening, two ends of the first sleeve 24 are respectively provided with a circle of first protruding parts 242, and the area of the insulating base 1 for clamping the first sleeve 24 is located between the first protruding parts 242 at two ends of the first sleeve 24, so that the first sleeve 24 cannot move in the axial direction. In conclusion, the invention has the advantages of compact structure, convenient installation, rapid test operation, high safety and the like, solves the test problem in the production process of the electric appliance and effectively saves the production cost.
