s10, after the phenolic resin adhesive is injected into the sealed space, the decorative panel is extruded, so that the middle ends of the plywood and the decorative panel keep smoothness, after extrusion, if the redundant phenolic resin adhesive flows out of the through hole, and when the redundant phenolic resin adhesive flows out of the through hole, the flowing phenolic resin adhesive is cleaned;

s11, raising the temperature in the sealed box to 45 ℃ and maintaining for 25min while extruding, so as to finish the heat curing of the first stage, then raising the temperature in the sealed box to 65 ℃ and maintaining for 25min, so as to finish the heat curing of the second stage, and then raising the temperature in the sealed box to 75 ℃ and maintaining for 30min, so as to finish the heat curing of the third stage, wherein, workers need to wear gas masks, so as to avoid the workers from inhaling phenol and formaldehyde;

s12, after the thermosetting in the S11 is completed, slowly cooling the temperature in the sealing box so as to cool the glue layer, thereby avoiding or reducing the generation of internal stress;

s13, after the plywood is bonded and fixed with the decorative panel through phenolic resin adhesive, the phenolic resin adhesive is coated on the four side surfaces of the plywood and the decorative panel, so that the connection stability is improved;

s14, when phenolic resin adhesives are coated on four side faces of the plywood and the decorative panel, raising the temperature in the sealed box to 55 ℃ and maintaining for 25min so as to finish the first stage of heat curing, and then raising the temperature in the sealed box to 70 ℃ and maintaining for 25min so as to finish the second stage of heat curing, wherein workers need to wear gas masks so as to avoid the workers inhaling phenol and formaldehyde;

s15, after the thermosetting in the S14 is completed, slowly cooling the temperature in the sealing box so as to cool the glue layer, thereby avoiding or reducing the generation of internal stress;

s16, after the phenolic resin adhesive is bonded on the four sides of the plywood and the decorative panel, the decorative panel can be effectively fixed on the plywood.

The following data were obtained by comparing the decorative veneer faced plywood prepared in examples 1-3 above:

As can be seen from the above table, the decorative veneer faced plywood prepared in examples 1 to 3 has good aging resistance and tensile strength, and after use, example 2 has the best effect, and also has efficient aging resistance in terms of efficient tensile strength.
