1. A step of an escalator, comprising:

a step having a plane on which a user rides when the escalator is in operation;

a fixing portion provided below the step plate to fix the step plate to the step shaft; and

and a raised portion that does not protrude from an inner surface of the fixing portion facing the step shaft when the step plate is fixed to the step shaft, and that is raised and inclined from the step shaft when a part of the raised portion protrudes from the inner surface when the step plate is not fixed to the step shaft.

2. The escalator step of claim 1,

the step of the escalator includes a lifting spring, and when the step is not fixed to the step shaft, the lifting spring causes a part of the lifting portion to protrude from the inner surface by means of an elastic force.

the lifting portion is made of an elastic material.

the raised portion has a contact surface that contacts along a surface of the step shaft when the step plate is fixed to the step shaft.

The present invention relates to steps of escalators.

Background

Patent document 1 describes an example of a step of an escalator. The step is provided with a fixing part for fixing the pedal and the step shaft. The fixing portion includes a rod and a spring on the outside. When the step is not fixed to the step shaft, the lever lifts the step from the step shaft by the elastic force of the spring to tilt the step. The maintenance worker can visually confirm the fixed state of the step and the step shaft according to the inclination of the step.

Problems to be solved by the invention

However, there is a possibility that dust and the like falling from the soles and the like of the users of the escalator may adhere to the bars and springs of the steps of patent document 1. When dust or the like adheres, the lever or the spring may be immobilized by biting into the dust or the like. At this time, even when the step is not fixed to the step shaft, the step is not lifted.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems. The invention aims to provide a step of an escalator, which can more reliably visually confirm the fixed state of the step and a step shaft even if garbage and the like are adhered to the step.

Means for solving the problems

The step of the escalator of the invention comprises: a step having a plane on which a user rides when the escalator is in operation; a fixing portion provided below the step plate to fix the step plate to the step shaft; and a raised portion that does not protrude from an inner surface of the fixing portion facing the step shaft when the step is fixed to the step shaft, and that is raised and inclined from the step shaft by a portion of the raised portion protruding from the inner surface when the step is not fixed to the step shaft.

Effects of the invention

According to the present invention, the step includes a step plate, a fixing portion, and a raised portion. The step has a flat surface on which a user rides during operation. The fixing portion is provided below the step plate to fix the step plate to the step shaft. The inner surface of the fixing portion is opposed to the step shaft. The raised portion does not protrude from the inner surface when the step is fixed to the step shaft. When the step is not fixed to the step shaft, a part of the raised portion protrudes from the inner surface, and the step is raised from the step shaft and tilted. Thus, even when dust or the like adheres to the step, the maintenance worker can more reliably visually confirm the fixed state between the step and the step shaft.
