Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a side-by-side door vehicle and a vehicle door sealing assembly thereof.

Background

The vehicle door sealing system of the traditional rotary side door vehicle comprises a front side door sealing system and a rear side door sealing system, wherein each sealing system comprises two seals, the first seal is a door sealing strip arranged on a vehicle door (a front door or a rear door), the sealing surface of the door sealing strip is a side wall metal plate, and a vehicle body B column is a dividing point of the first seals of the front door and the rear door; the second seal is a door frame sealing strip arranged at the edge of the door frame spigot, the sealing surface of the door frame sealing strip comprises an inner door plate and an inner decorative plate of a front door and a rear door, and each sealing surface meets the requirement of integrity. Under this kind of structural arrangement, two sealing system are independent separately, contain 4 sealing strips altogether, two door sealing strips promptly, two door frame sealing strips.

Different with the side rotary door, the automobile body panel beating of side open door does not have the B post, if uses traditional sealing system, can lead to the sealed face of qianmen sealing strip and back door sealing strip to appear the disappearance, can't satisfy sealed demand.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a side-by-side door vehicle and a vehicle door sealing assembly thereof, which can ensure the integrity of a sealing surface and improve the sealing performance of a vehicle door.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a door seal assembly for a side-by-side door vehicle, the side-by-side door vehicle including a door frame, a front door, and a rear door, the door seal assembly including a first seal disposed along a circumferential direction of the front door, a second seal disposed along a circumferential direction of the rear door, and a door frame seal disposed along a circumferential direction of the door frame; the first sealing element comprises a first upper connecting angle and a first lower connecting angle, and the first upper connecting angle and the first lower connecting angle are respectively arranged at the top end and the bottom end of the frame of the front door on one side facing the rear door; the second sealing element comprises a second upper connecting angle and a second lower connecting angle, and the second upper connecting angle and the second lower connecting angle are respectively arranged at the top end and the bottom end of the frame of the rear door facing one side of the front door; when the front door and the rear door are both in a closed state, the second upper connecting angle is respectively tightly attached to the first upper connecting angle and the door frame sealing piece, and the second lower connecting angle is respectively tightly attached to the first lower connecting angle and the door frame sealing piece.

For a vehicle with a side-opening door, a vehicle body B column is not arranged, a front door is closed after a rear door is closed, and a front frame of the front door and a rear frame of the rear door are provided with a metal plate overlapping part which can press a sealing piece between the front frame and the rear frame to realize sealing. By the vehicle door sealing assembly provided by the invention, the first sealing element arranged on the front door, the second sealing element arranged on the rear door and the door frame sealing element arranged on the door frame are not independent any more, and the sealing surfaces of the sealing elements can be completed by the arrangement of the connecting angles, so that the sealing performance of the vehicle door is ensured.

Optionally, the second sealing element includes a sealing strip, a second upper joint angle, a linear sealing section, and a second lower joint angle, which are sequentially arranged; the linear sealing section is arranged on the frame of the rear door facing the front door, the cross section of the linear sealing section is of a U-shaped groove structure, and the edge of the frame of the rear door facing the front door is located in the U-shaped groove structure.

Optionally, the sealing strip still is equipped with C post and connects the angle, when the back door is in the closed condition, C post connects the angle and can paste closely with automobile body C post.

Optionally, the linear sealing section comprises a steel belt and rubber wrapped outside the steel belt, and the section of the steel belt is of a U-shaped groove structure.

Optionally, the door frame seal has a U-shaped channel structure in cross-section.

Optionally, the first upper corner joint and the second upper corner joint are respectively provided with a corner joint component, the corner joint component comprises a bubble tube and a water retaining lip, the bubble tube is of a bent tubular structure, the outer wall of the bubble tube is connected with the side wall of the water retaining lip, a hydrophobic channel is formed between the outer wall of the bubble tube and the side wall of the water retaining lip, and the hydrophobic channel is located on the bent outer side of the bubble tube.

Optionally, a side of the side wall of the hydrophobic channel, which faces the bottom, is further provided with a hydrophobic groove; the side wall of the drainage channel is provided with a plurality of protruding structures at intervals along the length direction, and the protruding structures are arranged above the drainage groove.

Optionally, a groove is further formed in one side, away from the bubble tube, of the water retaining lip edge, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs are further arranged at intervals along the length direction of the groove.

In addition, the invention also provides a side-by-side door vehicle which comprises a door frame, a front door, a rear door and the door sealing assembly.

The technical effect of the side-door vehicle with the door sealing assembly is similar to that of the side-door vehicle, and is not repeated herein for saving space.

In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood by those skilled in the art, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1-7, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle door seal assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the door seal assembly in an installed condition; FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of A in FIG. 2; FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of B in FIG. 2; FIG. 5 is an exploded view of the front door and first seal; FIG. 6 is an exploded view of the back door and second seal; figure 7 is an exploded view of a door frame and door frame seal.

The embodiment of the invention provides a side-by-side door vehicle and a door sealing assembly thereof, wherein the side-by-side door vehicle comprises a door frame 6, a front door 4, a rear door 5 and the door sealing assembly, and specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the door sealing assembly comprises a first sealing element 1, a second sealing element 2 and a door frame sealing element 3, wherein the first sealing element 1 is arranged along the circumferential direction of an inner plate of the front door 4 (as shown in fig. 5), the second sealing element 2 is arranged along the circumferential direction of the inner plate of the rear door 5 (as shown in fig. 6), and the door frame sealing element 3 is arranged along the circumferential direction of the door frame 6 (as shown in fig. 7).

Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the first sealing member 1 includes a first upper corner 11 and a first lower corner 12, wherein the first upper corner 11 is disposed at a top end of a frame (hereinafter referred to as "front frame 41") of the front door 4 facing the side of the rear door 5, the first lower corner 12 is disposed at a bottom end of the front frame 41, as shown in fig. 6, the second sealing member 2 includes a second upper corner 21 and a second lower corner 22, wherein the second upper corner 21 is disposed at a top end of a frame (hereinafter referred to as "rear frame 51") of the rear door 5 facing the side of the front door 4, and the second lower corner 22 is disposed at a bottom end of the rear frame 51. When the front door 4 and the rear door 5 are in the closed state, the second up corner 21 can be brought into close contact with the first up corner 11 and the door frame seal 3, respectively (as shown in fig. 3), and the second down corner 22 can be brought into close contact with the first down corner 12 and the door frame seal 3, respectively (as shown in fig. 4).

The door seal is capable of providing two seals to the door when both the front door 4 and the rear door 5 are in a closed condition, wherein the first seal 1 and the second seal 2 form a first seal and the door frame seal 3 forms a second seal. The two seals will be described in detail below.

For the first sealing, the first sealing element 1 is arranged on the inner plate of the front door 4, the second sealing element 2 is arranged on the inner plate of the rear door 5, when the front door 4 and the rear door 5 are both closed, the first sealing element 1 can cling to the sheet metal of the door frame 6 and form a seal, the second sealing element 2 can cling to the sheet metal of the door frame 6 and form a seal, the positions of the first sealing element 1 on the front frame 41 and the upper and lower ends of the front frame 41 can not act with the sheet metal of the door frame 6, the positions of the second sealing element 2 on the rear frame 51 and the upper and lower ends of the rear frame 51 can not act with the sheet metal of the door frame 6, as the second upper corner 21 clings to the first upper corner 11 (as shown in fig. 3), and the second lower corner 22 clings to the first lower corner 12 (as shown in fig. 4), and the part of the first sealing element 1 arranged at the front frame 41 can cling to the sheet metal of the rear frame 51, and the part of the second sealing element 2 arranged at the rear frame 51 can cling to the sheet metal of the rear frame 51, in this way, the continuity of the sealing surface of the first sealing element 1 can be ensured by the second upper corner joint 21, the second lower corner joint 22 and the rear frame 51 metal plate, the continuity of the sealing surface of the second sealing element 2 can be ensured by the first upper corner joint 11, the first lower corner joint 12 and the front frame 41 metal plate, and the first sealing element 1 and the second sealing element 2 can be smoothly lapped and the integrity of the sealing surface can be ensured by the respective corner joints (including the first upper corner joint 11, the first lower corner joint 12, the second upper corner joint 21 and the second lower corner joint 22), so that effective sealing can be ensured.

Through the door seal assembly provided by the embodiment, the first seal member 1 arranged on the front door 4, the second seal member 2 arranged on the rear door 5 and the door frame seal member 3 arranged on the door frame 6 are not independent any more, and through the arrangement of the connecting angles, the seal surfaces of the seal members can be completed to supplement each other, so that the sealing performance of the door is ensured.

In the above embodiment, the second sealing element 2 further includes a sealing strip 24 and a linear sealing section 23, wherein the sealing strip 24, the second upper corner 21, the linear sealing section 23 and the second lower corner 22 are sequentially arranged and enclose along the circumferential direction of the rear door 5 to form a ring, wherein the linear sealing section 23 is arranged on the frame of the rear door 5 facing the front door 4, i.e. the rear frame 51, and the cross section of the linear sealing section 23 is in a U-shaped groove structure, and the edge of the rear frame 51 is located in the U-shaped groove structure. As shown in fig. 6, the linear sealing section 23 is located at the rear frame 51 and wraps the edge of the metal plate of the rear door 5, or in this embodiment, the linear sealing section 23 may be configured as a sealing strip with other cross-sectional forms and is tightly attached to the front frame 41 to achieve sealing, but when the linear sealing section is configured as a groove structure with a U-shaped cross section, the linear sealing section is conveniently and fixedly connected with the rear frame 51, so that the installation process is simplified.

In addition, in this embodiment, the sealing strip 24 of the second sealing element 2 includes a first section 241 and a second section 242, where the first section 241 is a portion provided at an upper frame of the rear door 5, the second section 242 is formed at a portion of the sealing strip 24 other than the first section 241, a slot is provided at a top end of the rear door 5, the first section 241 is installed in the slot, and the second section 242 is fixed to an edge of the rear door 5 by a buckle.

In the above embodiment, the first sealing member 1 has the same structure as the sealing strip 24 and is mounted in a similar manner, specifically, the first sealing member 1 includes an upper frame section 13 and a lower frame section 14, where the upper frame section 13 is a part of an upper frame of the front door 4, the lower frame section 14 is a part of a side frame and a lower frame of the front door 4, the upper frame of the front door 4 is provided with a slot, the upper frame section 13 of the first sealing member 1 is mounted in the slot, and the lower frame section 14 is fixed to the side frame and the lower frame of the front door 4 by a buckle.

Further, the portion of the weather strip 24 of the second sealing member 2 further includes a C-pillar corner 25, the C-pillar corner 25 is specifically disposed between the first section 241 and the second section 242, and when the rear door 5 is in the closed state, the C-pillar corner 25 can be closely attached to the C-pillar of the vehicle body, so that continuity of the sealing surface of the second sealing member 2 is further ensured, and sealing performance is improved.
