Background

The existing vending machine can only sell bottled commodities generally, and a motor is required to be arranged on a commodity channel independently to push the commodities, so that the cost is high. Although the problem of commodity damage is solved, the defects exist, such as low working efficiency, poor positioning of the goods taking bag and the like.

The vending machine shown in fig. 1, 18, 19 and 20 comprises a cabinet, a driving device, a pick pocket, a plurality of column shelves, a plurality of hanging shelves and a controller; the goods taking bag is arranged at the front end in the case through a driving device; the goods taking bag is provided with a magnetic sensor for positioning, the magnetic sensor is connected with the controller, and the goods shelves and the hanging goods shelves are respectively provided with a first induction block and a second induction block which are matched with the magnetic sensor; when the goods taking pocket takes goods from the goods shelf, the magnetic sensor is connected with the first induction block; when the goods pocket is used for taking goods from the hanging goods shelf, the magnetic sensor is connected with the second induction block.

Specifically, the front box board of the case is provided with a goods taking port and a touch screen connected with the controller, and the controller and the touch screen can adopt the existing controller and touch screen for reducing the design cost. Wherein the hanging shelf can adopt the shelf disclosed by the patent application number of 2019215205089 and the name of the patent application is a hanging combination shelf of the vending machine, so as to further reduce the design cost. When a purchaser selects goods to be purchased on the touch screen, the controller controls the driving device to work according to a signal transmitted by the touch screen, and then the driving device drives the goods taking bag to move rapidly so that the goods taking bag can reach a goods shelf or a hanging goods shelf corresponding to the goods rapidly; at the quick removal in-process of getting the packing of goods, at magnetic sensor, under the combined action of first response piece and second response piece etc., the position of packing of goods is got in controller and magnetic sensor real time monitoring, thereby it is accurate to ensure the location of getting the packing of goods, so that the packing of goods of getting can accurately meet and get the goods that the purchaser selected, at last under drive arrangement's drive, get the packing of goods and get back to the mouth of getting of quick-witted case fast, take goods with the convenience purchaser, accomplish the purchasing behavior.

As shown in fig. 18 to 24, the pick pocket includes a pocket frame, a cargo belt, a cargo motor, a roller assembly, a crank mechanism, a crank motor, a driving motor, a first gear, a second gear, and a third gear; one side of goods pocket frame is passed through the slider and is connected with drive arrangement, roll roller assembly and install in goods pocket frame, the goods carrying belt is connected with the roll roller assembly, the goods carrying motor passes through the goods carrying drive mechanism and is connected with the roll roller assembly, curved bar mechanism installs in the inboard of goods pocket frame, the curved bar motor passes through the carousel and is connected with curved bar mechanism, first gear is connected with driving motor, and first gear passes through the bearing and is connected with curved bar mechanism, second gear and third gear are all installed in curved bar mechanism, just first gear, second gear and third gear mesh in proper order, magnetic sensor sets up in goods pocket frame.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 18 to 20, the number of the magnetic sensors is 3, one of the magnetic sensors is located at the upper end of the frame of the cargo bag, and the magnetic sensor is in signal connection with the first sensing block or the second sensing block, so that the cargo taking position of the cargo bag is determined quickly; and leave 2 magnetic sensor and set up in the lower extreme of packing frame, this 2 magnetic sensor is used for the position of real-time supervision packing, under the effect of this 2 magnetic sensor and controller, gets packing and can get back to the department of getting goods of quick-witted case from getting goods point fast. As shown in fig. 1 and 10, one side of the pocket frame is connected to a Y-axis driving mechanism of the driving device, and the upper and lower ends of the Y-axis driving mechanism are respectively installed to a first X-axis driving mechanism at the upper end of the cabinet and a second X-axis driving mechanism at the lower end of the cabinet. Under the common drive of the first X-axis driving mechanism, the second X-axis driving mechanism and the Y-axis driving mechanism, the front end of the whole goods taking bag in the machine box can rapidly move up and down, left and right; namely, under the independent drive of the Y-axis driving mechanism, the front end of the goods taking bag in the case can move down and up quickly; when the first X-axis driving mechanism and the second X-axis driving mechanism are used, the front end of the goods taking bag in the case can move left and right rapidly; when the first X-axis driving mechanism, the second X-axis driving mechanism and the Y-axis driving mechanism work simultaneously, horizontal movement in the left-right direction and vertical movement in the up-down direction can be performed synchronously, and then the goods taking bag can quickly reach the goods taking position and the goods taking opening of the case, so that the purposes of taking goods and delivering goods are fulfilled. Compare with traditional vending machine, the height of commodity reduces greatly, avoids commodity because of taking place to damage from the eminence drops. Meanwhile, the noise of the commodities falling from a high place and the time difference is reduced.

In the work, when the goods taking pocket needs to take goods from the row of goods shelves, the goods taking pocket is driven by the driving device to stop in front of the material pushing device corresponding to the row of goods shelves, the position is determined by the magnetic sensor and the first sensing block, then the bent rod motor is started to drive the bent rod mechanism to work, the third gear extends out of the goods pocket frame and then is meshed with the material pushing gear in the material pushing device, the driving motor is started to drive the first gear to rotate, the first gear drives the material pushing gear to rotate through the second gear and the third gear, so that the material pushing plate of the material pushing device is driven to push goods to the goods bearing belt, and the goods bearing belt rotates again to convey the goods to the front end of the goods pocket frame, so that the goods taking work is completed; then under the real-time monitoring of the magnetic sensor and the controller, the goods taking bag which receives the goods quickly returns to the goods taking opening of the case. When the goods taking pocket needs to take goods from the hanging goods shelf, the goods taking pocket is driven by the driving device to move to the position below the front end of the corresponding hanging goods shelf, the position is determined by the magnetic sensor and the second sensing block, then the hanging goods shelf works, goods on a hook of the hanging goods shelf directly fall onto a goods bearing belt, and the goods are conveyed to the front end of a goods pocket frame by the rotating goods bearing belt so as to finish the goods taking work; then under the real-time monitoring of the magnetic sensor and the controller, the goods taking bag which receives the goods quickly returns to the goods taking opening of the case.

The crank mechanism comprises a first rotating arm, a second rotating arm and a third rotating arm, the first rotating arm is connected with a first gear through a bearing, the other end of the first rotating arm is hinged to one end of the second rotating arm, the other end of the second rotating arm is hinged to one end of the third rotating arm, the other end of the third rotating arm is hinged to the middle of the first rotating arm, the rotary plate is mounted in the middle of the second rotating arm and connected with a power output shaft of the crank motor, and the second gear and the third gear are mounted at one end of the second rotating arm and the other end of the third rotating arm respectively. Specifically, the first rotating arm, the second rotating arm and the third rotating arm are connected to form a closed loop, the curved bar mechanism is driven by a curved bar motor, when the goods taking pocket is stopped in front of a material pushing device corresponding to a goods shelf, the curved bar motor is started to rotate through the second rotating arm of the rotary table, the second rotating arm is driven by the second rotating arm to rotate, under the condition that the first gear, the second gear and the third gear are meshed, the second gear extends out of the goods pocket frame and then is meshed with a material pushing gear in the material pushing device, at the moment, the driving motor is started, the driving motor drives the first gear to rotate, the first gear drives the material pushing gear to rotate through the second gear and the third gear sequentially, and therefore, a material pushing plate of the material pushing device is driven to push goods to the goods bearing belt, and the goods taking work is completed.

The inside of the cargo pocket frame is provided with a support plate which is positioned below the support part of the cargo belt. The support plate can prevent the support part of the goods bearing belt from excessively deforming, thereby improving the stability of the goods bearing belt in transporting goods.

The upper end of the front end plate of the cargo pocket frame is higher than the bearing surface of the cargo belt. The lower end of the rear end plate of the cargo pocket frame is lower than the supporting surface of the cargo belt. This simple structure guarantees on the accurate whereabouts cargo belt of commodity, still prevents simultaneously that commodity from falling out the cargo pocket frame when carrying the cargo pocket frame front end through the cargo belt.

The cargo pocket frame is provided with a cargo sensor for detecting whether cargo exists at the rear end of the cargo pocket frame or not, and the cargo sensor is connected with a cargo bearing motor. The structure is simple, and the feasibility of work is further improved. During operation, when the whole goods pocket of getting removed the suitable position, goods sensor detected goods this moment on goods pocket frame's rear end was with commodity propelling movement to the goods shelf of automatic vending machine, then the goods motor drive holds the goods belt, and pivoted holds the goods belt and connects the front end of delivering to the goods pocket frame with commodity, has improved operational reliability.

And a partition plate is arranged between the curved bar mechanism and the goods bearing belt. The baffle plays the guard action to the curved bar, avoids the commodity that the cargo belt was taken to influence the work of curved bar mechanism.

As shown in fig. 25 to 31, the row of shelves includes a pallet and a plurality of pushing devices uniformly arranged on the pallet; the pushing device comprises pushing frames, pushing belts, pushing gears, first pushing wheels, second pushing wheels, pushing belts and pushing plates, the pushing frames are mounted on the goods bearing plate, the pushing frames of the adjacent 2 pushing devices and the goods bearing plate form a goods bearing channel, the first pushing wheels and the second pushing wheels are mounted at the front end and the rear end of the pushing frames respectively, the two pushing belts are connected with the first pushing wheels and the second pushing wheels respectively, the pushing plates are arranged on the goods bearing channel, one ends of the pushing plates are connected with the pushing belts through sliding frames, the first pushing wheels are connected with the pushing gears through pushing connecting shafts, and the first induction blocks are arranged at the front end of the pushing frames. When the commodity pushing device is used, commodities are placed in a commodity bearing channel formed by the adjacent 2 material pushing frames and the commodity bearing plate, the material pushing gear rotates under the action of a driving mechanism of the automatic vending machine to drive the material pushing belt to rotate, and the material pushing plate connected with the material pushing belt through the sliding frame moves from the rear end and the front end of the material pushing frames, so that the commodities in the commodity bearing channel are pushed, and the commodities are pushed to the front end of the material pushing frames and taken away by a commodity taking pocket of the automatic vending machine.

The material pushing device further comprises a protection mechanism, the protection mechanism comprises a bolt, a spring and an occlusion piece, the bolt is installed at the front end of the material pushing frame, the sliding frame is in sliding connection with the material pushing frame, the hinged piece is connected with the sliding frame through an occlusion rotating shaft, one side of the occlusion piece is provided with occlusion teeth, and the occlusion teeth are occluded with the material pushing belt; a positioning column matched with the spring is arranged on the other side of the occlusion piece, one end of the spring is sleeved on the positioning column, and the other end of the spring abuts against the sliding frame; when the material pushing plate moves to the front end of the material pushing frame, the latch pin props against the meshing piece, and the meshing teeth are separated from the material pushing belt. When the material pushing belt is driven to the limit position of the front end of the material pushing frame, the latch pin separates the meshing teeth of the meshing piece from the material pushing belt, and the material pushing plate cannot move further even if the material pushing belt continues to rotate under the action of the driving motor, so that the row of goods shelves are prevented from being damaged.

The occluding piece is connected with a rotating arm. The swivel arm improves the balance of the bite piece to further improve the operational reliability of the bite piece.

The other end of the occluding piece is provided with an outer edge platform. The outer edge table further ensures the meshing effect of the meshing teeth and the material pushing belt so as to further improve the working feasibility.

The column shelf also comprises a connecting seat with an L-shaped section, one side plate of the connecting seat is connected with the sliding frame, and the other side plate of the connecting seat is clamped with the material pushing plate. This simple structure has guaranteed the stability of carriage installation to effectively drive the removal of scraping wings.

The material pushing frame comprises a main body, a first end cover and a second end cover, wherein the main body is provided with a holding groove, the holding groove penetrates through the front end and the rear end of the main body, the material pushing belt is located in the holding groove, the first end cover and the second end cover are respectively installed at the front end and the rear end of the main body, the first material pushing wheel and the material pushing gear are both installed on the first end cover, and the second material pushing wheel is installed on the second end cover. The structure is simple and the installation is convenient.

The material pushing frame further comprises 2 stop blocks, wherein mounting grooves are formed in two sides of the upper end of the first end cover, the 2 stop blocks are mounted in the mounting grooves respectively through corresponding material pushing hinge shafts, one ends of the stop blocks stretch out of the mounting grooves, the material pushing hinge shafts are sleeved with torsional springs, one ends of the torsional springs are connected with the stop blocks, and the other ends of the torsional springs are connected with the wall of the mounting grooves. When the commodity is pushed to the front end of the material pushing frame by the material pushing plate, the stop block blocks the commodity so as to avoid the commodity from inclining, and the commodity is driven by the goods taking pocket to fall into the goods bearing belt of the goods taking pocket through the stop block. The stop block can prevent excessive commodities from falling into the goods taking bag, and the working effect is further improved.

As shown in fig. 2 to 8, the chassis includes a left box board, a right box board, a rear box board, a top box board and a bottom box board, wherein the front end and the rear end of the inner side of the left box board are respectively provided with a first support beam, the upper end and the lower end of the inner side of the left box board are respectively provided with a first connecting board, and the end part of the first connecting board is connected with the end plate of the first support beam; the front end and the rear end of the inner side of the right box plate are both provided with a second supporting beam, the upper end and the lower end of the inner side of the right box plate are both provided with a second connecting plate, and the end part of the second connecting plate is connected with an end plate of the second supporting beam; the upper end and the lower end of the inner side of the rear box plate are respectively provided with a third connecting plate, the front end and the rear end of the inner side of the top box plate are respectively provided with a first cross beam, and the left end and the right end of the inner side of the top box plate are respectively provided with a first longitudinal beam; the upper ends of the left box board, the right box board and the rear box board are all spliced with the top box board, a first connecting board positioned at the upper end of the left box board is connected with a first longitudinal beam positioned at the left end of the top box board, a second connecting board positioned at the upper end of the right box board is connected with a first longitudinal beam positioned at the right end of the top box board, and a third connecting board positioned at the upper end of the rear box board is connected with a first cross beam positioned at the rear end of the top box board; the lower ends of the left box plate, the right box plate and the rear box plate are all connected with the bottom box plate, a first connecting plate located at the lower end of the left box plate is connected with the left end located at the bottom box plate, a second connecting plate located at the lower end of the right box plate is connected with the right end of the bottom box plate, and a third connecting plate located at the lower end of the rear box plate is connected with the rear end beam of the bottom box plate. In order to further improve the compactness, the distance between the upper side surface of the first connecting plate positioned at the upper end of the left box plate and the upper end surface of the left box plate is equal to the sum of the thicknesses of the top box plate and the first longitudinal beam; the distance between the lower side surface of the first connecting plate positioned at the lower end of the left box plate and the lower end surface of the left box plate is equal to the sum of the thicknesses of the bottom box plate and the first longitudinal beam; the distance between the upper side surface of the second connecting plate positioned at the upper end of the right box plate and the upper end surface of the right box plate is equal to the sum of the thicknesses of the top box plate and the second longitudinal beam; the distance between the lower side surface of the second connecting plate positioned at the lower end of the right box plate and the lower end surface of the right box plate is equal to the sum of the thicknesses of the bottom box plate and the second longitudinal beam.

The machine case for the vending machine further comprises a front case board and a window door, wherein the upper end and the lower end of one side of the front case board are respectively hinged with the right front end of the top case board and the right front end of the bottom case board through hinge pieces, and the upper end and the lower end of one side of the window door are respectively hinged with the left front end of the top case board and the left front end of the bottom case board through hinge pieces; the other side of the front box plate is connected with the other side of the window door in a locking way. The structure is simple and convenient to install. Specifically, the hinge member is mainly composed of a fixed plate and a rotating shaft. The front box plate and the window and door are installed in a hinged mode, and subsequent maintenance can be facilitated.

The case for the vending machine is further provided with a mounting plate and a partition plate, the left case plate, the right case plate, the rear case plate, the top case plate and the bottom case plate are spliced to form a case cavity, the upper end and the lower end of the partition plate are respectively connected with the top case plate and the bottom case plate, the case cavity is divided into a containing cavity and a placing cavity by the partition plate, an auxiliary supporting beam is arranged on the side of the left case plate, and the front end and the rear end of the mounting plate are respectively connected with the auxiliary supporting beam and a first supporting beam positioned at the rear end of the left case plate; the mounting plate and the partition plate are provided with mounting holes. Specifically, the accommodating cavity is used for accommodating commodities, and the accommodating cavity is used for accommodating components such as a control box of the vending machine. And mounting holes in the mounting plate and the divider plate are used to mount columns of shelves of the vending machine. Specifically, the number of the mounting blocks is 4, and the mounting blocks are respectively mounted at four corners of the outer side of the bottom box plate. As shown in fig. 9 to 17, the driving device includes a first motor, a second motor, a Y-axis driving mechanism, a first X-axis driving mechanism installed at an upper end of the interior of the cabinet of the vending machine, and a second X-axis driving mechanism installed at a lower end of the interior of the cabinet of the vending machine, the first X-axis driving mechanism includes a first driving wheel, a first driven wheel, a first belt, and a first driving frame fixed at an upper end of the interior of the cabinet of the vending machine, the first driving wheel and the first driven wheel are respectively installed at two ends of the first driving frame, and two ends of the first belt are respectively connected with the first driving wheel and the first driven wheel; the second X-axis driving mechanism comprises a second driving wheel, a second driven wheel, a second belt and a second driving frame fixed at the lower end in the machine box of the vending machine, the second driving wheel and the second driven wheel are respectively installed at two ends of the second driving frame, and two ends of the second belt are respectively connected with the second driving wheel and the second driven wheel; the first driving wheel and the second driving wheel are connected through a synchronous rotating shaft, and a power output shaft of the first motor is connected with the synchronous rotating shaft; the Y-axis driving mechanism comprises a Y-axis driving wheel, a Y-axis driven wheel, a Y-axis belt and a Y-axis driving frame, the upper end of the Y-axis driving frame is connected with the first belt through a first sliding frame, the lower end of the Y-axis driving frame is connected with the second belt through a second sliding frame, the Y-axis driving wheel and the Y-axis driven wheel are respectively installed at the lower end and the upper end of the Y-axis driving frame, and a power output shaft of the second motor is connected with the Y-axis driving wheel; the two ends of the Y-axis belt are respectively connected with the Y-axis driving wheel and the Y-axis driven wheel, and the Y-axis belt is connected with one side of the cargo pocket frame through the sliding block.

In the working process, the goods taking bag is arranged on the Y-axis driving mechanism through the sliding block, and the second electric drive drives the goods taking bag to move up and down through the Y-axis driving wheel, the Y-axis driven wheel and the Y-axis leather shaft drive; first motor passes through the synchronous rotation axis drive first action wheel and the synchronous rotation of second action wheel, thereby drive Y axle actuating mechanism removes, in order to realize getting the removal of the horizontal direction of goods pocket, at Y axle actuating mechanism, under the work of first X axle actuating mechanism and second X axle actuating mechanism, get the quick upper and lower of goods pocket, left and right side removal, thereby come and go fast between the row goods shelves of getting goods mouth and corresponding commodity, this does not make stability high, and can guarantee to get the location of goods pocket accurate.

The open ends of the first driving frame and the second driving frame are provided with sealing plates. The setting of shrouding can play the guard action to each part in first carriage and the second carriage, avoids debris to get into in first carriage or the second carriage to influence the work of parts such as first belt and second belt.

First balladeur train includes first slip table, first cab apron and first connecting plate of crossing, the both sides and the first belt of first slip table are connected, the one end and the first slip table of first transition are connected, just the other end and the first connecting plate formation cavity that is passed by the shrouding of first cab apron of crossing, the one end and the upper end of Y axle drive frame of first connecting plate are connected. Specifically, two sides of the first transition plate are bent to form a containing groove, the side face of the first connecting plate is connected with two sides of the first transition plate through screws to form a cavity penetrated by the sealing plate, and one end of the first connecting plate is provided with a bent connecting part to ensure that a large enough contact area is formed between the first connecting plate and the first driving frame. The Y-axis driving mechanism is simple in structure and convenient to install, and can ensure the connection stability between the Y-axis driving mechanism and the first X-axis driving mechanism.

The second balladeur train includes that second slip table, second cross cab apron and second connecting plate, the both sides and the second belt of second slip table are connected, the one end and the second slip table that the second passes through are connected, just the other end and the second connecting plate formation cavity that is passed by the shrouding that the second passed the cab apron, the one end and the lower extreme of Y axle drive frame of second connecting plate are connected. The second carriage has the same structure as the first carriage, and is mounted at a different position of the Y-axis drive mechanism.

The driving device for the vending machine further comprises a protective cover, and the protective cover wraps the second motor. The protective cover can protect the second motor to prevent sundries or commodities from colliding with the second motor when falling accidentally.

A first guide rail is arranged in the first driving frame, and the middle part of the first sliding frame is connected with the first guide rail; a second guide rail is arranged in the second driving frame, and the middle part of the second sliding frame is connected with a second sliding rail; and a third guide rail is arranged in the Y-axis driving frame, and the middle part of the third sliding block is connected with the third guide rail. The guide rail can further guarantee to get the stability that the pocket removed.
