The water-based varnish mainly comprises three main agents, a solvent and an auxiliary agent, has the characteristics of no color, no odor, strong transparency, no toxicity, no organic volatile matter, low cost, wide source and the like, and is incomparable with other solvent-based varnishes. If other main agents and auxiliary agents are added, the water-based gloss oil can also have good glossiness, wear resistance and chemical resistance, is economical and sanitary, is particularly suitable for packaging and printing, has the advantages of advanced technology, convenience in use, economy, practicability, no toxicity, no pollution and the like, has wide development prospect, can gradually replace solvent-based gloss oil and oil-based gloss oil, and occupies a leading position in the printing industry.

In the printing process, the glossiness and the leveling property of the water-based gloss oil can be kept only by keeping the temperature of the water-based gloss oil within the range of 45-55 ℃. The heating devices used in the prior art have the following drawbacks: 1) the aqueous gloss oil is usually stored in a fixed heating container, and is heated when being used, so that the heating cannot be uniform, the temperature of the aqueous gloss oil at different positions in the container is inconsistent, and the printing quality is influenced; 2) the heating device can not move and only can store and heat the water-based gloss oil at a fixed position; 3) impurities are easily accumulated on the bottom of the heating container, and the quality of the aqueous gloss oil is easily reduced after long-term use.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a circulating heating device of water-based gloss oil, which can circularly heat the water-based gloss oil, ensure the constant temperature of the water-based gloss oil, improve the fluidity and the uniformity of the water-based gloss oil, reduce the impurities of the water-based gloss oil, improve the oil pumping efficiency and solve the problems in the background art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a circulating heating device for water-based gloss oil, which comprises a heating barrel and a gloss oil barrel, wherein a heating cavity is arranged in the heating barrel, the gloss oil barrel is arranged in the heating cavity, a heating mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the heating cavity, the interior of the gloss oil barrel is divided into a backflow area and an oil pumping area by a filter screen, a backflow port is formed in the top of the backflow area, an oil pumping port is formed in the top of the oil pumping area, and a first inclined plane inclined towards the oil pumping area is formed in the bottom of the backflow area. By arranging the first inclined plane, the water-based gloss oil in the reflux area can better flow to the oil pumping area; the cooperation setting on filter screen and first inclined plane for aqueous gloss oil can the intensive mixing at the in-process of circulation extraction, improves the homogeneity, can also be continuous reduce impurity, improves the oil pumping efficiency, kills two birds with one stone.
